Abstract

本案公开了一种低残留电子屏幕专用AB双面胶,从上至下依次设置有第一离型层、改性硅胶层、PET基材层、光学胶层和第二离型层;其中,改性硅胶层包括有:聚二甲基硅氧烷100份;氨基硅氧烷8‑10份;甲基硅酸钠4‑6份和环氧树脂2‑3份。本案通过对AB双面胶两面的胶料组分进行改进,来提高硅胶层的自动排泡能力,使得双面胶在反复撕贴后依然能具备优秀的排泡能力,降低双面胶的贴合难度;同时提高了光学胶层的透光率、粘结强度和抗震性能,降低了残胶率;本案的AB双面胶适用于电子屏幕等领域。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种双面胶,特别涉及一种低残留电子屏幕专用AB双面胶。
背景技术
随着智能手机和平板电脑等产品的飞速发展,近几年在这些领域的配件也形成了庞大的产业链,用于这些产品的电子屏幕保护膜就是典型之一。现在市场上屏幕保护膜的种类繁多,但一般都是依靠静电或胶黏剂附着在屏幕上的透明薄膜材料。这一类型产品的缺点是易脱落、起泡,寿命短,不抗刮,不抗震,不易黏贴等。针对这些缺陷的改进,市面上出现了钢化屏幕保护膜。
而要使用钢化屏幕保护膜就需要使用AB双面胶来黏贴屏幕和钢化膜。AB双面胶的一面贴合屏幕,另一面贴合钢化膜。但现有技术中,受制于两个面胶液的性能限制,AB双面胶的厚度很难做到很薄,且与屏幕相接触一面的自动排泡能力相对较差,透光率也受到一定影响。另外,AB双面胶的贴合要求较高,这需要操作者具备较高的熟练度,若反复撕贴后,双面胶的排泡性能严重下降。
发明内容
针对现有技术中存在的不足之处,本发明提供一种低残留电子屏幕专用AB双面胶。
本发明的技术方案概述如下:
一种低残留电子屏幕专用AB双面胶,其从上至下依次设置有第一离型层、改性硅胶层、PET基材层、光学胶层和第二离型层;

优选的是,所述的低残留电子屏幕专用AB双面胶,其中,所述改性硅胶层中还包括有1-2重量份的聚D-丙交酯。
优选的是,所述的低残留电子屏幕专用AB双面胶,其中,所述聚D-丙交酯的数均分子量为4000-6000g/mol。
优选的是,所述的低残留电子屏幕专用AB双面胶,其中,所述环氧树脂的数均分子量为7000-8000g/mol。
本发明的有益效果是:本案通过对AB双面胶两面的胶料组分进行改进,来提高硅胶层的自动排泡能力,使得双面胶在反复撕贴后依然能具备优秀的排泡能力,降低双面胶的贴合难度;同时提高了光学胶层的透光率、粘结强度和抗震性能,降低了残胶率;本案的AB双面胶适用于电子屏幕等领域。
具体实施方式
下面结合实施例对本发明做进一步的详细说明,以令本领域技术人员参照说明书文字能够据以实施。
本案列出一实施例的低残留电子屏幕专用AB双面胶,其从上至下依次设置有第一离型层、改性硅胶层、PET基材层、光学胶层和第二离型层;其中,离型层和PET基材层的选择属于常规选择,可选自市售的离型材料和PET膜。
改性硅胶层包括有以下重量份的材料:
硅胶层以聚二甲基硅氧烷为主体,氨基硅氧烷用于协同提高聚二甲基硅氧烷的自动排泡能力;甲基硅酸钠用于提高聚二甲基硅氧烷整体的结构韧性,以降低硅胶层的残留率,提高硅胶层的反复撕贴次数;同时,它还能提高聚二甲基硅氧烷的斥水性能,以降低硅胶层对空气中水分的吸收速率,从而使得硅胶层在一定时间内具备相对稳定的排泡性能,以便于留给贴膜者足够的时间去操作,即使反复撕贴也不会在短时间导致硅胶层的排泡能力下降。少量的环氧树脂是用于改善硅胶层的整体刚性,减小硅胶层的自收缩应力,以便于硅胶层在与屏幕贴合时,能线性而匀速地向前贴合,而不会造成局部的贴合速度不均,导致在贴合区域内部产生气泡。
其中,光学胶层包括有以下重量份的材料:
光学胶层以聚甲基丙烯酸酯为主体,三氟甲基三甲基硅烷用于提高光学胶的抗震性能,以在一定程度上抑制与其相连的钢化膜发生爆裂,同时,它还能有效抑制光学胶层变黄,能有效保证光学胶层的透光率和透明度。乙氧酰胺苯甲酯用于改善光学胶层整体的粘结强度和自身的粘稠度,虽然可以通过增加聚甲基丙烯酸酯分子量来增加体系的粘稠度,但此法同时会造成光学胶层韧性和耐候性能的下降,造成胶层开裂或变黄,导致使用寿命下降。分散剂属于本领域的常规选择,可选择聚甲基丙烯酸酯体系或压敏胶体系常见的分散剂即可,本案在此无需具体限定。
其中,光学胶层中还包括有1-2重量份的甲基丙烯酸月桂酯。甲基丙烯酸月桂酯在这里的作用相当于是一种增韧剂,可以提高光学胶在紫外下的韧性和抗老化能力,使得光学胶具备了更持久的作用力。但甲基丙烯酸月桂酯的添加量应被限制,超出优选的范围将导致光学胶的性能下降。
其中,光学胶层中还包括有1-2重量份的二甲基丙烯酸乙二醇酯。二甲基丙烯酸乙二醇酯的作用是提高光学胶层整体的粘结强度和经涂布熟化后的刚性。
其中,改性硅胶层中还包括有1-2重量份的聚D-丙交酯。聚D-丙交酯可以调节改性硅胶层与屏幕的密合速率,从而提高改性硅胶层的排泡效果,减少残留的气泡数量。此外,聚D-丙交酯还能够有效抑制聚二甲基硅氧烷在经反复贴合后的粘性的衰减速度,从而提高改性硅胶层的反复撕贴能力。与聚D-丙交酯同分子式但不同构型的聚L-丙交酯在这方面的改性能力就要比聚D-丙交酯弱的多,并且,作为优选的,聚D-丙交酯的数均分子量优选为4000-6000g/mol,以获得更佳的改性效果。
其中,改性硅胶层中的环氧树脂的数均分子量可优选为7000-8000g/mol。
