本发明公开了一种多方位伸缩的挖掘机机械臂,包括液压缸和平衡臂,所述液压缸的上表面固定安装有臂轴电机和臂座,在臂轴电机的正面通过旋齿轮固定安装有电气系统,所述液压缸的正面还安装有动臂铰接点,在动臂铰接点的一端通过插座与大臂相连接,在大臂的左端设置安装有大臂杠杆,大臂杠杆通过销轴与伸缩杆相连接,所述液压缸的内部设置有方位传感器,所述平衡臂通过安装在其内侧的转动块固定连接有伸缩杆,在刮板运输机的左侧面上还安装有小臂,且小臂的上侧固定安装有小臂杠杆,且小臂杠杆通过螺栓与反铲机构滑动连接,所述反铲机构底端安装有举升油箱,且反铲机构通过滑槽滑动安装有氮气装置。

技术领域
本发明涉及多方位挖掘机机械臂技术领域,具体为一种多方位伸缩的挖掘机机械臂。
背景技术
挖掘机不像汽车等是公路车辆,可以在平坦的路面上行使,恰好相反,它工作的环境复杂,行驶的路况很差,并且机器的使用性能和司机的操作水平高低不一,工程机械作业,特别是机器在装载作业时,整车的重心便比原来提高了,相应的它整车的稳定性就降低了,特别是机器在斜坡工作时,容易发生机器滚翻现象,由于其自身质量比较大,工作场所情况复杂,机械臂抬起与转向都比较困难,而且当机臂重量过大时机身会不稳,一旦发生滚翻事故就会造成严重的人身伤害,甚至出现人员死亡,而且体积大、操作麻烦。
发明内容
针对以上问题,本发明提供了一种多方位伸缩的挖掘机机械臂,通过设置方位传感器,带动大臂杠杆转动,使得平衡杆起作用拉动小臂工作,从而使机身稳定,且操作简单,可以有效解决背景技术中的问题。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供如下技术方案:一种多方位伸缩的挖掘机机械臂,包括液压缸和平衡臂,所述液压缸的上表面固定安装有臂轴电机和臂座,且臂轴电机设置在臂座的右方,在臂轴电机的正面通过旋齿轮固定安装有电气系统,所述液压缸的正面还安装有动臂铰接点,在动臂铰接点的一端通过插座与大臂相连接,在大臂的左端设置安装有大臂杠杆,大臂杠杆通过销轴与伸缩杆相连接,所述液压缸的内部设置有方位传感器,且在方位传感器的接口处均通过转轴固定连接在液压缸的侧面上;
所述平衡臂通过安装在其内侧的转动块固定连接有伸缩杆,且伸缩杆的一端穿过刮板运输机的入口与设置在刮板运输机内壁顶部的固定板固定连接,在刮板运输机的左侧面上还安装有小臂,且小臂的上侧固定安装有小臂杠杆,且小臂杠杆通过螺栓与反铲机构滑动连接,所述反铲机构底端安装有举升油箱,且反铲机构通过滑槽滑动安装有氮气装置,氮气装置通过设置在其右边的滚轮与小臂滑动连接。
作为本发明一种优选的技术方案,所述刮板运输机内部固定安装有转动轴,在转动轴的表面设置有履带。
作为本发明一种优选的技术方案,所述平衡臂的四周还固定安装有两个手柄,且两个手柄均对称分布在平衡臂的上表面上。
作为本发明一种优选的技术方案,所述小臂的底面安装有小臂电机,在小臂电机的四周设置有两个小臂油缸。
与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果是:该多方位伸缩的挖掘机机械臂,通过设置方位传感器,带动大臂杠杆转动,同时臂轴电机开始工作,使得平衡臂拉动小臂开始转动,通过拉动平衡臂上的手柄,设置小臂移动的方向,使得机械臂可以全方位的移动,且操作简单,机身稳定。

请参阅图1,本发明提供一种技术方案:一种多方位伸缩的挖掘机机械臂,包括液压缸1和平衡臂10,所述液压缸1的上表面固定安装有臂轴电机4和臂座14,且臂轴电机4设置在臂座14的右方,在臂轴电机4的正面通过旋转齿轮5固定安装有电气系统3,所述液压缸1的正面还安装有动臂铰接点2,在动臂铰接点2的一端通过插座臂座14与大臂13相连接,在大臂13的左端设置安装有大臂杠杆7,大臂杠杆7通过销轴8与伸缩杆9相连接,所述液压缸1的内部设置有方位传感器17,且在方位传感器17的接口处均通过转轴固定连接在大臂13的侧面上;所述平衡臂10的四周还固定安装有两个手柄27,通过拉动平衡臂10上的手柄27,设置小臂16移动的方向,使得机械臂可以全方位的移动,且平衡臂10通过安装在其内侧的转动块19固定连接有伸缩杆9,且伸缩杆9的一端穿过刮板运输机11的入口与设置在刮板运输机11内壁顶部的固定板固定连接,在刮板运输机11内部固定安装有转动轴26,在转动轴26的表面设置有履带12。在刮板运输机11的左侧面上还安装有小臂16,在小臂16的底面安装有小臂电机28,在小臂电机28的四周设置有两个小臂油缸6,且小臂16的上侧固定安装有小臂杠杆5,小臂杠杆15通过螺栓20与反铲机构21滑动连接,所述反铲机构21底端安装有举升油箱22,且反铲机构21通过滑槽24滑动安装有氮气装置23,利用该氮气装置23可以有效缓解反铲机构21运动过程中带来的冲力,氮气装置23通过设置在其右边的滚轮25与小臂16滑动连接。

1.一种多方位伸缩的挖掘机机械臂,包括液压缸(1)和平衡臂(10),所述液压缸(1)的上表面固定安装有臂轴电机(4)和臂座(14),且臂轴电机(4)设置在臂座(14)的右方,在臂轴电机(4)的正面通过旋转齿轮(5)固定安装有电气系统(3),其特征在于:所述液压缸(1)的正面还安装有动臂铰接点(2),在动臂铰接点(2)的一端通过臂座(14)与大臂(13)相连接,在大臂(13)的左端设置安装有大臂杠杆(7),大臂杠杆(7)通过销轴(8)与伸缩杆(9)相连接,所述液压缸(1)的内部设置有方位传感器(17),且在方位传感器(17)的接口处均通过转轴(18)固定连接在液压缸(1)的侧面上;所述平衡臂(10)通过安装在其内侧的转动块(19)固定连接有伸缩杆(9),且伸缩杆(9)的一端穿过刮板运输机(11)的入口与设置在刮板运输机(11)内壁顶部的固定板固定连接,在刮板运输机(11)的左侧面上还安装有小臂(16),且小臂(16)的上侧固定安装有小臂杠杆(15),且小臂杠杆(15)通过螺栓(20)与反铲机构(21)滑动连接,所述反铲机构(21)底端安装有举升油箱(22),且反铲机构(21)通过滑槽(24)滑动安装有氮气装置(23),氮气装置(23)通过设置在其右边的滚轮(25)与小臂(16)滑动连接。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种多方位伸缩的挖掘机机械臂,其特征在于:所述刮板运输机(11)内部固定安装有转动轴(26),在转动轴(26)的表面设置有履带(12)。
