Claims (10)

1. Ступичный узел со ступицей (2) колеса, причем ступица (2) колеса на своем конце содержит интегрально образованный гребень (3) обода колеса, выполненный с возможностью вращения вместе со ступицей (2) колеса внутреннее кольцо (7), причем внутреннее кольцо (7) с помощью обкатного опорного кольца (8) на заклепках закреплено на ступице (2) колеса для создания предварительного натяжения ряда (5) тел качения по отношению к наружной обойме (6), и с энкодером (9), который предусмотрен на внутреннем кольце (7), и простирается радиально в направлении наружной обоймы (6) и с защитной крышкой (11), которая закреплена на наружной обойме (6) для обеспечения закрытия и уплотнения кольцевых отверстий, которые образованы между наружной обоймой (6) и ступицей (2) колеса, причем защитная крышка (11) с цилиндрическим монтажным участком (12) запрессована в цилиндрический участок (13) для запрессовки наружной обоймы (6) и от цилиндрического монтажного участка (12) в радиальном направлении (R1) внутрь простирается защитный участок (14), и с донным участком (16), который примыкает к защитному участку (14), чтобы закрыть конец ступицы (2) колеса с внутренней стороны, отличающийся тем, что на окружной поверхности (18) цилиндрического монтажного участка (12), обращенной от наружной обоймы (6), предусмотрен уплотнительный элемент (17), выполненный таким образом, что часть уплотнительного элемента (17) выдается в осевом направлении от монтажного участка (12), чтобы образовать рабочую уплотнительную кромку (19),которая перемещается по оси на участок (20) наружной обоймы (6), чтобы с уплотнением прилегать к этому участку (20).
2. Ступичный узел по п. 1, отличающийся тем, что участок (20) наружной обоймы (6), к которому прилегает рабочая уплотнительная кромка (19) уплотнительного элемента (17), образован наклонным.
3. Ступичный узел по п.1 или 2, отличающийся тем, что защитная крышка (11) выполнена из неферромагнитного материала.
4. Ступичный узел по любому из пп. 1-3, отличающийся тем, что уплотнительный элемент (17) из эластомера и с помощью вулканизации закреплен на монтажном участке (12).
5. Ступичный узел по п. 1, отличающийся тем, что уплотнительный элемент (17, 21) простирается вдоль защитной крышки (11).
6. Ступичный узел по п. 1, отличающийся тем, что защитный участок (14) через цилиндрический участок (15) примыкает к донному участку (16).
7. Ступичный узел по п. 1, отличающийся тем, что защитная крышка (11) с цилиндрическим монтажным участком (12) запрессована во внутреннем периметре наружной обоймы (6).
8. Ступичный узел по п. 1, отличающийся тем, что защитная крышка (11) с цилиндрическим монтажным участком (12) запрессована на наружном периметре наружной обоймы (6).
9. Ступичный узел по любому из пп. 1-8, отличающийся тем, что защитная крышка (11) имеет форму чашки и образована с помощью формовки на прессовальной машине.
10. Ступичный узел по любому из пп. 1-9, отличающийся тем, что предусмотрен датчик скорости вращения для регистрации скорости вращения ступицы (2) колеса, причем датчик скорости вращения и энкодер (9) расположены с определенным воздушным зазором в осевом направлении через защитный участок (14) лежащими напротив друг друга.
