技术领域
本发明属于建筑声学技术领域,具体涉及一种全频声学控制模块。
背景技术
在传统的声学应用中都以装修在墙面及吊顶等方式进行大面积吸音填充和有规则穿孔作为吸音施工,实际应用中出现声音干燥导致语言能力和扩声设备无法正常调试,声场不均衡控制位置不合理(频率缺失)的问题。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种全频声学控制模块,以解决上述技术问题。
本发明提供了一种全频声学控制模块,由具有二维声学图谱的面板层、第一防尘透声网布层、第一多孔吸音棉层、复合阻尼分隔层、第二多孔吸音棉层、第二防尘透声网布层依次封装合成。
进一步地,该全频声学控制模块还包括用于封装各层的声学纹理铝合金框。
进一步地,该全频声学控制模块还包括与声学纹理铝合金框连接的声学减震安装配件,声学减震安装配件安装于第二防尘透声网布层侧。
进一步地,面板层由高密度纤维板穿孔制成、板或复合材料板材穿孔制成,穿孔率为20%-30%,厚度为8mm。
进一步地,第一防尘透声网布层、第二防尘透声网布层采用厚度为1.0mm穿孔透声网布,透声量为75%-80%。
进一步地,第一防尘透声网布层、第二防尘透声网布层由防潮材料制成。
进一步地,第一多孔吸音棉层、第二多孔吸音棉层为由混合多丝聚酯纤维制成的蜂窝式多孔吸音棉,混合细丝比例为30%-35%,厚度为2.5cm-5m之间。
进一步地,复合阻尼分隔层由复合橡塑阻尼、金属铁粉及纤维制成,厚度为1.2mm-2.0mm。
与现有技术相比本发明的有益效果是:
通过全频声学控制模块,在全频段具有声场控制优势,尤其在高声压级场所控制能力具有良好表现,适用于大型场(馆)、机场、动车、地铁站、电影院、会议中心、录音棚、酒吧、工业噪声控制等声学环境及空间,并具有良好的视觉装饰及功能性应用。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图所示的各实施方式对本发明进行详细说明,但应当说明的是,这些实施方式并非对本发明的限制,本领域普通技术人员根据这些实施方式所作的功能、方法、或者结构上的等效变换或替代,均属于本发明的保护范围之内。
参图1所示,本实施例提供了一种全频声学控制模块,由具有二维声学图谱的面板层1、第一防尘透声网布层2、第一多孔吸音棉层3(吸声主体)、复合阻尼分隔层4、第二多孔吸音棉层5、(后导腔)第二防尘透声网布层6依次封装合成。
该全频声学控制模块,通过多层材料有效组成的后导腔技术,增强声场中高频及低频可控能力,在全频段具有声场控制优势,尤其在高声压级场所控制能力具有良好表现,适用于大型场(馆)、机场、动车、地铁站、电影院、会议中心、录音棚、酒吧、工业噪声控制等声学环境及空间,并具有良好的视觉装饰及功能性应用。
在本实施例中,该控制模块还包括用于封装各层的声学纹理铝合金框7。该控制模块通过六层材料编排使用,通过封装胶进行多片合成,在胶水的合理性位置组装科学有效的工艺防止材料脱落分层,声学纹理铝合金框7具有特殊声学纹理,外观电泳处理,两边高度2.7cm U型结构,型材宽度6.5cm-8cm,厚1.8mm-2.0mm,内嵌入式角码,45度V型切割,每片模块16支304不锈钢铆钉。控制模块规格(单位cm):60x60 60x120 60x180 80x120 120x117120x200等。
后导腔由四个安装拉铆螺母作为减振器点位安装,有效提高整体安全系数。
在本实施例中,该控制模块还包括与声学纹理铝合金框连接的声学减震安装配件8(由四个安装拉铆螺母作为减振器点位安装),声学减震安装配件8安装于第二防尘透声网布层6(后导腔)侧,有效提高整体安全系数。
在本实施例中,面板层1由高密度纤维板(硬度75-80)穿孔制成,穿孔率为20%-30%,厚度为8mm。通过编程二维穿孔图谱,由高速激光穿孔加工成型,加边框作为外观装饰及功能使用。在其它示例中,面板层1也可采用其它硬质材料,如复合材料、木板等,对木板等材料进行不规则计算二维穿孔。
在本实施例中,第一防尘透声网布层2、第二防尘透声网布层6采用厚度为1.0mm穿孔透声网布,透声量为75%-80%。第一防尘透声网布层2结合面板层1可达到吸声和慢扩散的效果。(后导腔)第二防尘透声网布层6能够有效防止颗粒粉尘堵塞影响低频吸音系数,提高低频吸音,稳定材料在空气和湿度分离。
在本实施例中,第一防尘透声网布层2、第二防尘透声网布层6,由防潮材料制成。
在本实施例中,第一多孔吸音棉层3、第二多孔吸音棉层5为由混合多丝聚酯纤维制成的蜂窝式多孔吸音棉,有效吸收声音能量,混合细丝比例为30%-35%,增强声音弹性自然频率,厚度为2.5cm-5cm之间,表面工艺处理为多点分割多片成型,1500g-3000g,防火B1级。通过调整第二多孔吸音棉层5安装距离为6-10cm将后空导腔吸收控制为低频声能量吸音。
在本实施例中,复合阻尼分隔层4由复合橡塑阻尼、金属铁粉及纤维制成,作为分隔层,厚度为1.2mm-2.0mm。复合阻尼分隔层4作为频段声学流阻分割防止前后声音互相穿透,有效解决声学振动问题,增强声音弹性,重为3kg/m2-5kg/m2
在本实施例中,各层通过多点进行胶合连接形成一个整体,避免产生机械震动噪音,各层均具备一定的支撑稳定作用,该整体与边框过盈配合且使用高性能免钉胶进行连接封装构成本实例,各层相辅相成共同作用决定了本实例的声学性能。
经过检测,该全频声学控制模块,降噪系数NRC=0.85,依据GB/T16731-1997《建筑吸声产品的吸声性能分级》判定,其吸声构造的吸声性能为Ι级。

所述的全频声学控制模块,还包括与所述声学纹理铝合金框连接的声学减震安装配件,所述声学减震安装配件安装于所述第二防尘透声网布层侧;
所述面板层由高密度纤维板、木板或复合材料板材穿孔制成,穿孔率为20%-30%,厚度为8mm;
所述第一防尘透声网布层、第二防尘透声网布层采用厚度为1.0mm穿孔透声网布,透声量为75%-80%;
