Abstract
本发明公开了一种空气压缩机装置,其包含有一内装有空气压缩机的盒体,该空气压缩机的出气歧管伸出显露于盒体的嵌接口处,其可连接一作为充气及补胎的外接装置以连通至破损轮胎的气嘴,达到安全进行及有效达成充气及补胎等目的。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种空气压缩机装置。
背景技术
目前对破损轮胎进行补胎及充气的习知空气压缩机装置,其包括有一内设有可压缩空气的空气压缩机的机盒体、一独立式内含有化学胶液的补胶罐及二串接软管,与补胶罐开口端相螺合的盖体设有一入气端管及出胶端管;单一种机盒体仅能配合组装一种类型的软管或补胶罐,而无法因应各种软管及补胶罐的组装结合。
有鉴于习知装置仍有缺失,本发明人设计了一种空气压缩机装置,该空气压缩机的出气歧管伸出显露于盒体的嵌接口处,其可连接一作为充气及补胎的外接装置,该外接装置可为软管或者补胶罐,其可再连通至破损轮胎的气嘴,达到安全进行及有效达成充气及补胎动作。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种可安全进行及有效地完成补胎及充气等目的的空气压缩机装置。
为了达成上述目的,本发明的解决方案是:
一种空气压缩机装置,其包含有一盒体,盒体上设有一凹陷状的嵌接口,盒体内部设有一空气压缩机,该空气压缩机的出气歧管伸出显露于嵌接口处,该空气压塑机的初期歧管连接一作为充气及补胎的外接装置以连通至破损轮胎的气嘴。
进一步,该盒体上的嵌接口呈一倒U型嵌接口,于嵌接口内的两相对向的侧壁上各凹设有卡扣槽、凹槽,该卡扣槽位于侧壁底部,凹槽靠近于侧壁顶部,相比邻于凹槽的顶壁作为一隔板,该隔板上具有一凸块,位于嵌接口的盒体下半部穿设有一穿槽。
进一步,该外接装置为一软管,管软的一端连接有一第一端接头,该第一端接头活动式组装在空气压缩机的出气歧管上,另一端连接有一第二端接头,该第二端接头连通至破损轮胎的气嘴进行充气动作。
进一步,前述两相对向的侧壁之间的嵌接口底部凹设有一轨道式容槽;前述软管的第一端接头具有一底平板,该软管借由底平板依循着前述盒体的嵌接口的轨道式容槽,让第一端接头活动式组装在空气压缩机的出气歧管上。
所述空气压缩机装置的外接装置为一补胶罐,该补胶罐包含有一罐体,该罐体的开口端螺合有一盖体,该盖体具有一入气端管及一出胶端管,盖体上缘向外水平延伸出二相间隔的上侧垣及下侧垣,在上侧垣及下侧垣之间存有一容纳槽,盖体下缘设有二相对称的弹性扣件,二弹性扣件的外侧面各设有一扣块;罐体可以其开口端向下底壁朝上的型态被置设于盒体的嵌接口上,盖体的入气端管直接卡扣于空气压缩机的出气歧管上,盖体的上侧垣及下侧垣之间的容纳槽置进于嵌接口的隔板,下侧垣则置进在嵌接口的凹槽处,盖体的二弹性扣件的扣块卡扣于嵌接口的卡扣槽内,形成补胶罐稳固地结合在盒体的嵌接口。
所述的空气压缩机装置的该外接装置为一补胶罐,该补胶罐包含有一罐体,该罐体的开口端螺合有一盖体,该盖体具有一入气端管及一出胶端管,盖体底缘向外水平延伸出二相间隔的上侧垣及下侧垣,在上侧垣及下侧垣之间存有一容纳槽;罐体可以其开口端向下底壁朝上的型态与一螺合于空气压缩机的出气歧管上的软管相连接,盖体的入气端管与一螺合于空气压缩机的出气歧管上的软管相连接,再将该补胶罐卡固在盒体的嵌接口处固定,将盖体的上侧垣及下侧垣之间的容纳槽置进于嵌接口的隔板,下侧垣置进在嵌接口的凹槽处,盖体的上侧垣的外侧壁抵触于隔板上的凸块使其固定,形成补胶罐稳固地结合在盒体的嵌接口上。
采用上述方案后,本发明空气压缩机装置的出气歧管伸出显露于盒体的嵌接口处,其可连接一作为充气及补胎的外接装置,该外接装置可为软管或补胶罐,其可再连通至破损轮胎的气嘴,达到安全进行及有效达成充气及补胎等动作。

具体实施方式
为了进一步解释本发明的技术方案,下面通过具体实施例来对本发明进行详细阐述。
请参阅图1、图2所示,本发明提供一种空气压缩机装置,其包含有一盒体1,于盒体1上设有一凹陷状的嵌接口11,盒体1内部设有一空气压缩机,该空气压缩机的出气歧管10可伸出显露于嵌接口11处,其可连接一作为充气及补胎的外接装置以连通至破损轮胎的气嘴,达到安全进行及有效达成充气及补胎等动作。
请参阅图1所示,盒体1上的嵌接口11呈一倒U型嵌接口11,于嵌接口11内的两相对向的侧壁110上各凹设有卡扣槽12、凹槽13,卡扣槽12位于侧壁110底部,凹槽13靠近于侧壁110顶部,而相比邻于凹槽13的顶壁可作为一隔板14,该隔板14上具有一凸块15,而位于嵌接口11的盒体1下半部穿设有一穿槽16,且两相对向的侧壁110之间的嵌接口11底部凹设有一轨道式容槽18。
前述外接装置可为一软管2,其一端连接有一第一端接头21,该第一端接头21具有一底平板211,其可借由底平板211依循着前述盒体1的嵌接口11的轨道式容槽18,让第一端接头21可有效率地活动式组装在空气压缩机的出气歧管10上,而另一端则连接有一第二端接头22,其可连通至破损轮胎的气嘴进行充气动作。当结束充气动作时,其可将组装在空气压缩机的出气歧管10上的软管2与出气歧管10相分离,即可将软管2直接收纳在盒体1后方设有的凹陷状的收纳槽17中,如图3所示。
请参阅图4,前述外接装置可为一补胶罐3,该补胶罐3包含有一罐体31,在其开口端螺合有一盖体4,该盖体4具有一入气端管41及一出胶端管42,于盖体4上缘向外水平延伸出二相间隔的上侧垣43及下侧垣44,在上侧垣43及下侧垣44之间存有一容纳槽45,而盖体4下缘设有二相对称的弹性扣件46,二弹性扣件46的外侧面各设有一扣块47。罐体31可以其开口端向下底壁32朝上的型态被置设于盒体1的嵌接口11上(可同时参考图5及图6),且盖体4的入气端管41可直接卡扣于空气压缩机的出气歧管10上,盖体4上侧垣43及下侧垣44之间的容纳槽45恰可置进于嵌接口11的隔板14,下侧垣44则置进在嵌接口11的凹槽13处,最后盖体4的二弹性扣件46的扣块47卡扣于嵌接口11的卡扣槽12内,即形成补胶罐3稳固地结合在盒体1的嵌接口11,而软管2的第一端接头21则可卡扣于盖体4的出胶端管42,当进行补胎及充气等作业的阶段,软管2的第二端接头22可螺合于轮胎的气嘴(图中未示出),该盒体1接受汽车或其它DC电源启动后,即可让空气压缩机产生空气并迫挤罐体31内的化学胶液由软管2处进入破损轮胎内,即可达到修补轮胎及充气等目的,且接由补胶罐3的盖体4上的上侧垣43、下侧垣44与嵌接口11的隔板14的紧密结合,以及盖体4的二弹性扣件46借由弹性张力将其扣块47卡扣于嵌接口11的卡扣槽12内,让补胶罐3卡固在盒体1的嵌接口11上不会因震动或碰撞而导致补胶罐3脱落。而当结束修补轮胎及充气动作时,其可往内按压盖体4的二弹性扣件46再同时将补胶罐3往外拉出,即可将补胶罐3与空气压缩机的出气歧管10相分离,如图4所示。
请参阅图7,前述外接装置可为另一补胶罐5,该补胶罐5包含有一罐体51,在其开口端螺合有一盖体6,该盖体6具有一入气端管61及一出胶端管62,于盖体6底缘向外水平延伸出二相间隔的上侧垣63及下侧垣64,在上侧垣63及下侧垣64之间存有一容纳槽65。罐体51可以其开口端向下底壁52朝上的型态与一螺合于空气压缩机的出气歧管10上的软管7相连接,即盖体6的入气端管61与一螺合于空气压缩机的出气歧管10上的软管7相连接,而再选择将该补胶罐5卡固在盒体1的嵌接口11处固定(可同时参考图8),即是先将盖体6的上侧垣63及下侧垣64之间的容纳槽65置进于嵌接口11的隔板14,下侧垣64则置进在嵌接口11的凹槽13处,最后盖体6的上侧垣63的外侧壁631抵触于隔板14上的凸块15使其固定,即形成补胶罐5稳固地结合在盒体1的嵌接口11上,而另一软管8的第一端接头81可螺合于盖体6的出胶端管62,当进行补胎及充气等作业的阶段,软管8的第二端接头82可螺合于轮胎的气嘴(图中未示出),该盒体1接受汽车或其它DC电源启动后,即可让空气压缩机产生空气并迫挤罐体51内的化学胶液由软管8处进入破损轮胎内,即可达到修补轮胎及充气等目的,且借由补胶罐5的盖体6上的上侧垣63、下侧垣64与嵌接口11的隔板14的紧密结合,以及盖体6的上侧垣63的外侧壁631抵触于隔板14上的凸块15使其固定,让补胶罐5卡固在盒体1的嵌接口11上不会因震动或碰撞而导致补胶罐5脱落。当结束修补轮胎及充气动作时,其可将补胶罐5与螺合在空气压缩机的出气歧管10上的软管7相分离(可同时参考图7),再将仍与空气压缩机的之出气歧管10螺合的软管7直接穿透经过盒体1的穿槽16,进而收纳于盒体1后方设有的凹陷状的收纳槽17中,如图9所示。
综上所述,本发明空气压缩机装置,其是包含有一内装有空气压缩机的盒体1,该空气压缩机的出气歧管10伸出显露于盒体1的嵌接口11处,其可连接一充气及补胎的外接装置,该外接装置可为一软管2或补胶罐3、5,其可再连通至破损轮胎的气嘴,达到安全进行及有效达成充气及补胎等动作。

Claims (6)
1.一种空气压缩机装置,其特征在于:包含有一盒体,盒体上设有一凹陷状的嵌接口,盒体内部设有一空气压缩机,该空气压缩机的出气歧管伸出显露于嵌接口处,该空气压缩机的出气歧管连接一作为充气及补胎的外接装置以连通至破损轮胎的气嘴。
2.如权利要求1所述的空气压缩机装置,其特征在于:该盒体上的嵌接口呈一倒U型嵌接口,于嵌接口内的两相对向的侧壁上各凹设有卡扣槽、凹槽,该卡扣槽位于侧壁底部,凹槽靠近于侧壁顶部,相比邻于凹槽的顶壁作为一隔板,该隔板上具有一凸块,位于嵌接口的盒体下半部穿设有一穿槽。
3.如权利要求2所述的空气压缩机装置,其特征在于:该外接装置为一软管,管软的一端连接有一第一端接头,该第一端接头活动式组装在空气压缩机的出气歧管上,另一端连接有一第二端接头,该第二端接头连通至破损轮胎的气嘴进行充气动作。
4.如权利要求3所述的空气压缩机装置,其特征在于:前述两相对向的侧壁之间的嵌接口底部凹设有一轨道式容槽;前述软管的第一端接头具有一底平板,该软管借由底平板依循着前述盒体的嵌接口的轨道式容槽,让第一端接头活动式组装在空气压缩机的出气歧管上。
5.如权利要求2所述的空气压缩机装置,其特征在于:该外接装置为一补胶罐,该补胶罐包含有一罐体,该罐体的开口端螺合有一盖体,该盖体具有一入气端管及一出胶端管,盖体上缘向外水平延伸出二相间隔的上侧垣及下侧垣,在上侧垣及下侧垣之间存有一容纳槽,盖体下缘设有二相对称的弹性扣件,二弹性扣件的外侧面各设有一扣块;罐体可以其开口端向下底壁朝上的型态被置设于盒体的嵌接口上,盖体的入气端管直接卡扣于空气压缩机的出气歧管上,盖体的上侧垣及下侧垣之间的容纳槽置进于嵌接口的隔板,下侧垣则置进在嵌接口的凹槽处,盖体的二弹性扣件的扣块卡扣于嵌接口的卡扣槽内,形成补胶罐稳固地结合在盒体的嵌接口。
6.如权利要求2所述的空气压缩机装置,其特征在于:该外接装置为一补胶罐,该补胶罐包含有一罐体,该罐体的开口端螺合有一盖体,该盖体具有一入气端管及一出胶端管,盖体底缘向外水平延伸出二相间隔的上侧垣及下侧垣,在上侧垣及下侧垣之间存有一容纳槽;罐体可以其开口端向下底壁朝上的型态与一螺合于空气压缩机的出气歧管上的软管相连接,即盖体的入气端管与一螺合于空气压缩机的出气歧管上的软管相连接,再将该补胶罐卡固在盒体的嵌接口处固定,将盖体的上侧垣及下侧垣之间的容纳槽置进于嵌接口的隔板,下侧垣置进在嵌接口的凹槽处,盖体的上侧垣的外侧壁抵触于隔板上的凸块使其固定,形成补胶罐稳固地结合在盒体的嵌接口上。
