Abstract
【解決手段】車輪軸受装置12の外側部材16に組み付けられる芯金44に、内側部材14に設けられたパルサリング38に向かって突出する収容凹部50を形成する一方、センサ素子58を合成樹脂材料でモールドしてセンシング部56を構成して芯金44とは別部品とした回転センサ54のセンシング部56を収容凹部50への収容状態で固定手段63で固定することによって、センシング部56を収容凹部50の底壁52を挟んでパルサリング38と対向位置させた。

Claims (3)
- 車輪に取り付けられる内側部材を回転可能に支持して車輪軸受装置を構成する外側部材に対して外周部分が固着されて組み付けられる外周円形の芯金を用い、該芯金に対して回転センサを固定することにより、該回転センサのセンシング部分を前記内側部材に設けられたパルサリングに対して対向位置させて支持した車輪用回転センサ装置であって、前記芯金において前記パルサリングに向かって突出する有底の収容凹部を形成する一方、センサ素子を合成樹脂材料でモールドして前記センシング部分が構成された前記回転センサを、前記芯金とは別部品として、前記回転センサの前記センシング部分を前記収容凹部に収容状態で固定する固定手段を設け、前記センシング部分を前記収容凹部の底壁を挟んで前記パルサリングに対向位置させるようにしたことを特徴とする車輪用回転センサ装置。
- 前記収容凹部が、前記芯金においてプレス加工で一体形成されている請求項1に記載の車輪用回転センサ装置。
- 前記芯金において、前記回転センサの組み付け方向を特定する方向決め手段が設けられている請求項1又は2に記載の車輪用回転センサ装置。
