有利地,保护盖装置是壳状的且通过压模构成。通过这样设计保护盖装置可以提高刚性并防止出现碎石等以导致变形。
根据本发明的设计方案,设置转速传感器来检测轮毂的转速度,其中所述转速传感器和编码器在轴向方向上通过所述屏蔽部段以预定的空隙彼此对置。

具体实施方式
图1示出剖切根据第一实施方式的车轮轴承单元1,该车轮轴承单元配属于未示出的车辆车轮。车轮轴承单元1包括轮毂2,该轮毂在它的端部具有一体式构成的径向定向的车轮法兰3。车轮用轴承组件还具有两个轴向间隔的滚动体列4、5,滚动体列的滚动体在外侧在外圈6中被导引。滚动体列4的滚动体在内侧直接在轮毂2的导轨或滚动面中被导引,并且滚动体列5的滚动体在内侧在固定在轮毂2上的内圈7中被导引。
内圈7通过滚动铆钉接合件8轴向地固定在轮毂2上,由此使滚动体列5抵靠地预张紧在外圈6上。
如还可从图1中观察到,编码器9被安置在内圈7的外周上。编码器9设置在支撑件10上,通过该支撑件编码器9与内圈7的外周连接。编码器9由用磁性颗粒填充的弹性体材料构成,该编码器9通过硫化与支撑件10集成地连接。除了弹性体材料之外,编码器9也可以由塑料或硬橡胶制成。
保护盖装置11被设置用于密封外圈6与轮毂2之间的开口,保护盖装置由非铁磁材料通过冲压成型制成。保护盖装置11通过圆柱形的装配部段12被按压在挤压部段13(外圈6的内周)上。屏蔽部段14在径向方向R1上向内邻接圆柱形的部段12。底部部段16通过圆柱形的部段15与屏蔽部段14邻接。
图2示出图1中所示的单元1的放大视图,即保护盖装置11的放大图示。如图所示,装配部段12具有密封件17。密封件17设置在装配部段12的背对外圈6的圆周面18上。密封件17被设计为经硫化的弹性体。
密封件17还被这样设计,使密封件的一部分在轴向方向R2上从装配部段12凸出,以便形成密封唇19。在将装配部段12压入圆柱形的部段13内时,只有密封唇19的区域轴向地移至外圈6的部段20,以便密封地贴靠在部段20上。在这种情况下,密封件17的在装配部段12上经硫化的区域保持不被触碰,即,没有弹性变形。
外圈6的部段20(密封唇19贴靠在该部段20上)是倾斜的并且直接与挤压部段13邻接。
图3和图4示出根据第二和第三实施方式的保护盖装置11。相应的部件以相同的附图标记标识。因此,下面的描述主要关于区别特征。
在图3中示出的保护盖装置11与在图1和图2中描述的保护盖装置11相符。除了设置在装配部段12上的密封件17,密封件21也沿保护盖装置11的整个端面22延伸。端侧22是背离车轮轴承单元1的一侧。密封件21还具有多个密封唇23。
图4示出压入的保护罩11的放大视图。基本上,该车轮轴承单元1与在图3中示出的车轮轴承单元1相符。保护盖装置11的屏蔽部段14具有多个沿圆周分布的留空或凹口24。该凹口24可被设计为例如长孔。此外,凹口24被密封件21覆盖或由密封件21封闭。备选地,还可行的是,将凹口24被密封件21覆盖的区域留空。

Claims (10)
1.一种车轮轴承单元,所述车轮轴承单元具有轮毂(2),其中,所述轮毂(2)在其一端具有集成地构成的车轮法兰(3)和能够与所述轮毂(2)一起转动的内圈(7),其中,所述内圈(7)通过滚动铆钉接合件(8)固定在所述轮毂(2)上,以便使滚动体列(5)抵靠外圈(6)地被预张紧,所述车轮轴承单元具有编码器(9),所述编码器设置在所述内圈(7)上并径向地朝所述外圈(6)延伸,并且所述车轮轴承单元具有保护盖装置(11),所述保护盖装置固定在外圈(6)上,以便将在外圈(6)和轮毂(2)之间构成的环状开口封闭和密封,其中,所述保护盖装置(11)通过圆柱形的装配部段(12)被压入所述外圈(6)的圆柱形的挤压部段(13)中,并且屏蔽部段(14)从所述圆柱形的装配部段(12)沿径向方向(R1)向内延伸,并且设有底部部段(16),所述底部部段与所述屏蔽部段(14)邻接,以便覆盖所述轮毂(2)的内侧端部,其特征在于,在所述圆柱形的装配部段(12)的背离外圈(6)的圆周面(18)上设置密封件(17),其中,所述密封件(17)被这样构造,使所述密封件(17)的一部分在轴向方向(R2)上从装配部段(12)凸出,以便形成密封唇(19),所述密封唇轴向地移至外圈(6)的部段(20)上,以便密封地贴靠在所述部段(20)上。
2.根据权利要求1所述的车轮轴承单元,其中,所述外圈(6)的被密封件(17)的密封唇(19)贴靠的部段(20)是倾斜的。
3.根据前述权利要求中任一项所述的车轮轴承单元,其中,所述保护盖装置(11)由非铁磁材料构成。
4.根据前述权利要求中任一项所述的车轮轴承单元,其中,所述密封件(17)由弹性体构成,并且在所述装配部段(12)上被硫化。
5.根据权利要求1所述的车轮轴承单元,其中,所述密封件(17,21)沿着保护盖装置(11)延伸。
6.根据权利要求1所述的车轮轴承单元,其中,所述屏蔽部段(14)通过圆柱形的部段(15)与所述底部部段(16)邻接。
7.根据权利要求1所述的车轮轴承单元,其中,所述保护盖装置(11)通过所述圆柱形的装配部段(12)被压在所述外圈(6)的内圆周上。
8.根据权利要求1所述的车轮轴承单元,其中,所述保护盖装置(11)通过所述圆柱形的装配部段(12)被压在所述外圈(6)的外圆周上。
9.根据前述权利要求中任一项所述的车轮轴承单元,其中,所述保护盖装置(11)是壳状的且通过压模构成。
10.根据前述权利要求中任一项所述的车轮轴承单元,其中,设置转速传感器来检测所述轮毂(2)的转速,其中,所述转速传感器和编码器(9)在轴向方向上通过所述屏蔽部段(14)以预定的空隙彼此对置。
