本发明公开了一种具有中空结构的汽车吸音垫,从外表面至内表面依次包括阻尼隔音毡层、无纺布层和XPE层;所述XPE层表面开有空腔,与所述无纺布层粘合后,形成中空结构;所述空腔中设置有带沉孔的铝隔板,所述沉孔中填充有吸音材料;所述吸音材料由纺织品破碎加工成纤维,充分蓬松后形成;本发明具有比普通吸音垫更佳的吸音性能,同时制作成本低,柔韧性、耐高温、防震、隔热、透气性能也有良好的表现。

Description

一种具有中空结构的汽车吸音垫
技术领域
本发明涉及汽车内部饰件技术领域,具体涉及一种具有中空结构的汽车吸音垫。
背景技术
随着汽车技术的快速发展,消费者对整车驾驶环境的要求越来越高,各大汽车厂也在努力提升汽车整体舒适水平。现有的汽车脚垫通常包括橡胶脚垫、地毯脚垫、PVC脚垫、塑胶脚垫等,也有地毯加PVC等双层或多层的复合脚垫,复合的目的通常是从兼取两种或多种材质本身的特点,比如地毯加PVC双层脚垫,主要是既有地毯层柔软、保暖的特点,又有PVC层防水、牢固、易清洗的特点。
但是,现有的单层或多层汽车脚垫,在使用中没有吸音的功能,或者吸音效果很差,或者在吸音的同时牺牲了吸音垫使用时的舒适感。也就是无法有效减小汽车运转时从车底通过汽车地面传递上来的噪音,尤其在汽车高速或怠速时,这种噪音尤为明显。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于针对现有技术之弊端,提供一种具有中空结构的汽车吸音垫,本发明采用的技术方案如下:
一种具有中空结构的汽车吸音垫,其特征在于,外表面至内表面依次包括阻尼隔音毡层、无纺布层和XPE层;
所述XPE层表面开有空腔,与所述无纺布层粘合后,形成中空结构;
所述空腔中设置有带沉孔的铝隔板,所述沉孔中填充有吸音材料;所述吸音材料由纺织品破碎加工成纤维,充分蓬松后形成;
本发明的制备方法为:
a.注铝成型模压加工有沉孔的铝隔板:该步骤在用于注铝的模压机上实施,用于注铝的模压机具有下模和上模,下模和上模闭合后的空腔与产品件轮廓完全符合,上下模合模后液态铝在压力作用下从位于下模中部的注料孔进入下模,冷却后即得到带有沉孔的铝隔板;
b.向铝隔板侧面和背离沉孔的表面上喷涂XPE熔融液,喷涂量控制在30g-60g/秒,喷涂均匀厚度为3~5mm;
c.向铝隔板的沉孔中填充吸音材料;
d.通过硅溶胶粘接阻尼隔音毡层、无纺布层和XPE层;经模压机将三个结构层热压结合成一体。
进一步的,所述阻尼隔音毡层的厚度为0.8~1.2mm,所述无纺布层的厚度为2~3mm,所述XPE层的厚度为8~10mm,所述铝隔板的厚度为5~7mm,所述沉孔的孔径为8~10mm。
进一步的,所述纺织品破碎加工的纤维,长度在10mm以下。
本发明的有益效果为:本发明在XPE层中间设置中空结构,然后在中空结构中填充带沉孔的铝板,并在沉孔中填充吸音材料,使本发明具有比普通吸音垫更佳的吸音性能,同时制作成本低,柔韧性、耐高温、防震、隔热、透气性能也有良好的表现。

具体实施方式
以下结合具体实施方式对本发明做进一步详细说明。
一种具有中空结构的汽车吸音垫,从外表面至内表面依次包括阻尼隔音毡层1、无纺布层2和XPE层6;
所述阻尼隔音毡层1的厚度为0.8~1.2mm,采用阻尼隔音毡1,厚度薄,在同等面积下有效地提高了空间的使用率,创造更大的效益;隔音效果有非常好地保证;还能防潮、阻燃,无毒环保,稳定耐用,能提高本发明的使用寿命;
所述无纺布层2的厚度为2~3mm,无纺布层具有透气、隔音、不助燃的特点,能提高本发明的使用性能;
所述XPE层6的厚度为8~10mm,有吸音、防震、成型、防水、绝热、缓冲、耐油、耐酸的作用,无毒无味,节能环保;XPE泡孔细、抗拉强度高、弹性好,可与汽车发动机表面很好的贴合,提高了发动机隔音垫产品的安装质量,避免出现与其他层面之间的缝隙,使本发明具有优良的吸音、隔音、防震、防潮、隔热效果;所述XPE层6表面开有空腔,与所述无纺布层2粘合后,形成中空结构;
所述空腔中设置有带沉孔5的铝隔板3,所述铝隔板3的厚度为5~7mm,所述沉孔5的孔径为8~10mm,所述沉孔5中填充有吸音材料,使散热隔音透气和减震效果更佳;
所述吸音材料4由纺织品破碎加工成10mm以下的纤维,充分蓬松后形成;
本发明的制备方法为:

d.通过硅溶胶粘接阻尼隔音毡层、无纺布层和XPE层;硅溶胶可用作耐火材料的粘结剂,它的粘结力强,耐高温,还能抗污防尘、耐老化、防火;经模压机将三个结构层热压结合成一体。

所述XPE层表面开有空腔,与所述无纺布层粘合后,形成中空结构;
所述空腔中设置有带沉孔的铝隔板,所述沉孔中填充有吸音材料;所述吸音材料由纺织品破碎加工成纤维,充分蓬松后形成;
本发明的制备方法为:

2.根据权利要求1所述的一种具有中空结构的汽车吸音垫,其特征在于,所述阻尼隔音毡层的厚度为0.8~1.2mm,所述无纺布层的厚度为2~3mm,所述XPE层的厚度为8~10mm,所述铝隔板的厚度为5~7mm,所述沉孔的孔径为8~10mm。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种具有中空结构的汽车吸音垫,其特征在于,所述纺织品破碎加工的纤维,长度在10mm以下。
