一种竹叶蕉止咳平喘儿童汤圆,由原料按以下重量份数制成,竹叶蕉14-17份、明萼草13-15份、罗星草8-12份、串珠耳叶苔4-7份、多头苦荬5-8份、尖嘴林檎果4-7份、排草香3-5份、果蔬汁200-300份、糯米粉600-700份、牛奶150-200份、冰糖25-30份;所述果蔬汁,由原料按以下重量份数制成,生菜30-40份、木耳菜60-70份、西柚80-95份、哈密瓜55-70份、柠檬25-40份。

(1)糖渍、制粉:
按重量份数,取优质的竹叶蕉、明萼草、罗星草、串珠耳叶苔、多头苦荬、尖嘴林檎果、排草香,洗净切制后,用50-60℃温水浸泡3-5小时,置于蒸锅内,蒸制3-5小时,再用钢针依次顺排、横排扎孔,浸泡于常温的冰糖水中2-3天,取出经冷冻干燥机干燥后,得到糖渍中药材;将中药材,置于超微粉碎机内,粉碎至400-440目,得到中药超微粉;
(2)制汁:
按重量份数,取优质的生菜、木耳菜、西柚、哈密瓜、柠檬,去皮去籽后洗净切制,置于榨汁机内,加入2-3倍饮用水,混合榨汁,过滤残渣,得果蔬汁;
(3)制粒:
按重量份数,取中药超微粉、糯米粉,搅拌均匀,加入果蔬汁、牛奶,不断搅拌至形成面团,于25-32℃,湿度为75-90%的条件下,保温保湿发酵5-8小时后,再将面团压制、切割、制粒,得到汤圆;
(4)灭菌、冷藏:
取汤圆,经微波杀菌后,于-25~-20℃条件下,速冻1-1.5小时,使汤圆内心温度在-15~-12℃,塑封包装,于-12℃温度下冷藏,即得成品。

所述一种竹叶蕉止咳平喘儿童汤圆,其制备方法为:
(1)糖渍、制粉:
按重量份数,取优质的竹叶蕉、明萼草、罗星草、串珠耳叶苔、多头苦荬、尖嘴林檎果、排草香,洗净切制后,用50-60℃温水浸泡3-5小时,置于蒸锅内,蒸制3-5小时,再用钢针依次顺排、横排扎孔,浸泡于常温的冰糖水中2-3天,取出经冷冻干燥机干燥后,得到糖渍中药材;将中药材,置于超微粉碎机内,粉碎至400-440目,得到中药超微粉;
(2)制汁:
按重量份数,取优质的生菜、木耳菜、西柚、哈密瓜、柠檬,去皮去籽后洗净切制,置于榨汁机内,加入2-3倍饮用水,混合榨汁,过滤残渣,得果蔬汁;
(3)制粒:
按重量份数,取中药超微粉、糯米粉,搅拌均匀,加入果蔬汁、牛奶,不断搅拌至形成面团,于25-32℃,湿度为75-90%的条件下,保温保湿发酵5-8小时后,再将面团压制、切割、制粒,得到汤圆;
(4)灭菌、冷藏:
取汤圆,经微波杀菌后,于-25~-20℃条件下,速冻1-1.5小时,使汤圆内心温度在-15~-12℃,塑封包装,于-12℃温度下冷藏,即得成品。
所述工序(1)中,冰糖水浓度为45-60%。
实施例6
所述果蔬汁原料中的生菜、木耳菜、西柚、哈密瓜、柠檬,可以替换为其他蔬菜的组合、其他水果的组合或其他蔬菜与水果的组合。
本发明选用生菜、木耳菜、西柚、哈密瓜、柠檬作为果蔬汁的原料,制成的汤圆,呈嫩绿色;将哈密瓜替换为山楂,则汤圆呈明黄色;将生菜、木耳菜替换为胡萝卜、窝瓜,则汤圆呈橙色。

1.一种竹叶蕉止咳平喘儿童汤圆,其特征在于:由原料按以下重量份数制成,竹叶蕉14-17份、明萼草13-15份、罗星草8-12份、串珠耳叶苔4-7份、多头苦荬5-8份、尖嘴林檎果4-7份、排草香3-5份、果蔬汁200-300份、糯米粉600-700份、牛奶150-200份、冰糖25-30份;所述果蔬汁,由原料按以下重量份数制成,生菜30-40份、木耳菜60-70份、西柚80-95份、哈密瓜55-70份、柠檬25-40份。
2.根据权利要求1所述一种竹叶蕉止咳平喘儿童汤圆,其特征在于:原料按优选重量份数,竹叶蕉15份、明萼草13份、罗星草10份、串珠耳叶苔4份、多头苦荬8份、尖嘴林檎果6份、排草香5份、果蔬汁300份、糯米粉650份、牛奶150份、冰糖25份。
3.根据权利要求1所述一种竹叶蕉止咳平喘儿童汤圆,其特征在于:原料按优选重量份数,竹叶蕉17份、明萼草14份、罗星草8份、串珠耳叶苔6份、多头苦荬6份、尖嘴林檎果4份、排草香3份、果蔬汁200份、糯米粉600份、牛奶200份、冰糖28份。
4.根据权利要求1所述一种竹叶蕉止咳平喘儿童汤圆,其特征在于:所述果蔬汁中原料按最佳重量份数,生菜35份、木耳菜60份、西柚90份、哈密瓜55份、柠檬25份。
5.根据权利要求1-4任意一项所述一种竹叶蕉止咳平喘儿童汤圆,其特征在于:其制备方法为:
(1)糖渍、制粉:
按重量份数,取优质的竹叶蕉、明萼草、罗星草、串珠耳叶苔、多头苦荬、尖嘴林檎果、排草香,洗净切制后,用50-60℃温水浸泡3-5小时,置于蒸锅内,蒸制3-5小时,再用钢针依次顺排、横排扎孔,浸泡于常温的冰糖水中2-3天,取出经冷冻干燥机干燥后,得到糖渍中药材;将中药材,置于超微粉碎机内,粉碎至400-440目,得到中药超微粉;
(2)制汁:
按重量份数,取优质的生菜、木耳菜、西柚、哈密瓜、柠檬,去皮去籽后洗净切制,置于榨汁机内,加入2-3倍饮用水,混合榨汁,过滤残渣,得果蔬汁;
(3)制粒:
按重量份数,取中药超微粉、糯米粉,搅拌均匀,加入果蔬汁、牛奶,不断搅拌至形成面团,于25-32℃,湿度为75-90%的条件下,保温保湿发酵5-8小时后,再将面团压制、切割、制粒,得到汤圆;
(4)灭菌、冷藏:

6.根据权利要求5所述一种竹叶蕉止咳平喘儿童汤圆,其特征在于:所述工序(1)中,冰糖水浓度为45-60%。
7.根据权利要求1-5任意一项所述一种竹叶蕉止咳平喘儿童汤圆,其特征在于:所述果蔬汁原料中的生菜、木耳菜、西柚、哈密瓜、柠檬,可以替换为其他蔬菜的组合、其他水果的组合或其他蔬菜与水果的组合。
8.根据权利要求1-5所述一种竹叶蕉止咳平喘儿童汤圆,其特征在于:所述汤圆成品重量为8-12g/个,直径0.8-1.2cm/个。
