Abstract

技术领域
本发明涉及农用的密封式轮毂轴承组件。
背景技术
为了更好地理解现有技术的状态以及与其相关的问题,首先将描述从WO2007/105185获知的示于附图的图1中的农用的轮毂轴承组件。已知的轮毂轴承单元包括径向向外的可旋转的外套圈11,凸缘12从该外套圈的一侧径向向外延伸,以及一对相同的对称布置的内轴承套圈16,17紧密地并排安装在从农业机械的机架的臂E伸出的轴A上。为了防止污染物(水,泥,土)从机架的臂附近的一侧进入到轴承中,该轴承单元装备有密封装置20。该密封装置装配在固定到外套圈11的外轴环34和L形的内侧护板39之间,其中所述L形的内侧护板装配在轴A周围并且抵靠机架E轴向夹紧。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种用于将密封装置安装到轴承单元的装置,由此允许它们作为单件进行处理和运送。此外,希望允许省去一部件,同时不增加内轴承套圈的轴向尺寸。特别地,内轴承套圈的轴向尺寸必须不增加。由于制造的原因,这些套圈必须完全相同、对称,以便确保轴承的适当的平衡。
还希望改进密封装置的效果,特别地通过防止水沿着在图1的传统的设计中被限定在机架臂E、轴A和侧护板39之间的通路渗漏到轴承中。有效的密封作用在可接受的时间内对于轮盘的正确和可靠的操作是重要的。因为污染状况恶劣,进入到轴承的内部的污染物将快速引起轮盘锁定,从而降低了农机的生产能力。

具体实施方式
在下文中,轮毂轴承组件的结构将被仅描述到理解本发明需要的程度。现在参照图2,农用的密封式轮毂轴承组件包括整个示出在10处的轮毂轴承单元以及有关的密封装置20。
轮毂轴承单元10包括:
-可旋转的外套圈11,其在一侧上形成径向凸缘12并且在相对侧上形成圆柱形座13;
-一对静止的内套圈16,17,它们能够紧密地并排安装到在图4中部分示出的从农机的机架(未示出)伸出的中心轴40上;以及
-两组轴承滚珠14,15,它们介于外套圈11和静止的套圈16,17之间。
密封装置20装配在座13中。如图4更清楚地示出的,它被附连到一个内轴承套圈17即朝向轴40的近端部分装配内套圈上。在本文中,术语“近端”表示使用中将靠近机架的支撑臂的轴向内部位置,而“远端”表示朝向轴的邻近耕种轮盘的一端的轴向外部位置。
轴40形成有圆柱形部分41,以及两个环形台阶42,43,其中内轴承套圈16,17插入到所述圆柱形部分41上。较小直径的第一环形台阶42限定径向台肩44,内轴承套圈抵靠该径向台肩44轴向夹紧。较大直径的第二环形台阶限定用于密封装置20的环形座45。
密封装置20包括弹性体的或类似橡胶的材料的弹性环形垫圈32,以及具有大致L形状的轴向横截面并且支撑垫圈32的环形金属加强插入件28。插入件28具有与轮毂轴承单元10的旋转轴x共轴的圆柱形部分28a和与该圆柱形部分28a为一体的且垂直于轴x的凸缘部分28b,其中该凸缘部分从轴x朝向密封装置20的周边延伸。
垫圈32设置有环形隆起或突起34以及一组平行的径向向外延伸的唇部33(在示出的例子中为三个),这些唇部布置成抵靠着外轴承套圈11的圆柱形内壁22滑动,由此密封地桥接内套圈17和外套圈11之间的环形空间。所有的唇部33由与座13滑动接触的共同的圆柱形表面33s从外部径向界定,并且具有三个不同的径向长度:最短的唇部33a安置在部分28b附近,最长的唇部33c安置成轴向远离部分28b并且设置有大致平行于部分28b的平坦的环形表面33d。应当注意到,在附图中,垫圈32是在其非变形的状态下示出的。
如图3和4最佳示出的,垫圈32包括主体32a,该主体由表面32s轴向限定并且与插入件28一体耦接。表面32s平行于部分28b并且在其组装位置面向轮毂轴承单元10。突起34从表面32s在有点圆锥的方向上延伸并且包括从表面32s开始呈锥形的根部34a,以及通过表面32s形成环形凹部34c的远端指状部34b。根部34a和远端指状部34b都由外部锥形表面34s界定,该外部锥形表面34s连接表面32s并且与表面32s和表面33d一起限定环形空腔35,环形空腔35的功能也是将润滑油脂保持在轮毂轴承单元10中。
突起34从主体32a的径向向外和径向向内的部分延伸并且靠近部分28a以使其能利用部分28a在该区域中给予主体32a的刚度以便确保与内套圈17的稳定连接。
突起34咬合配合到周向的凹槽18中以便将密封装置20安装到轮毂轴承单元10和以便将表面32s贴附到内套圈17的侧表面并且允许内套圈17插入到凹部34c中。
密封装置20进一步包括弹性的覆盖部分46和47,它们分别与部分28a和部分28b耦接以便压靠圆柱形部分48,以及在某些情况下还压靠环形座45的径向侧部49。
覆盖部分46和47设置有许多狭槽46a和47b以改进相同覆盖部分46和47的弹性并且连续围绕轴40,从而提供围绕轴的静态密封作用并且中断朝向轴承单元的内部部分的任何渗漏路径。狭槽46a彼此周向隔开并且平行于轴x,而狭槽47a垂直于轴x并且还被有关的狭槽46a分开。
图5示出密封式轮毂轴承单元10的优选实施例,其中密封装置20进一步包括环形轮盘50,其优选由钢板制成并且轴向安置在环形垫圈32的前面但是不与环形垫圈32接触以便限定迷宫环式密封。
轮盘50包括由折叠的环形金属板限定并且适合于安装在座13中的固定部分51,以及凸缘52,该凸缘与面向覆盖部分47的固定部分51一体形成并且其具有一内径,该内径的尺寸大于覆盖部分46的内径的尺寸。钢的迷宫部50具有双重功能:首先,其通过提供额外的迷宫式密封作用来改进密封装置20的整体密封性能;其次,当密封式轮毂轴承单元10必须从轴40拆开时,其将环形垫圈32保持在其操作配置中。固定部分51适合于占据圆柱形的壁22和环形台阶43之间的间隙,并且凸缘52适合于占据环形座45的径向侧部49和覆盖部分47之间的间隙,而没有与前者或后者接触。
将认识到,借助于以上配置,密封装置可与轴承单元一起搬运。轴承组件的轴向尺寸保持非常紧凑。特别地,内套圈不需要延伸以便为密封装置提供支撑表面。传统的部件,即侧护板39,被省去了。在轴承单元和其支撑轴之间提供了改进的防水密封作用。

Claims (8)

1.一种农用的密封式轮毂轴承组件,该组件包括:
轮毂轴承单元(10),该轮毂轴承单元具有可旋转的径向向外的外套圈(11)以及一对静止的径向内套圈(16,17),其中,凸缘(12)从所述外套圈(11)一侧径向延伸,所述一对静止的径向内套圈(16,17)紧密地并排安装;
密封装置(20),该密封装置安装在所述轮毂轴承单元(10)的与所述凸缘(12)的侧部相对的一侧上,该密封装置(20)包括静止的弹性的环形密封垫圈(32),该垫圈布置成抵靠着与所述外套圈(11)一起旋转的圆柱形内壁(22)滑动,由此密封地桥接所述径向内套圈和所述外套圈之间的环形空间;
