背景技术

接入类禁止(ACB)是移动网络中的已知操作,由此能够禁止某些类的装置使用所定义资源,使得其它装置能够被提供优先级。当前,接入类禁止适合在被分配了“常规”均匀接入控制处理(0-9)的接入类的移动台与更高优先级类之间区分接入控制。这些类在基本上所有装置由人类操作员使用时被定义,而没有预见到机器对机器(M2M)操作的出现。因此,与ACB机制相关的当前规范缺乏区分M2M装置和人为操作装置的机制。因此,缺乏能够针对排他地向M2M装置发送消息和指令的过程。
另外,当前ACB机制的响应速度常常能够减慢以减轻网络拥塞,因为这类机制利用经受修改过程(与检测时增加网络拥塞的速率相比能够比较广泛)的系统信息消息。例如,用于ACB的当前方式包括改变与系统信息块2(SIB2)或者类型2的系统信息块相关联的参数。在某些协议中,可能需要两个修改周期以在接收到指示ACB参数变化的系统信息消息时改变UE的接入行为。这类修改周期能够包括系统信息块(SIB)修改周期和SIB更新信息周期。实现ACB参数变化的总时间可能是冗长的,例如,在一些情况下,修改周期能够持续长达大约41秒。
随着更多的人为操作装置和M2M装置添加到移动装置网络,无线电接入信道上拥塞的可能性增加。许多M2M装置用于向中央系统自动报告一些值。M2M装置的谱极宽并且各式各样。这类装置能够包括但不限于用于电力网和其它公用设施的智能计量表、智能传感器、用于移动健康和远程医疗的医疗装置、例如用于自动售货机、车辆、标志和资产跟踪的远程监测和控制装置。虽然对无线网络的及时接入是M2M通信所期望的,但是一些UE的M2M通信能够是对拥塞网络的延迟接入,而不会损害与延迟M2M通信相关联的功能。同时,拥塞网络可能在即使M2M通信不是时间关键的、也允许M2M装置通信促成拥塞时,暂时断开或拒绝接入,所述拥塞网络能够给网络装置的用户(例如语音用户)带来不便。没有与用户操作的装置不同地处理M2M装置的能力的话,随着网络上的负荷增加,不依赖对网络的及时接入的M2M装置可能被与用户操作的装置同样地处理。通过提供区分M2M装置与其它网络装置的机制,能够减少大规模网络拥塞的发生。
在各种网络中,M2M UE能够引起突发接入。例如,M2M UE能够包括具有调度更新周期的装置。由于对这类UE进行编程的简单性,那些更新周期能够被编程为以相同间隔或者以具有与其它UE重叠的更新时间(例如满一小时)的间隔发生。当一批M2M装置在例如10秒与60秒之间的短周期里突然接入网络时,如上所述,当前解决方案的修改周期在缓解网络拥塞方面可能没有帮助。另外,虽然一些eNB仍然能够具有用于过载处理的附加方法、例如无线电资源控制(RRC)拒绝,但是这类方法可能不会实现网络过载保护目的,因为随机接入信道(RACH)能够过载,从而在相当长的时间周期里阻止其它UE接入。另外,RRC拒绝可能不会实现网络过载保护目的,因为RRC信令消息能够使用大量的无线电资源,从而影响其它所连接UE的正进行的连接的服务质量。
本主题提供增强接入禁止EAB的设备和方法,它们能够在UE中以更及时和有效率的方式实现,从而使接入禁止更有效率。在一个示例中,寻呼消息能够包括指示EAB参数的变化的通知。在检测到该通知时,UE能够得到更新的EAB参数,并且应用适当的接入控制,而无需等待SIB修改周期。在一个示例中,UE能够包括将UE标识为一个或多个装置类别的成员的一个或多个设定。在一个示例中,将UE标识为一个或多个装置类别的成员的一个或多个设定能够被保存在UE的订户接口模块(SIM)中。在某些示例中,与EAB相关联的一个或多个类别和与ACB相关联的一个或多个类是不同的。
在一个示例中,具有机器类型通信(MTC)能力的UE能够是能够包括较低优先级MTC通信的若干M2M装置类别之一的成员。在一个示例中,较低优先级MTC通信能够包括传送例程状态或控制信息的所调度通信。在一个示例中,例如对于某些医疗装置UE,装置能够是指示对于较高优先级MTC通信的需要的类别的成员。在某些示例中,高优先级MTC通信能够包括报告或者控制告警情况或者能够指示对设备或人员的健康的威胁的情况的通信。

Claims (20)

1.一种具有用于演进通用陆地无线电接入网(E-UTRAN)的接入控制的UE的设备,所述设备包括:
存储器;以及
处理电路,配置成:
在所述UE处理来自第一系统信息块(SIB)的接入类禁止(ACB)信息;
在所述UE处理作为第二SIB的部分的增强接入禁止(EAB)信息;
在所述存储器中存储所述EAB信息;
处理来自所述E-UTRAN的基站的寻呼消息,所述消息指示用于所述UE的EAB参数的变化;以及
响应于所述寻呼消息:
向所述基站请求更新的EAB参数;或者
使用所述EAB信息在所述UE调整接入控制。
2.如权利要求1所述的设备,其中所述第一SIB与所述第二SIB不同;并且其中所述第一SIB是系统信息块类型2。
3.如权利要求2所述的设备,其中,所述电路还配置成响应于所述寻呼消息,向所述基站请求更新的EAB参数。
4.如权利要求2所述的设备,其中,所述电路还配置成响应于所述寻呼消息,在所述UE调整接入控制的集合。
5.如权利要求4所述的设备,其中,所述电路还配置成调整所述接入控制的集合而无需等待SIB修改周期。
6.如权利要求1所述的设备,包括:
在所述UE生成接入所述移动装置网络的请求;以及
使用所述UE的处理器和所述EAB信息来处理接入所述移动装置网络的所述请求。
7.如权利要求6所述的设备,其中,处理所述请求包括:在所述EAB信息指示所述UE属于被禁止接入所述移动无线网络的机器对机器(M2M)装置类别时,拒绝接入所述移动装置网络的所述请求。
8.如权利要求6所述的设备,其中,处理所述请求包括:在所述EAB信息指示所述UE不属于被禁止接入所述移动无线网络的UE类别时,响应于所述请求而接入所述移动装置网络。
9.如权利要求6所述的设备,其中,处理所述请求包括访问所述第二SIB。
10.一种增强基站设备,包括:
存储器;以及
耦合到所述存储器的处理电路,所述处理电路配置成:
处理包括接入类禁止(ACB)信息的第一块类型的系统信息;
处理包括增强接入禁止(EAB)信息的第二块类型的系统信息,其中所述EAB信息使用一个或多个UE类别降低所述过载情况;
在移动装置网络中处理过载情况的指示;以及
处理寻呼消息以用于传递到至少第一UE,所述寻呼消息指示用于所述UE的EAB信息的变化。
11.如权利要求10所述的增强基站设备,其中,所述第二块类型的所述系统信息包括指示被禁止接入所述移动装置网络的一个或多个UE类别的EAB信息。
12.一种非暂时计算机可读介质,其中包括指令,所述指令在被用户设备(UE)的一个或多个处理器执行时,导致所述UE与演进通用陆地无线电接入网(E-UTRAN)的基站通信以实现接入控制操作,其中,所述指令将所述UE配置成:
在所述UE处理来自第一系统信息块(SIB)的接入类禁止(ACB)信息;
在所述UE处理作为第二SIB的部分的增强接入禁止(EAB)信息;
在所述UE存储所述EAB信息;
处理来自所述E-UTRAN的基站的寻呼消息,所述消息指示用于所述UE的EAB参数的变化;以及
响应于所述寻呼消息:
向所述基站请求更新的EAB参数;或者
使用所述EAB信息在所述UE调整接入控制。
13.如权利要求12所述的非暂时计算机可读介质,其中所述第一SIB与所述第二SIB不同。
14.如权利要求12所述的非暂时计算机可读介质,其中,所述电路还配置成响应于所述寻呼消息,向所述基站请求更新的EAB参数。
15.如权利要求12所述的非暂时计算机可读介质,其中,所述电路还配置成响应于所述寻呼消息而调整接入控制。
16.如权利要求12所述的非暂时计算机可读介质,其中,所述电路还配置成调整所述接入控制的集合而无需等待SIB修改周期。
17.一种具有用于演进通用陆地无线电接入网(E-UTRAN)的接入控制的UE的设备,所述设备包括:
存储器;以及
处理电路,配置成:
在所述UE处理来自第一系统信息块的接入类禁止(ACB)信息;
在所述UE处理和存储作为第二系统信息块的部分的增强接入禁止(EAB)信息;
处理来自所述E-UTRAN的基站的寻呼消息,所述消息指示用于所述UE的EAB参数的变化;以及
响应于所述寻呼消息,在所述UE调整接入控制的集合。
18.如权利要求17所述的设备,其中,所述电路还配置成在所述UE调整接入控制的集合之前,响应于所述寻呼消息,向所述基站请求更新的EAB参数。
19.如权利要求18所述的设备,其中,所述电路还配置成调整所述接入控制的集合而无需等待系统信息块(SIB)修改周期。
20.如权利要求17所述的设备,还包括:
一个或多个天线;以及
收发信机,所述收发信机耦合到所述一个或多个天线,并且配置成从所述UE接收所述ACB信息、所述EAB信息以及所述寻呼消息。
