Abstract

一种具有高吸音性能的车用地毯及制备方法,地毯由从上往下的坯毯、粘接层、复合吸音垫、吸音泡沫复合而成;所述复合吸音垫采用30%的棉纤维和70%的涤纶纤维混合制成复合材料垫,这样棉纤维烘烤成型后仍有孔穴,增大吸声量,也能保证涤纶材质在产品强度上的要求;同时,各层采用一定的密度配比,以保证达到最优的吸音效果。

一种具有高吸音性能的车用地毯及制备方法
技术领域
本发明属于纺织品制造技术,具体涉及一种车用地毯。
背景技术
    车用地毯是乘用轿车车内吸声内饰件之一,通常是安装在车内地板上,上面安装二排座椅。车用地毯的主要功能有:①遮盖车内钣金,起装饰作用。②吸收车内的混响声,提升音质。③阻隔从底部钣金传过来的噪声。④减小汽车在行驶过程中的震动。⑤脚踩到地毯上,会感到舒适。⑥阻隔车外部的热源。
    对于车用地毯的材料的基本要求是能够成型,工艺性好,成型产品无破损;能够有较好的吸声性;能够有较好的耐磨性。
     车用地毯采用的吸声机理是利用材料内部有大量微小的连通的孔隙,声波沿着这些孔隙可以深入材料内部,与材料发生摩擦作用将声能转化为热能,达到吸音效果。
现有乘用轿车地毯材料采用的是复膜坯毯,其是采用涤纶坯毯作为表面,聚乙烯为粘接层,一层涤纶吸音毡,底部是PUR吸音泡沫,这种结构的地毯,其夹层涤纶吸音毡经烘烤成型后,材料会变得较致密,导致吸声量减小。该结构材料的吸声量见图1,根据图1的测试数据分析,材料的吸声量较低,车内乘座谈话的声音相对听起来就不清楚,舒适性较低。
发明内容
    针对现有技术存在吸声量不足的现象,本发明的目的在于提供一种具有高吸音性能的车用地毯,采用一定的密度配比和多孔性高吸声系数的吸声材料,并优化复合吸音垫的制备,从而提高地毯的吸音性能。
本发明的技术方案如下:
    一种具有高吸音性能的车用地毯,其由从上往下的坯毯、粘接层、复合吸音垫、吸音泡沫复合而成;所述复合吸音垫采用重量比30%的棉纤维和70%的涤纶纤维混合制成复合材料垫。
    所述坯毯的密度为650g/m2,粘接层的密度为300g/m2、复合吸音垫的棉纤维密度为195g/m2、涤纶纤维密度为455g/m2,吸音泡沫的密度为50kg/m3
本发明采用了30%的棉纤维和70%的涤纶纤维混合制成的吸音垫,这样棉纤维烘烤成型后仍有孔穴,增大吸声量,也能保证涤纶材质在产品强度上的要求;同时,各层采用优选的密度配比,才能有效保证达到最优的吸音效果。
    上述车用地毯的制作方法包括以下步骤:
第一步,材料的制作
(1)选取第一层的坯毯,密度650g/m2
(2)制作第三层的复合吸音垫
①将棉纤维、涤纶纤维材料分别按30%和70%的重量比例计量;
②将已配比计量的材料放入混棉机中,进行搅拌,充分混合均匀;
③通过疏理机,形成网状;
④通过多排针刺机,将网状纤维针刺为毡状;
⑤通过加热烘箱,将毡烘烤加热定型;
⑥将毡收卷成卷材;
(3)通过第二层粘接层将第一层和第三层的粘接复合
①将第一层坯毯和第三层复合吸音垫分别放在复膜机二边的卷辊上;
②将粘接层的胶料通过加热后,形成流体状的热熔胶,流体状的热熔胶在第一层的坯毯和第三层吸音毡之间通过热辊复合辗压,将坯毯和吸音毡复合成一体,形成第一层、第二层和第三层的复合材料;
第二步,地毯成品的制作
(1)将上述复合材料经烘箱烘烤软化后,放入成型模具内压制冷却成型;
(2)将成型半成品切割孔和边;
(3)制作第四层吸音泡沫:先在发泡模内喷脱模剂,然后在发泡模的灌注孔内灌注PUR发泡料,经一定时间后,PUR泡沫熟化成型,然后脱模,取出PUR泡沫成型件;
(4)PUR泡沫成型件放在组合定位工装内,周边涂胶,将复合材料半成品放在泡沫上,通过气缸压力与之粘贴,成为地毯成品。
本发明具有以下优点:
1、吸声系数增大,能更多吸收车内混响声,乘座舒适度提高。
2、优化了复合吸音垫的制备,产品成型工艺较好,产品软硬适中,装车容易,装车更能有效与相关件配合,隔声效果更好。
3、车内语音晰度提高,人坐在车内谈话,不会感觉到模糊不清,乘座舒适度提高。 
4、放音乐时,声音悦耳、真实、自然,提升音质。

具体实施方式:
以下结合附图进一步说明本发明的结构:
参见图示2,该车用地毯从上往下包括有涤纶坯毯1、PE粘接层2、棉和涤纶复合吸音毡3和吸音泡沫4复合。其中涤纶坯毯1的密度为650g/m2,PE粘接层2的密度为300g/m2,复合吸音垫3采用30%的棉纤维和70%的涤纶纤维混合制成,棉纤维密度为195g/m2,涤纶纤维密度为455g/m2,吸音泡沫采用PUR泡沫,密度为50kg/m3
该高吸声材料与现有传统的地毯材料吸声量对比,从图3可以看出,高吸声材料比现有传统技术材料吸声量高。
上述地毯的制作方法如下
一、材料的制作(结构见图示2)
1、外购第一层的涤纶坯毯650g/m2(涤纶坯毯1)。
2、制作第三层的材料(高吸声材料复合吸音垫3)
①棉纤维、涤纶纤维材料分别按重量比30%和70%(其中涤纶纤维材料中低熔点纤维占40%)的比例计量。如果低熔点纤维过多,材料过硬,影响吸声。棉纤维超出50%,产品过软,产品成型效果较差。
②将已配比计量的材料放入混棉机中,进行搅拌,目的是把材料充分混合均匀。材料混合不均,导致产品局部偏软或偏硬,影响装车和吸声。
③通过疏理机,形成网状。
④通过多排针刺机,将网状纤维针刺为毡状。针刺不紧密,材料易分层。
⑤通过加热烘箱,将毡烘烤加热定型。
⑥毡收卷成卷材。
3、通过第二层PE粘接层2将第一层和第三层的粘接复合
①将第一层涤纶坯毯和第三层材料复合吸音垫3分别放在复膜机二边的卷辊上。
②将PE胶料通过加热后,形成流体状的热熔胶。流体状的热熔胶在第一层的坯毯和第三层吸音毡之间通过热辊复合辗压,将坯毯和吸音毡复合成一体,即图3中的一层、二层和三层材料。
二、地毯成品的制作
1、将上述复合地毯材料经烘箱烘烤软化后,放入成型模具内压制冷却成型。
2、成型半成品切割孔和边。
3、第四层(吸音泡沫4)底层PUR发泡:发泡模内喷脱模剂→在发泡模的灌注孔内灌注PUR发泡料→经一定时间后,PUR泡沫熟化成型→脱模,取出PUR泡沫成型件。
4、PUR泡沫成型件放在组合定位工装内,周边涂胶,地毯放在泡沫上,通过一定的气缸压力与之粘贴,成为地毯产品。

Claims (5)

1.一种具有高吸音性能的车用地毯,其特征在于:其由从上往下的坯毯、粘接层、复合吸音垫、吸音泡沫复合而成;所述复合吸音垫采用重量比30%的棉纤维和70%的涤纶纤维混合制成复合材料垫。
2.根据权利要求1 所述的具有高吸音性能的车用地毯,其特征在于:所述复合吸音垫的涤纶纤维材料中低熔点纤维占40%重量比。
3.根据权利要求1 所述的具有高吸音性能的车用地毯,其特征在于:所述坯毯的密度为650g/m2,粘接层的密度为300g/m2、复合吸音垫的棉纤维密度为195g/m2、涤纶纤维密度为455g/m2,吸音泡沫的密度为50kg/m3
4.根据权利要求1 所述的具有高吸音性能的车用地毯,其特征在于:所述坯毯采用涤纶坯毯,粘接层采用PE粘接层。
5.权利要求1-4所述车用地毯的制作方法,其特征在于包括以下步骤:
第一步,材料的制作
(1)选取第一层的坯毯,密度650g/m2
(2)制作第三层的复合吸音垫
①将棉纤维、涤纶纤维材料分别按30%和70%的重量比例计量;
②将已配比计量的材料放入混棉机中,进行搅拌,充分混合均匀;
③通过疏理机,形成网状;
④通过多排针刺机,将网状纤维针刺为毡状;
⑤通过加热烘箱,将毡烘烤加热定型;
⑥将毡收卷成卷材;
(3)通过第二层粘接层将第一层和第三层的粘接复合
①将第一层坯毯和第三层复合吸音垫分别放在复膜机二边的卷辊上;
②将粘接层的胶料通过加热后,形成流体状的热熔胶,流体状的热熔胶在第一层的坯毯和第三层吸音毡之间通过热辊复合辗压,将坯毯和吸音毡复合成一体,形成第一层、第二层和第三层的复合材料;
第二步,地毯成品的制作
(1)将上述复合材料经烘箱烘烤软化后,放入成型模具内压制冷却成型;
(2)将成型半成品切割孔和边;
(3)制作第四层吸音泡沫:先在发泡模内喷脱模剂,然后在发泡模的灌注孔内灌注PUR发泡料,经一定时间后,PUR泡沫熟化成型,然后脱模,取出PUR泡沫成型件;
