背景技术
常规粘合衬的一个面有粘合层,能与一块面料粘合在一起。有一些特殊品种服装或有特殊要求服装,要求粘合衬能把同种或不同种的两块面料粘合在一起,获得较硬手感、较高剥离强力和其他性能。为此,在一个面有粘合层的基础上,研发和生产正反两面都有粘合层的纯棉双面胶粘合衬,满足服装行业需求。
发明内容
本发明目的在于提供一种性能优异、制作简便的纯棉双面胶粘合衬及其生产方法。
本发明的技术解决方案是:
一种纯棉双面胶粘合衬,其特征是: 在纯棉基布的正反两面都有粘合层;经纬向干热尺寸变化率-1.0%~+0.5%;游离和水解甲醛≤50mg/kg ;经纬向水洗尺寸变化率为-1.5%~+0.5%。
纯棉衬布的坯布规格为下列三种中的一种:第一种门幅为 48.5 英寸、纱支数为20s×20s、密度为 60×60根/英寸,第二种门幅为 48.5 英寸、纱支数为12 s×12s、密度为49×45根/英寸,第三种门幅为 48.5 英寸、纱支数为8s×8s、密度为48×38根/英寸。

纯棉衬布的坯布规格为:门幅为 48.5 英寸、纱支数为8s×8s、密度为48×38根/英寸。

助剂 STN 170~200 g/L(例170 g/L、185 g/L、200 g/L)
MgCl2·6H2O 13.5~15g/L(例13.5 g/L、14 g/L、15 g/L)
乙烯脲 4.0g/L
非离子柔软剂V-12 0.5 g/L

1.一种纯棉双面胶粘合衬的生产方法,依次包括翻缝 →前处理→化学防缩硬挺整理→正面粉点涂层或涂覆涂层→反面涂覆涂层→机械预缩整理;其特征是:所述纯棉双面胶粘合衬在纯棉基布的正反两面都有粘合层;经纬向干热尺寸变化率-1.0%~+0.5%;游离和水解甲醛≤50mg/kg;经纬向水洗尺寸变化率为-1.5%~+0.5%;化学防缩硬挺整理时,防缩硬挺整理液的组成为:
织物用树脂整理剂 KH-1 80~100 g/L
助剂 STN 150~200 g/L
MgCl2·6H2O 12~15 g/L
乙烯脲 4.0g/L
非离子柔软剂V-12 0.5 g/L
