Description
技术领域
本发明涉及一种车轮轴承单元,特别是用于机动车的车轮轴承单元。
背景技术
经轧制铆接的车轮轴承单元在过去广泛用于乘用车辆。正是在不受驱动的车轮轴承单元中,根据标准实行了与可以承担大部分的轴向侧密封功能的车辆侧的盖相结合的使用。正是与例如可以识别或测量车轮转速的被感测的车轮轴承单元相结合,有利于该封闭盖。通过这种封闭盖,不再需要设置另外的密封部。具有安设的传感器的盖至少在传感器区域中由磁性材料构成,因此通常使用贵金属盖。
由DE 11 2011 100 942 T5公知了一种具有盖的车轮轴承单元,在其中,盖具有被压入到外圈的车辆侧的端部中的区段。在外圈与盖之间设置有弹性的元件,该元件利用盖来压入并且可以弹性变形。
EP 2 047 131 B1公开了一种车轮轴承单元,其设置有用于密封轴承的盖。盖以区段安装在外圈的外圆周面上。
发明内容
本发明的任务在于,提供一种车轮轴承单元,其确保了可靠的密封。
根据本发明,该任务通过具有轮毂、编码器和保护遮盖部的车轮轴承单元来解决,其中,轮毂在其一个端部上具有集成式构造的车轮法兰和能连同轮毂一起转动的内圈,其中,内圈借助轧制铆接结合部固定在轮毂上,以便使滚动体列相对于外圈预紧,编码器设置在内圈上并且径向地朝外圈的方向延伸,保护遮盖部固定在外圈上,以便封闭和密封外圈与轮毂之间构成的环形开口,其中,保护遮盖部利用柱体形的区段压入并且材料锁合地(stoffschlüssig)与外圈连接,并且底部区段从柱体形的区段沿径向方向向内延伸,以便遮盖轮毂的内侧的端部。
在根据本发明的车轮轴承单元中,设置有保护遮盖部用于密封外圈与轮毂之间的环形开口。该保护遮盖部利用柱体形的区段压入到外圈中。在压入之后,保护遮盖部材料锁合地与外圈连接。受制造限制且由于压入,在保护遮盖部上出现造成保护盖与外圈之间的间隙的沟、槽等。将液体“喷注”到该间隙中,该液体使保护遮盖部与外圈材料锁合地彼此连接且将间隙封闭起来。对此有利的是,在保护遮盖部与外圈之间提供了防丢失的连接。此外,还通过材料锁合的连接提供了可以实现对车轮轴承单元的可靠密封的封口。这意味着防止了雨水或灰尘从外部侵入到轴承中。
根据本发明的设计方案,保护遮盖部利用柱体形的区段压入在外圈的内圆周上。替选地,保护遮盖部利用柱体形的区段压入在外圈的外圆周上。视要求或现有的结构空间而定地,保护遮盖部压入在外圈的内圆周或外圆周上。
根据本发明的设计方案,借助变硬的液体建立材料锁合的连接。该变硬的液体在压入保护遮盖部之后被喷注到由此产生的间隙中。在施加之后液体(例如,胶粘剂、厌氧的胶粘剂或漆)变硬,由此,提供了保护遮盖部与外圈之间的牢固的连接。为了变硬优选可以设置有紫外线光源。
根据本发明的设计方案,保护遮盖部由非铁磁性的材料构成。由此,可以防止对磁通的不利影响。
优选地,保护遮盖部碗状地且通过挤压成型来构造。通过保护遮盖部的这种构造方案,可以提高刚性并且避免由于撞击石子等而发生变形。
在本发明的设计方案中,设置有转动速度传感器用以检测轮毂的转动速度,其中,转动速度传感器和编码器以预定的气隙沿轴向方向在底部区段上方彼此相对置地布置。

具体实施方式
图1示出了车轮轴承单元1,其配属于未示出的车辆车轮。车轮轴承单元1包括轮毂2,轮毂在其一个端部上具有一体式构造的径向取向的车轮法兰3。此外,车轮轴承装置还具有两个轴向间隔开的滚动体列4、5,滚动体列的滚动体在外侧于外圈6中受引导。在内侧,滚动体列4的滚动体直接在轮毂2的滚道中受引导,而滚动体列5的滚动体直接在固定于轮毂2上的内圈7中受引导。
内圈7借助轧制铆接结合部8轴向地固定在轮毂2上,由此,滚动体列5相对于外圈6预紧。
如进一步由图1可看出的那样,在内圈7的外圆周上布置有编码器9。编码器9设置在支架10上,编码器9借助该支架与内圈7的外圆周连接。编码器7由弹性体材料构成,弹性体材料充填有磁性颗粒,编码器通过硫化与支架10集成式连接。
为了密封外圈6与轮毂2之间的开口,设置有保护遮盖部11,保护遮盖部由非铁磁性的材料通过挤压成型来构造。保护遮盖部11利用柱体形的区段12压入到外圈6的内圆周13上。底部区段14从柱体形的区段12起沿径向方向向内延伸,以便遮盖轮毂2的内侧的端部。
受制造限制且由于压入,在保护遮盖部11上出现造成保护遮盖部11与外圈6之间的间隙的沟、槽等。将要硬化的液体“喷注”到该间隙中,该要硬化的液体使保护遮盖部11与外圈6材料锁合地彼此连接且将间隙封闭起来。

Claims (7)
1.一种车轮轴承单元,所述车轮轴承单元具有轮毂(2)、编码器(9)和保护遮盖部(11),其中,所述轮毂(2)在其一个端部上具有集成式构造的车轮法兰(3)和能连同所述轮毂(2)一起转动的内圈(7),其中,所述内圈(7)借助轧制铆接结合部(8)固定在所述轮毂(2)上,以便使滚动体列(5)相对于外圈(6)预紧,所述编码器设置在所述内圈(7)上并且径向地朝所述外圈(6)的方向延伸,所述保护遮盖部固定在所述外圈(6)上,以便封闭和密封所述外圈(6)与所述轮毂(2)之间构成的环形开口,其特征在于,所述保护遮盖部(11)利用柱体形的区段(12)压入并且材料锁合地与所述外圈(6)连接,并且底部区段(14)从所述柱体形的区段(12)沿径向方向向内延伸,以便遮盖所述轮毂(2)的内侧的端部。

4.根据前述权利要求中任一项所述的车轮轴承单元,其中,借助变硬的液体建立材料锁合的连接。
5.根据前述权利要求中任一项所述的车轮轴承单元,其中,所述保护遮盖部(11)由非铁磁性的材料构成。
6.根据前述权利要求中任一项所述的车轮轴承单元,其中,所述保护遮盖部(11)碗状地且通过挤压成型来构造。
7.根据前述权利要求中任一项所述的车轮轴承单元,其中,设置有传感器用以检测所述轮毂(2)的转动速度或转动方向,其中,所述传感器和所述编码器(9)以预定的气隙沿轴向方向在所述底部区段(14)上方彼此相对置地布置。
