背景技术
目前市场上流行的毛毯有纯毛毯、毛与其他原料(如腈纶、粘胶)混纺制成的毛毯、腈纶毯、棉毯和采用涤纶原料在纬编大圆机上生产的摇粒绒毛毯。这些毯子多年来在手感、风格上无多大变化,现在已经进入价格战的怪圈。纯毛毯虽然保暖,但是不防霉不防蛀,贴身铺盖有刺痒感;混纺毛毯也是如此;腈纶毯虽然色泽艳丽,防霉防蛀,但是手感和贴身性不足;棉毯虽然吸湿性好,触觉柔软舒适,但是与市场要求的舒适度依然相差甚远。
随着科学技术的发展和人们生活水平的提高,不同功能纺织品呈现出了越来越广阔的发展空间。作为我国的传统行业发展面临前所未有的严峻形势。同时世界性金融危机引发行业困境对中国的纺织行业带来了严重的影响,并造成了很大的困难。随着人类社会的不断进步,人们的物质文件生活得到的极大的丰富,家居生活中对纺织服饰消费品的需求,无论在数量、质量、花型、款式、品味上,还是在环保、功能性方面提出了越来越高的要求。作为传统的纺织行业,要想突出国际金融危机的重围,开拓更为广泛的国内外市场,进一步提高经济效益和社会效益,就必须增强自主创新能力、发展创新型经济,利用新设备、新技术、新材料、新工艺不断地开发新型的家纺产品,并对产品进行深加工,增加产品附加值,只有这样才能在不利的经济形势下不断提高国内外市场占有率。因此,开发具有功能性的拉舍尔毛毯便迫在眉睫。
中国专利公开号CN 1661151 A,公开日2005年8月31日,名称为莫代尔棉拉舍尔毛毯,该申请案公开了一种莫代尔棉拉舍尔毛毯,以莫代尔和面替代腈纶,由下述重量百分比的原料配制:莫代尔35-50%、棉30-40%、涤纶15-30%,制作方法为,涤纶长丝整经,莫代尔和棉混纺后的毛纱整经,编织,剖绒,检验,入半成品仓库。其不足之处在于,莫代尔和棉的混纺纱属于棉型纱,只适合做薄型毛毯,光泽黯淡,手感较差,且没有保健功能。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于为了解决现有制作的毛毯光泽黯淡,手感较差,且没有保健功能的缺陷而提供一种光泽亮丽柔和、吸放湿性良好、染色性鲜艳、色牢度极佳、纤维柔软性好、织物悬垂性佳,天丝产品使用后可生化降解,不会对环境造成污染的天丝纤维毛毯的生产工艺。
为了实现上述目的,本发明采用以下技术方案:
一种天丝纤维毛毯的生产工艺,包括以下步骤:
1)纱线选择:以天丝纤维作为毛绒纱,以涤纶牵伸丝与牛奶蛋白纤维的混纺丝作为地纱;
2)编织:采用双针床经编机对毛绒纱和地纱进行编织,得到天丝纤维毛毯;
3)煮练:将步骤2)中的毛毯置于煮练液中进行煮练;
4)印染:将染色液pH值调节至5.8-6.8后对步骤3)中的毛毯进行印染;
5)还原清洗:用还原清洗液对素染后的天丝纤维毛毯进行还原清洗,用醋酸中和水洗后出缸;
6)后整理:对还原清洗后的天丝纤维毛毯依次进行烘干定型、正面烫光、正面刷毛、正面烫剪、背面起毛、背面刷毛、背面烫毛、背面抓剪、复定型、正面烫剪、背面烫剪、切条缝合后即得天丝纤维毛毯成品,最后将成品检验后包装后入库。
在本技术方案中,Tencel纤维,音译为坦西尔纤维,又叫做“天丝”,是以针叶树为主的木浆、水和溶剂氧化胺混合,加热至完全溶解,在溶解过程中不会产生任何衍生物和化学作用,经除杂而直接纺丝,其分子结构是简单的碳水化合物。Tencel纤维在泥土中能完全分解,对环境无污染;另外,生产中所使用的氧化胺溶剂对人体完全无害,几乎完全能回收,可反复使用,生产中原料浆粕所含的纤维素分子不起化学变化,无副产物,无废弃物排出厂外,是环保或绿色纤维。该纤维织物具有良好的吸湿性、舒适性、悬垂性和硬挺度且染色性好,加之又能与棉、毛、麻、腈、涤等混纺,可以环锭纺、气流纺、包芯纺,纺成各种棉型和毛型纱、包芯纱等。天丝(Tencel)是一种溶剂型纤维素纤维,其环保特点:原料来自木材,可不断自然再生,将木材制成木浆,采用(NMMO)纺丝工艺,将木浆溶解在氧化铵溶剂直接纺丝,完全在物理作用下完成,氧化铵溶剂循环使用,回收率达99%以上,无毒、无污染、天丝产品使用后可生化降解,不会对环境造成污染,故被称为“二十一世纪绿色纤维”。
作为优选,天丝纤维的规格为A100型30--40s,涤纶牵伸丝的规格为150D/144F,涤纶牵伸丝与牛奶蛋白纤维的质量比为1:1。
作为优选,步骤(2)中编织的工艺参数为:在型号为E2291A-136E20双针床经编机上,前后针床隔距为12-14mm,分别用1、6号梳栉分别在前后针床编织4针衬纬组织,2、5号梳栉分别在前后针床编织编链组织,3、4号梳栉在前、后针床分别编织毛绒,编织速度为360-440r/min。
作为优选,步骤4)印染时,染色液pH用醋酸调节,染色浴比1:19-25,染色温度为140-155℃,染色时间为45-55min,染色液的具体配方为:Lonsperse EE系列分散染料0.95-1.3g/L、花青素2.2-2.8g/L、助剂6-10g/L、高温分散剂2.3-3.6g/L与高温匀染剂0.5-1g/L,所述助剂由质量比为1:1:4:0.3的碳酸钠、保险粉、地丁草提取物与碳化锆组成。
作为优选,地丁草提取物采用以下步骤制备:将地丁草清洗干净进行干燥至含水率5-10%后粉碎,过200-400目筛得到地丁草粉末,将地丁草粉末用丙酮在回流提取釜中回流提取,离心或过滤分离得到提取液,将提取液浓缩至含水量15%得到地丁草提取物。

在本技术方案中,本发明对煮练液的配方进行了优化设计,其中碳酸钠可软化水质,同时可提高煮练效果;硅酸钠可吸附煮练液中的杂质和杂质分解物;元明粉可以有效防止煮练液中被硅酸钠吸附的杂质和杂质分解物在毛毯上再沉积,同时在后续印染过程中还可提高毛毯的染色均匀度和染色牢度;聚乙二醇辛基苯基醚为非离子表面活性剂,具有良好的洗涤性能;硅酸钠易产生硅垢,造成织物手感粗糙,易擦伤纤维,而三乙酸甘油酯具有优良的螯合分散性能,可消除硅垢,有效改善毛毯的手感和毛效,同时三乙酸甘油酯还具有优良的表面活性;渗透剂JFC具有很好的湿润渗透作用和协同效应,通过渗透剂JFC、聚乙二醇辛基苯基醚与三乙酸甘油酯之间的协同作用,能大大提高煮练液的湿润、乳化、洗净作用;本发明通过对煮练液和煮练工艺参数的优化,保证尽可能充分去除毛毯表面各种污物,同时有保证毛毯的强力及外观不受影响。
作为优选,黄蜀葵提取物的制备方法为:取黄蜀葵35-65℃烘箱干燥,干燥至恒重后破碎,并按1:10-30的物料比,加乙醇回流提取1-5次,过滤;合并滤液、减压浓缩,并采用浓缩后3倍质量的90%乙醇120-130℃静置过夜,得沉淀物;2-3次提醇沉后,沉淀用无水乙醇洗涤,并采用真空冷冻干燥技术得到黄蜀葵提取物。

本发明的有益效果是本发明采用天丝纤维作为拉舍尔毛毯的毛绒纱,本发明毛毯不仅色泽鲜艳亮丽、手感柔软细腻,防蛀防霉,同时具有远红外发射、负离子等保健功能;本发明产品光泽亮丽柔和、吸放湿性良好、染色性鲜艳、色牢度极佳、纤维柔软性好、织物悬垂性佳,天丝产品使用后可生化降解,不会对环境造成污染。

以下结合具体实施例,对本发明做进一步的解释:
在本发明中,若非特指,所有设备和原料均可从市场购得或是本行业常用的,其中,合成净洗剂购自上虞市海峰化工有限公司;表面活性剂购自广州弈城化工有限公司;下述实施例中的方法,如无特别说明,均为本领域常规方法。
天丝纤维的规格为A100型30--40s,涤纶牵伸丝的规格为150D/144F,涤纶牵伸丝与牛奶蛋白纤维的质量比为1:1。
实施例1
一种天丝纤维毛毯的生产工艺,包括以下步骤:
1)纱线选择:以天丝纤维作为毛绒纱,以涤纶牵伸丝与牛奶蛋白纤维的混纺丝作为地纱;
2)编织:采用双针床经编机对毛绒纱和地纱进行编织,得到天丝纤维毛毯;编织的工艺参数为:在型号为E2291A-136E20双针床经编机上,前后针床隔距为12-14mm,分别用1、6号梳栉分别在前后针床编织4针衬纬组织,2、5号梳栉分别在前后针床编织编链组织,3、4号梳栉在前、后针床分别编织毛绒,编织速度为360r/min;

4)印染:将染色液pH值调节至5.8后对步骤3)中的毛毯进行印染;染色液pH用醋酸调节,染色浴比1:19,染色温度为140℃,染色时间为45min,染色液的具体配方为:LonsperseEE系列分散染料0.95g/L、花青素2.2g/L、助剂6g/L、高温分散剂2.3g/L与高温匀染剂0.5g/L,所述助剂由质量比为1:1:4:0.3的碳酸钠、保险粉、地丁草提取物与碳化锆组成;地丁草提取物采用以下步骤制备:将地丁草清洗干净进行干燥至含水率5%后粉碎,过200目筛得到地丁草粉末,将地丁草粉末用丙酮在回流提取釜中回流提取,离心或过滤分离得到提取液,将提取液浓缩至含水量15%得到地丁草提取物;
5)还原清洗:用还原清洗液对素染后的天丝纤维毛毯进行还原清洗,用醋酸中和水洗后出缸;还原清洗液包括2.3g/L的净洗剂、1.5g/L的表面活性剂、22g/L海藻酸钠与17g/L的茶皂素,浴比1:20,温度60℃,清洗时间50min;
6)后整理:对还原清洗后的天丝纤维毛毯依次进行烘干定型、正面烫光、正面刷毛、正面烫剪、背面起毛、背面刷毛、背面烫毛、背面抓剪、复定型、正面烫剪、背面烫剪、切条缝合后即得天丝纤维毛毯成品,最后将成品检验后包装后入库;

一种天丝纤维毛毯的生产工艺,包括以下步骤:
1)纱线选择:以天丝纤维作为毛绒纱,以涤纶牵伸丝与牛奶蛋白纤维的混纺丝作为地纱;
2)编织:采用双针床经编机对毛绒纱和地纱进行编织,得到天丝纤维毛毯;编织的工艺参数为:在型号为E2291A-136E20双针床经编机上,前后针床隔距为12-14mm,分别用1、6号梳栉分别在前后针床编织4针衬纬组织,2、5号梳栉分别在前后针床编织编链组织,3、4号梳栉在前、后针床分别编织毛绒,编织速度为400r/min;
3)煮练:将步骤2)中的毛毯置于煮练液中进行煮练;煮练时控制浴比1:50,煮练温度为95℃,煮练时间50min,煮练液的配方为:硅酸钠0.4g/L,碳酸钠2g/L,元明粉3g/L,渗透剂JFC 0.8g/L,聚乙二醇辛基苯基醚4.5g/L,三乙酸甘油酯0.6g/L,黄蜀葵提取物9g/L;黄蜀葵提取物的制备方法为:取黄蜀葵45℃烘箱干燥,干燥至恒重后破碎,并按1:20的物料比,加乙醇回流提取3次,过滤;合并滤液、减压浓缩,并采用浓缩后3倍质量的90%乙醇125℃静置过夜,得沉淀物;3次提醇沉后,沉淀用无水乙醇洗涤,并采用真空冷冻干燥技术得到黄蜀葵提取物;
4)印染:将染色液pH值调节至6.1后对步骤3)中的毛毯进行印染;染色液pH用醋酸调节,染色浴比1:22,染色温度为145℃,染色时间为50min,染色液的具体配方为:LonsperseEE系列分散染料1.1g/L、花青素2.4g/L、助剂8g/L、高温分散剂2.8g/L与高温匀染剂0.7g/L,所述助剂由质量比为1:1:4:0.3的碳酸钠、保险粉、地丁草提取物与碳化锆组成;地丁草提取物采用以下步骤制备:将地丁草清洗干净进行干燥至含水率5-10%后粉碎,过300目筛得到地丁草粉末,将地丁草粉末用丙酮在回流提取釜中回流提取,离心或过滤分离得到提取液,将提取液浓缩至含水量15%得到地丁草提取物;
5)还原清洗:用还原清洗液对素染后的天丝纤维毛毯进行还原清洗,用醋酸中和水洗后出缸;还原清洗液包括3g/L的净洗剂、2g/L的表面活性剂、23g/L海藻酸钠与20g/L的茶皂素,浴比1:20,温度70℃,清洗时间55min;
6)后整理:对还原清洗后的天丝纤维毛毯依次进行烘干定型、正面烫光、正面刷毛、正面烫剪、背面起毛、背面刷毛、背面烫毛、背面抓剪、复定型、正面烫剪、背面烫剪、切条缝合后即得天丝纤维毛毯成品,最后将成品检验后包装后入库;
其中,烘干定型采用JZR型拉幅热定型机进行,设定速度为23m/min,设定温度为120℃;正面烫光采用SME473H型单辊二次烫光机进行,烫光温度为125℃,布速16m/min,顺毛两次,逆毛两次;正面刷毛采用MB211E型双棍刷毛机进行,速度5m/min;正面烫剪采用MB322H型高速高效烫剪机进行,温度为120℃,速度为12m/min;背面起毛采用MB311E型起毛机进行,背面起毛4次,速度为19m/min,起毛量40%,正面保留60%;背面刷毛采用MB211E型双棍刷毛机进行,单辊刷毛,顺毛刷,速度5m/min;背面烫光采用SME473H型单辊二次烫光机进行,烫光温度115℃,烫光速度第一次11m/min,第二遍13m/min;背面抓剪采用MB322E型高效烫剪机进行,速度为11m/min,剪毛高度5mm;复定型采用JZR型拉幅热定型机进行,定型温度95℃,速度为21m/min;正面烫剪采用MB322E型高速高效烫剪机进行,温度为95℃,速度12m/min;背面烫剪采用MB322E型高速高效烫剪机进行,温度为85℃,速度13m/min,烫剪两次。
实施例3
一种天丝纤维毛毯的生产工艺,包括以下步骤:
1)纱线选择:以天丝纤维作为毛绒纱,以涤纶牵伸丝与牛奶蛋白纤维的混纺丝作为地纱;
2)编织:采用双针床经编机对毛绒纱和地纱进行编织,得到天丝纤维毛毯;编织的工艺参数为:在型号为E2291A-136E20双针床经编机上,前后针床隔距为12-14mm,分别用1、6号梳栉分别在前后针床编织4针衬纬组织,2、5号梳栉分别在前后针床编织编链组织,3、4号梳栉在前、后针床分别编织毛绒,编织速度为440r/min;
3)煮练:将步骤2)中的毛毯置于煮练液中进行煮练;煮练时控制浴比1:50,煮练温度为100℃,煮练时间60min,煮练液的配方为:硅酸钠0.5g/L,碳酸钠3g/L,元明粉5g/L,渗透剂JFC 1g/L,聚乙二醇辛基苯基醚5g/L,三乙酸甘油酯0.8g/L,黄蜀葵提取物10g/L;黄蜀葵提取物的制备方法为:取黄蜀葵65℃烘箱干燥,干燥至恒重后破碎,并按1:30的物料比,加乙醇回流提取5次,过滤;合并滤液、减压浓缩,并采用浓缩后3倍质量的90%乙醇130℃静置过夜,得沉淀物;3次提醇沉后,沉淀用无水乙醇洗涤,并采用真空冷冻干燥技术得到黄蜀葵提取物;
4)印染:将染色液pH值调节至6.8后对步骤3)中的毛毯进行印染;染色液pH用醋酸调节,染色浴比1:25,染色温度为155℃,染色时间为55min,染色液的具体配方为:LonsperseEE系列分散染料1.3g/L、花青素2.8g/L、助剂10g/L、高温分散剂3.6g/L与高温匀染剂1g/L,所述助剂由质量比为1:1:4:0.3的碳酸钠、保险粉、地丁草提取物与碳化锆组成;地丁草提取物采用以下步骤制备:将地丁草清洗干净进行干燥至含水率10%后粉碎,过400目筛得到地丁草粉末,将地丁草粉末用丙酮在回流提取釜中回流提取,离心或过滤分离得到提取液,将提取液浓缩至含水量15%得到地丁草提取物;
5)还原清洗:用还原清洗液对素染后的天丝纤维毛毯进行还原清洗,用醋酸中和水洗后出缸;还原清洗液包括3.6g/L的净洗剂、2.5g/L的表面活性剂、25g/L海藻酸钠与23g/L的茶皂素,浴比1:20,温度75℃,清洗时间65min;
6)后整理:对还原清洗后的天丝纤维毛毯依次进行烘干定型、正面烫光、正面刷毛、正面烫剪、背面起毛、背面刷毛、背面烫毛、背面抓剪、复定型、正面烫剪、背面烫剪、切条缝合后即得天丝纤维毛毯成品,最后将成品检验后包装后入库;
其中,烘干定型采用JZR型拉幅热定型机进行,设定速度为24m/min,设定温度为125℃;正面烫光采用SME473H型单辊二次烫光机进行,烫光温度为125℃,布速17m/min,顺毛两次,逆毛两次;正面刷毛采用MB211E型双棍刷毛机进行,速度5m/min;正面烫剪采用MB322H型高速高效烫剪机进行,温度为125℃,速度为14m/min;背面起毛采用MB311E型起毛机进行,背面起毛4次,速度为20m/min,起毛量40%,正面保留60%;背面刷毛采用MB211E型双棍刷毛机进行,单辊刷毛,顺毛刷,速度5m/min;背面烫光采用SME473H型单辊二次烫光机进行,烫光温度120℃,烫光速度第一次12m/min,第二遍14m/min;背面抓剪采用MB322E型高效烫剪机进行,速度为11m/min,剪毛高度5mm;复定型采用JZR型拉幅热定型机进行,定型温度105℃,速度为21m/min;正面烫剪采用MB322E型高速高效烫剪机进行,温度为100℃,速度14m/min;背面烫剪采用MB322E型高速高效烫剪机进行,温度为100℃,速度14m/min,烫剪两次。

Claims (9)

1.一种天丝纤维毛毯的生产工艺,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
1)纱线选择:以天丝纤维作为毛绒纱,以涤纶牵伸丝与牛奶蛋白纤维的混纺丝作为地纱;
2)编织:采用双针床经编机对毛绒纱和地纱进行编织,得到天丝纤维毛毯;
3)煮练:将步骤2)中的毛毯置于煮练液中进行煮练;
4)印染:将染色液pH值调节至5.8-6.8后对步骤3)中的毛毯进行印染;
5)还原清洗:用还原清洗液对素染后的天丝纤维毛毯进行还原清洗,用醋酸中和水洗后出缸;
6)后整理:对还原清洗后的天丝纤维毛毯依次进行烘干定型、正面烫光、正面刷毛、正面烫剪、背面起毛、背面刷毛、背面烫毛、背面抓剪、复定型、正面烫剪、背面烫剪、切条缝合后即得天丝纤维毛毯成品,最后将成品检验后包装后入库。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种天丝纤维毛毯的生产工艺,其特征在于,天丝纤维的规格为A100型30--40s,涤纶牵伸丝的规格为150D/144F,涤纶牵伸丝与牛奶蛋白纤维的质量比为1:1。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种天丝纤维毛毯的生产工艺,其特征在于,步骤(2)中编织的工艺参数为:在型号为E2291A-136E20双针床经编机上,前后针床隔距为12-14mm,分别用1、6号梳栉分别在前后针床编织4针衬纬组织,2、5号梳栉分别在前后针床编织编链组织,3、4号梳栉在前、后针床分别编织毛绒,编织速度为360-440r/min。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种天丝纤维毛毯的生产工艺,其特征在于,步骤4)印染时,染色液pH用醋酸调节,染色浴比1:19-25,染色温度为140-155℃,染色时间为45-55min,染色液的具体配方为:Lonsperse EE系列分散染料0.95-1.3g/L、花青素2.2-2.8g/L、助剂6-10g/L、高温分散剂2.3-3.6g/L与高温匀染剂0.5-1g/L,所述助剂由质量比为1:1:3:0.3的碳酸钠、保险粉、地丁草提取物与碳化锆组成。
5.根据权利要求4所述的一种天丝纤维毛毯的生产工艺,其特征在于,地丁草提取物采用以下步骤制备:将地丁草清洗干净进行干燥至含水率5-10%后粉碎,过200-400目筛得到地丁草粉末,将地丁草粉末用丙酮在回流提取釜中回流提取,离心或过滤分离得到提取液,将提取液浓缩至含水量15%得到地丁草提取物。
6.根据权利要求1所述的一种天丝纤维毛毯的生产工艺,其特征在于,步骤5)中,还原清洗液包括2.3-3.6g/L的净洗剂、1.5-2.5g/L的表面活性剂、22-25g/L海藻酸钠与17-23g/L的茶皂素,浴比1:20,温度60-75℃,清洗时间50-65min。
