本发明公开了一种低温压烫耐水洗纯棉机织粘合衬及其生产方法,生产流程包括翻缝、烧毛、精练、漂白、化学防缩整理、涂层、机械预缩步骤;化学防缩整理时,采用无甲醛的丁烷四羧酸为整理剂;涂层时采用低密度高压聚乙烯与高密度高压聚乙烯混合热熔胶。本发明既节能又便于操作,并且能够适用于更多不耐高温的面料,可避免高温压烫带来的面料强度下降、手感变硬、泛黄、改变面料风格等弊端。产品性能优异,压烫温度140‑150℃,并且能够耐水洗;不含甲醛;经纬向水洗尺寸变化率为‑1.0%‑+0.5%。

一种低温压烫耐水洗纯棉机织粘合衬及其生产方法
技术领域
本发明涉及粘合衬技术领域,具体涉及一种低温压烫耐水洗纯棉机织粘合衬及其生产方法。
背景技术
粘合衬是指以机织布、针织布、非织造布等为基布,采用热熔性高分子化合物即热熔胶,经专门机械进行特殊加工,能与服装面料粘合的服装辅料。粘合衬的性能及粘合压烫的条件温度、压力、时间,很大程度上决定于热熔胶的性能,故热熔胶的选择至关重要。不同种类的热熔胶有不同的物理化学性能,即使同一类热熔胶,也因其成分不同形成不同性能的系列产品。由于成本等原因,目前市场上用于衬衫衬的纯棉机织粘合衬,所用的热熔胶主要是聚乙烯类,可分为高密度低压聚乙烯(HDPE)和低密度高压聚乙烯(LDPE)两种。LDPE密度较低,大分子链上有较多的支链,分子规整性较差,从而结晶较低,因此LDPE 耐水洗性能较差,不耐干洗。常用于衬衫补强衬及要求较低的衬布。HDPE是典型的线性规整结构的聚合物,大分子链支链少,结晶度高,并有较高的硬度。在粘合衬工业中用得较多的是HDPE,主要用于衬衫领衬。其优点是来源丰富,耐水洗性能好,缺点是手感硬,压烫温度高,耐干洗性能差。随着科技的进步和人们生活水平的提高,更加新颖独特的面料和款式不断设计出来,人们对作为衬衫衬的纯棉机织粘合衬,与面料的匹配、压烫工艺以及粘合后的耐水洗牢度等问题越来越关注,希望粘合衬的压烫温度可以比常规的160~170℃低,而且能够耐水洗。这样既节能又便于操作,并且能够适用于更多不耐高温的面料,避免高温压烫带来的面料强度下降、手感变硬、泛黄、改变面料风格等弊端。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种压烫温度140-150℃,并且能够耐水洗;不含甲醛;经纬向水洗尺寸变化率为-1.0%-+0.5%的低温压烫耐水洗纯棉机织粘合衬及其生产方法。
本发明的技术解决方案是:
一种低温压烫耐水洗纯棉机织粘合衬,其特征是:压烫温度140-150℃,并且能够耐水洗;不含甲醛;经纬向水洗尺寸变化率为-1.0%-+0.5%。
一种低温压烫耐水洗纯棉机织粘合衬的生产方法,依次包括翻缝、烧毛、精练、漂白、化学防缩整理、涂层、机械预缩步骤;其特征是:化学防缩整理时,采用无甲醛的丁烷四羧酸(BTCA)为整理剂;涂层时采用LDPE与HDPE混合热熔胶,热熔胶在温度190-200℃熔融罐熔融后,通过喷口把液态热熔胶喷淋在布面上。
涂层时LDPE与HDPE混合热熔胶的混合质量比为2:1-3,涂覆量35-45 g/m2
本发明既节能又便于操作,并且能够适用于更多不耐高温的面料,可避免高温压烫带来的面料强度下降、手感变硬、泛黄、改变面料风格等弊端。产品性能优异,压烫温度140-150℃,并且能够耐水洗;不含甲醛;经纬向水洗尺寸变化率为-1.0%-+0.5%。

具体实施方式
实施例1:
纯棉衬布的坯布规格为:门幅为48.5英寸、纱支数为20s×20s、密度为60×60根/英寸。
一种低温压烫耐水洗纯棉机织粘合衬的生产方法,依次包括翻缝、烧毛、精练、漂白、化学防缩整理、涂层、机械预缩步骤;化学防缩整理时,采用无甲醛的BTCA为整理剂;涂层时采用LDPE与HDPE混合热熔胶,LDPE与HDPE混合热熔胶的混合质量比为2:3,热熔胶在温度200℃熔融罐熔融后,通过喷口把液态热熔胶喷淋在布面上,涂覆量40g/m2。产品不含甲醛,与面料在150℃压烫后水洗,不会产生起皱、起泡或脱落等。
实施例2:
纯棉衬布的坯布规格为:门幅为48.5英寸、纱支数为60s×60s、密度为80×60根/英寸。
一种低温压烫耐水洗纯棉机织粘合衬的生产方法,依次包括翻缝、烧毛、精练、漂白、化学防缩整理、涂层、机械预缩步骤;化学防缩整理时,采用无甲醛的BTCA为整理剂;涂层时采用LDPE与HDPE混合热熔胶,LDPE与HDPE混合热熔胶的混合质量比为1:1,热熔胶在温度195℃熔融罐熔融后,通过喷口把液态热熔胶喷淋在布面上,涂覆量35g/m2。产品不含甲醛,与面料在145℃压烫后水洗,不会产生起皱、起泡或脱落等。
实施例3:
纯棉衬布的坯布规格为:门幅为48.5英寸、纱支数为40s×40s、密度为60×60根/英寸。

化学防缩整理时,采用无甲醛的丁烷四羧酸为整理剂;涂层时采用低密度高压聚乙烯与高密度低压聚乙烯混合热熔胶,热熔胶在温度190-200℃熔融罐熔融后,通过喷口把液态热熔胶喷淋在布面上;
