饼干是深受人们喜爱的休闲食品,但随着人们生活水平的提高,传统饼干口味单一、营养单一、含糖量高,已经不能满足人们对饼干更加营养、方便、风味的消费要求,饼干产业也向着营养、健康、功能性、低热量等方面发展,低能量、无糖饼干就在这种趋势下应运而生。但是目前有些厂家生产的低能量或无糖饼干只是部分地减少油脂和糖的使用量,但是仅是减少油脂和糖的使用量是不够的,在减少产品能量、满足部分消费者消费需求的同时还要提高饼干的保健功能。

为了克服现有技术的不足,提供一种保健饼干,原材料易得,减肥效果好。
本发明解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是:
一种保健饼干,原料的重量比为:面粉100-120份、淀粉25-30份、柚子皮10-14份、金银花3-5份、茅栗叶2-3份、蜂蜜1-2份、碳酸氢钠1-2份、砂糖1-2份、食盐2-3份、金丝桃苷0.02-0.07份、齐墩果酸0.03-0.05份、积雪草酸0.05-0.08份。
作为上述技术方案的改进,所述柚子皮的制备方式为除去表皮,清洗,沥水,蒸5~10分钟,粉碎备用。
作为上述技术方案的进一步改进,其原料还含有如下重量份的组分:白藜芦醇0.03~0.07份。

一种保健饼干,原料的重量比为:面粉100份、淀粉25份、柚子皮14份、金银花5份、茅栗叶3份、蜂蜜2份、碳酸氢钠2份、砂糖2份、食盐2份、金丝桃苷0.05份、齐墩果酸0.03份、积雪草酸0.05份、白藜芦醇0.07份、芹菜素0.05份。优选的,柚子皮的制备方式为除去表皮,清洗,沥水,蒸5~10分钟,粉碎备用。
