本发明公开了一种抗穿刺涂层织物材料及其制备方法,涉及防护性纺织品技术领域,该抗穿刺涂层织物材料包括有位于中央的凯夫拉平纹织物,凯夫拉平纹织物的外部粘接有尼龙无纺布,尼龙无纺布的外部粘接有聚氯乙烯薄膜。该抗穿刺涂层织物材料通过尼龙无纺布的制备、制备复合基布、刮涂聚氨酯胶黏剂、压延PVC薄膜四步骤制造而成,结构简单、织造方便且具有良好的抗硬质尖锐器械穿透能力。

技术领域
本发明涉及防护性纺织品技术领域,特别涉及一种抗穿刺涂层织物材料及其制备方法。
背景技术
抗穿刺个体装甲起源最早可追朔至公元前2500年,美索不达米亚平原上战士所穿戴的斗篷、铜或青铜制的头盔,以及可能是由金属与皮革制成的裤裙。后发展出将金属薄片固定在如皮革或亚麻布等柔软基底上。现在的抗穿刺纤维织物防刺能力一般,且重量较大、厚度太厚、材料的柔软性及舒适性不足,导致现有的抗穿刺纤维织物材料穿戴起来十分笨重,灵活性和舒适性不足。随着高性能纤维的日益成熟和人们对个体防护装甲的穿戴舒适性愈来愈重视,这使得各类个人防护用具发展的非常快速。目前,发展比较迅速的是军事上的应用,防弹衣应运而生,防弹衣的原理是:子弹前端平滑,面积相对较大,并不会刺入纤维空隙,然而有时候会遇到尖椎或利刃刺入,由于其尖椎或利刃尖端细小,就能直接刺入防弹衣的纤维空隙,对人体造成伤害。由此可见,研发出一种能抵抗硬质尖锐器械穿透的防护纺织品非常有必要。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题是提供一种抗穿刺涂层织物材料及其制备方法,该抗穿刺涂层织物材料能抵抗硬质尖锐器械穿透。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供以下的技术方案:该抗穿刺涂层织物材料包括凯夫拉平纹织物,凯夫拉平纹织物的上表面和下表面各连接一层尼龙无纺布,形成复合基布,复合基布的上表面和下表面各刮涂一层聚氨酯胶黏剂,最后聚氨酯胶黏剂上接一层聚PVC薄膜,该抗穿刺涂层织物材料的制备方法如下:
(1)尼龙无纺布的制备:对Nylon6短纤维依次进行开松、混合和梳理,与此同时,添加25~30%的低熔点聚酯纤维,再对其进行成网铺网和预针扎处理,于150~160℃下对其进行热粘合加固加工,热压速度是0.5m/min;
(2)制备复合基布:先将一层凯夫拉平纹织物加在两层尼龙无纺布之间铺设好,然后进行铺叠与针扎,再于150~160℃下对其进行热粘合加固加工,热压速度是0.5m/min得到制备复合基布;
(3)刮涂聚氨酯胶黏剂:先按照CX6045∶TOL∶CA800D=100∶40∶8的比例分别添加各成分,充分搅拌越20min配制好聚氨酯胶黏剂,再使用涂布机将经配制好的聚氨酯胶黏剂刮涂在步骤2制备的复合基布表面,烘干收卷,刀口宽度控制上胶量范围为60g/m2左右,烘干温度控制在145℃,收卷速度为6m/min;
(4)压延PVC薄膜:对步骤3得到的复合基布分别于两面压延贴合PVC薄膜,将其结合为一体形成抗穿刺涂层织物,压延时采用四辊压延机,料温控制在160℃,1#和2#辊温为160℃,3#和4#辊温度设置为165℃,压延速度20~30m/min。
优选的,所述凯夫拉平纹织物采用Kevlar-29平纹织物,线密度为25~30根/inch,克重为150~200g/m2,纱线细度为1000D,厚度为0.28~0.33mm,拉伸强力为3400~3800N/5cm。
优选的,所述尼龙无纺布采用Nylon6无纺布添加低熔点聚酯纤维而成,其中,Nylon6采用短纤维,纱线细度为6.0d,长度为64mm,单丝强度为10g/d;低熔点聚酯纤维含量为25~35%之间。
优选的,所述聚氨酯薄胶黏剂采用溶剂型胶黏剂,如高鼎精细化工生产的CX-6045型。
优选的,所述PVC薄膜的膜厚控制在0.6mm左右,密度1.2g/m3,熔融温度为185~190℃。
采用以上技术方案的有益效果是:
(1)本发明的抗穿刺涂层织物,是将凯夫拉和尼龙以热压熔融和针扎结合,因此结合强度高,尼龙66无纺布采用高模短纤,因此比强度与比模数之性能较高;
(2)本发明的抗穿刺涂层织物,表面经压延贴合PVC薄膜,耐酸碱,化学稳定性好;
(3)本发明的抗穿刺涂层织物结构简单、织造方便且具有良好的抗硬质尖锐器械穿透能力。

下面结合附图说明本发明抗穿刺涂层织物材料及其制备方法的优选实施方式。

如图1所示,该抗穿刺涂层织物材料包括凯夫拉平纹织物1,凯夫拉平纹织物1的上表面和下表面各连接一层尼龙无纺布2,形成复合基布,复合基布的上表面和下表面各刮涂一层聚氨酯胶黏剂3,最后聚氨酯胶黏剂3上接一层聚PVC薄膜4,该抗穿刺涂层织物材料的制备方法如下:
(1)尼龙无纺布2的制备:对Nylon6短纤维依次进行开松、混合和梳理,与此同时,添加25~30%的低熔点聚酯纤维,再对其进行成网铺网和预针扎处理,于150~160℃下对其进行热粘合加固加工,热压速度是0.5m/min;
(2)制备复合基布:先将一层凯夫拉平纹织物1加在两层尼龙无纺布2之间铺设好,然后进行铺叠与针扎,再于150~160℃下对其进行热粘合加固加工,热压速度是0.5m/min得到制备复合基布;
(3)刮涂聚氨酯胶黏剂3:先按照CX6045∶TOL∶CA800D=100∶40∶8的比例分别添加各成分,充分搅拌越20min配制好聚氨酯胶黏剂3,再使用涂布机将经配制好的聚氨酯胶黏剂3刮涂在步骤2制备的复合基布表面,烘干收卷,刀口宽度控制上胶量范围为60g/m2左右,烘干温度控制在145℃,收卷速度为6m/min;
(4)压延PVC薄膜4:对步骤3得到的复合基布分别于两面压延贴合PVC薄膜4,将其结合为一体形成抗穿刺涂层织物,压延时采用四辊压延机,料温控制在160℃,1#和2#辊温为160℃,3#和4#辊温度设置为165℃,压延速度20~30m/min。
凯夫拉平纹织物1采用Kevlar-29平纹织物,线密度为25~30根/inch,克重为150~200g/m2,纱线细度为1000D,厚度为0.28~0.33mm,拉伸强力为3400~3800N/5cm。凯夫拉平纹织物1主要起防护的主体作用,凯夫拉纤维做成的布本身密度低、强度高、韧性好、是防弹衣和防护装甲常用的纤维材料。
尼龙无纺布2采用Nylon6无纺布添加低熔点聚酯纤维而成,其中,Nylon6采用短纤维,纱线细度为6.0d,长度为64mm,单丝强度为10g/d;低熔点聚酯纤维含量为25~35%之间。尼龙无纺布2主要起到载体作用。
聚氨酯薄胶黏剂3采用溶剂型胶黏剂,如高鼎精细化工生产的CX-6045型。聚氨酯胶黏剂3主要起到连接PVC薄膜4和尼龙无纺布2的作用。
PVC薄膜4的膜厚控制在0.6mm左右,密度1.2g/m3,熔融温度为185~190℃。PVC薄膜4主要起到表面防护作用,能防水、碱、酸等化学物质腐蚀,同时可缓冲尖椎刺入时的应力。
该抗穿刺涂层织物可以根据需要加工成背心、手套等形式,也可以直接使用。
以上的仅是本发明的优选实施方式,应当指出,对于本领域的普通技术人员来说,在不脱离本发明创造构思的前提下,还可以做出若干变形和改进,这些都属于本发明的保护范围。

Claims (5)

1.一种抗穿刺涂层织物材料及其制备方法,其特征在于:所述抗穿刺涂层织物材料包括凯夫拉平纹织物(1),凯夫拉平纹织物(1)的上表面和下表面各连接一层尼龙无纺布(2),形成复合基布,复合基布的上表面和下表面各刮涂一层聚氨酯胶黏剂(3),最后聚氨酯胶黏剂(3)上接一层聚PVC薄膜(4),该抗穿刺涂层织物材料的制备方法如下:
(一)尼龙无纺布(2)的制备:对Nylon6短纤维依次进行开松、混合和梳理,与此同时,添加25~30%的低熔点聚酯纤维,再对其进行成网铺网和预针扎处理,于150~160℃下对其进行热粘合加固加工,热压速度是0.5m/min;(二)制备复合基布:先将一层凯夫拉平纹织物(1)加在两层尼龙无纺布(2)之间铺设好,然后进行铺叠与针扎,再于150~160℃下对其进行热粘合加固加工,热压速度是0.5m/min得到制备复合基布;
(三)刮涂聚氨酯胶黏剂(3):先按照CX6045∶TOL∶CA800D=100∶40∶8的比例分别添加各成分,充分搅拌越20min配制好聚氨酯胶黏剂(3),再使用涂布机将经配制好的聚氨酯胶黏剂(3)刮涂在步骤二制备的复合基布表面,烘干收卷,刀口宽度控制上胶量范围为60g/m2左右,烘干温度控制在145℃,收卷速度为6m/min;
(四)压延PVC薄膜(4):对步骤三得到的复合基布分别于两面压延贴合PVC薄膜(4),将其结合为一体形成抗穿刺涂层织物,压延时采用四辊压延机,料温控制在160℃,1#和2#辊温为160℃,3#和4#辊温度设置为165℃,压延速度20~30m/min。
2.根据权利要求1所述的抗穿刺涂层织物材料及其制备方法,其特征在于:所述凯夫拉平纹织物(1)采用Kevlar-29平纹织物,线密度为25~30根/inch,克重为150~200g/m2,纱线细度为1000D,厚度为0.28~0.33mm,拉伸强力为3400~3800N/5cm。
