Abstract

本发明目的在于提供一种轮胎的硫化方法,其中,轮胎硫化时在硫化模具和未硫化轮胎之间不残留空气,有助于未硫化轮胎紧沿着硫化模具,从而抑制“缺胶”的产生。本发明为轮胎硫化方法,其包含有在未硫化轮胎表面上涂布含有粉体的涂布剂的涂布工序和对涂布工序中得到的未硫化轮胎进行硫化的硫化工序;包含有所述轮胎硫化方法的轮胎制造方法;和利用所述轮胎制造方法制造的轮胎。

轮胎硫化方法、轮胎制造方法和轮胎
技术领域
本发明涉及包含有在未硫化轮胎表面涂布规定的粉体的工序的轮胎硫化方法、包含有该硫化方法的轮胎制造方法和轮胎。
背景技术
以往,对于轮胎的硫化工序,使气球状的胶囊膨胀,从成型的未硫化轮胎内侧将其压向经加热的硫化模具,由此来进行轮胎的硫化工序。胶囊的膨胀是通过在内部封入高温且高压的蒸汽来进行的,硫化模具和轮胎表面之间残留空气时,有时轮胎表面凹陷,产生所谓的“缺胶”等不良情况。
作为“缺胶”的对策,例如在专利文献1提出了在硫化模具上设置槽、通风孔,但在模具上能够进行如此加工的部位受到限制。
此外,对于轮胎的硫化方法,提出了大量涉及未硫化轮胎和胶囊之间的脱模性的报告(例如专利文献2),但没有提出有助于使未硫化轮胎紧沿着硫化模具的技术的报告。

发明内容
发明要解决的课题
本发明目的在于提供一种轮胎硫化方法,其中,轮胎硫化时在硫化模具和未硫化轮胎之间不残留空气,有助于未硫化轮胎紧沿着硫化模具,从而能够抑制“缺胶”的产生。
解决课题的手段
本发明涉及轮胎硫化方法,其包含有在未硫化轮胎表面涂布包含粉体的涂布剂的涂布工序和对涂布工序中得到的未硫化轮胎进行硫化的硫化工序。
所述粉体优选为炭黑和/或滑石粉。
所述涂布剂优选含有炭黑、天然胶乳和表面活性剂,且涂布剂中的所述炭黑的含量为70质量%以上。
此外,本发明涉及包含有所述轮胎硫化方法的轮胎制造方法和利用该制造方法制造的轮胎。
发明效果
根据本发明的轮胎硫化方法和包含有该硫化方法的轮胎制造方法,轮胎硫化时在硫化模具和未硫化轮胎之间不残留空气,有助于未硫化轮胎紧沿着硫化模具,因此能够抑制“缺胶”的产生。
具体实施方式
本发明的轮胎硫化方法特征在于,其包含有在未硫化轮胎表面涂布包含粉体的涂布剂的涂布工序。该涂布工序之后,通过将未硫化轮胎设置在硫化模具上并进行硫化成型,有助于橡胶组合物紧沿着硫化模具,在模具和未硫化轮胎之间不易产生空气残留,因此能够抑制“缺胶”的产生。
对于可应用本发明的轮胎硫化方法的未硫化轮胎,只要其使用硫化模具经利用加热和加压进行硫化的硫化工序来进行制造,则对该未硫化轮胎没有特别限定。可以举出例如有汽车用轮胎、自动二轮车用轮胎、货车巴士用轮胎等通过在轮胎成型机上贴合各轮胎部件而成型的未硫化轮胎等。
所述涂布剂为含有粉体的涂布剂,可以为仅包含粉体的涂布剂,也可以为含有粉体和液体溶剂的液体涂布剂。从能够进一步发挥本发明效果的理由出发,优选含有粉体和液体溶剂的液体涂布剂。
作为粉体的具体例,可以举出炭黑、滑石粉、二氧化硅、煅烧粘土等无机粉体。其中,从能够在轮胎表面均匀地撒粉的理由出发,更优选为炭黑。
作为采用混合有粉体和液体溶剂的液体涂布剂情况下的液体溶剂,可以举出天然胶乳等。
此外,液体涂布剂可以含有除了粉体和液体溶剂以外的其他成分。作为其他成分,可以举出表面活性剂等。
对于涂布剂的涂布方法,液体涂布剂的情况下,优选用水将市售的涂布剂(例如伯东(株)制的HAKUREXT-785等)稀释至2~3倍,利用毛刷等进行1次涂布。此外,仅为粉体的涂布剂的情况下,可以基于撒粉进行涂布等。
从能够充分得到本发明效果的理由出发,涂布液体涂布剂的情况下的涂布量优选为30g/m2以上。此外,从易产生淌流的问题、干燥时间长的理由和即使增量更多效果也不改变的理由出发,优选为60g/m2以下。
涂布剂的涂布范围可以为未硫化轮胎与硫化模具接触的整个表面,“缺胶”的产生几率高的位置清楚的情况下,可以仅对该位置附近进行涂布。作为“缺胶”的产生几率高的位置,可以举出胎侧壁部件、胎面部件等接合部,形成有胎面主槽、胎侧壁标记的位置等。其中,涂布剂侵入轮胎部件间的界面时,有可能成为部件间剥离的原因,因此优选不涂布于界面上。
涂布工序中得到的未硫化轮胎可以直接转移至下一工序,使用液体涂布剂作为涂布剂的情况等,为了防止由于淌流等导致的操作性恶化,优选进行干燥工序。
本发明的轮胎硫化方法为包含有硫化工序的硫化方法,该硫化工序中对所述涂布工序中得到的未硫化轮胎进行硫化。通过将涂布有所述涂布剂的未硫化轮胎设置于硫化模具上并进行硫化,有助于橡胶组合物紧沿着硫化模具,在模具和未硫化轮胎之间不易产生空气残留,因此能够抑制“缺胶”的产生。
作为所述硫化模具,对其没有特别限定,可以使用以往使用的硫化模具。
对于硫化工序中的温度、压力没有特别限定,只要为以往的轮胎硫化工序中的温度、压力即可。
本发明的轮胎的制造方法为包含有所述轮胎硫化方法的轮胎的制造方法,其是通过对于利用通常的方法制造的未硫化轮胎进行所述涂布工序和轮胎硫化工序来制造轮胎的制造方法。通过采用该轮胎的制造方法,能够形成可抑制“缺胶”产生的轮胎制造方法。
此外,本发明的轮胎为利用所述轮胎制造方法制造的轮胎,能够制成“缺胶”的产生少、高品质的轮胎。此外,能够应用于汽车用轮胎、自动二轮车用轮胎、货车巴士用轮胎等各种轮胎。
实施例
基于实施例对本发明进行说明,但本发明并不仅限于实施例。
以下,汇总并列出实施例和比较例中所用的化学试剂。
CB:东海碳素(株)制的ISFA SEAST6
滑石粉:日本滑石粉(株)制的微粉滑石粉MICRO ACE P-3
液体涂布剂:伯东(株)制的HAKUREXT-785,含有75质量%的炭黑,22质量%的NR胶乳
硬脂酸:日油(株)制的NAA-133
实施例和比较例
制造未硫化轮胎之后,在以胎侧壁接合部为中心的范围,涂布表1所示的各涂布剂后,利用不具有通风孔的硫化模具,在175℃、15分钟的条件下进行硫化工序,制造“缺胶”的产生几率较高的充气轮胎,该充气轮胎的轮胎尺寸为“265/70R17 13S”。需要说明的是,仅为粉体的涂布剂利用撒粉进行涂布,液体涂布剂利用毛刷进行涂布。对于制造的充气轮胎进行下述评价。
将评价结果列于表1。
<“缺胶”的产生状况>
利用目视测定产生“缺胶”的轮胎的数量,计算出“缺胶”的产生率。将各实施例和比较例中的检查数、“缺胶”产生数和产生率列于表1。

根据表1的结果可知,根据包含有在未硫化轮胎上涂布包含粉体的涂布剂的涂布工序和轮胎硫化工序的轮胎制造方法,能够抑制“缺胶”的产生。

Claims (3)

1.一种轮胎硫化方法,其中,所述方法包含有在未硫化轮胎表面上涂布30g/m2以上的炭黑的含量为70质量%以上的液体涂布剂的涂布工序和对涂布工序中得到的未硫化轮胎进行硫化的硫化工序,所述涂布剂含有炭黑、天然胶乳和表面活性剂。
2.一种轮胎制造方法,其中,所述方法包含有权利要求1所述的轮胎硫化方法。
3.一种轮胎,其中,所述轮胎为利用权利要求2所述的轮胎制造方法制造的轮胎。
