称取木香5克、乌药6克、延胡索6克、莪术5克、赤芍10克、苏木6克、骨碎补10克、当归尾9克、三棱6克、大黄10克、海桐皮30克、没药6克、川芎6克、红花6克、羌活6克、独活6克、威灵仙8克、乳香6克、荆芥15克、防风7克、伸筋草15克、桂枝6克、五加皮7克、生木瓜8克、生牛膝10克和麻黄5克，粉碎，过100目筛，即得。

模型和给药
将清洁级(SPF)雄性Wistar大鼠(鼠龄5-6月，体质量170.0±20.5)分成6组：正常对照组(Normal control group，NC)、模型对照组(Model control group，MC)、氨基葡萄糖对照组(Glucosamine control group，GS)、给药组1、给药组2、给药组3。每组10只。除正常对照组外，向其余各组大鼠的右膝关节注射4重量％木瓜蛋白酶水溶液10μL和0.03mol/L的L-半胱氨酸水溶液，并且分别于第3、7天加强，造成模型。造模后第14天开始给药，各组给药量如下：正常组与模型组，给予生理盐水灌胃1mL/100g体重；氨基葡萄糖组，氨基葡萄糖1g加100mL生理盐水配制成混悬液，给予灌胃1mL/100g体重；给药组1，实施例1的粉末10g加1000mL生理盐水配制成混悬液，给予灌胃1mL/100g体重；给药组2，0.02g的化合物加1000mL生理盐水配制成混悬液，给予灌胃1mL/100g体重；给药组3，实施例1的粉末5g和0.01g的化合物加1000mL生理盐水配制成混悬液，给予灌胃1mL/100g体重。1次/日，连续给药30d，造模后第49天取材。
ELISA法检测IL-4
在第49天将动物处死后，行腹主动脉采血，将所采血液3000r/min离心5min，取血清，置-80℃冰箱保存待测。具体操作步骤按试剂盒(IL-4ELISA试剂盒购自上海酶联生物科技有限公司)说明书进行。结果见下表。
