本发明公开了一种阿胶蜜枣的制备方法,由以下重量数计的原料制成:阿胶10克、鲜枣500克、麦芽糖100克、蜂蜜100克、黄酒200克和水200克。本发明含有多种氨基酸和钙、铁等多种矿物质,具有补血滋阴、润燥、止血等多种功效,长期食用具有益气养肾、滋补养颜、利于消化等功效,适宜体质虚弱、缺血、贫血等群体,同时,具有免疫调节作用。

本发明属于医药配方技术领域,具体涉及一种阿胶蜜枣的制备方法。
背景技术
近年来,随着社会的不断发展,人们往往会出现体质虚弱、缺血和贫血,且人们往往会采用药物治疗,虽然,药物能够治愈这些病症,但是,这些药物通常会产生副作用,并且其功效比较单一,为此,我们提出一种阿胶蜜枣的制备方法。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于克服现有技术的缺陷,提供一种阿胶蜜枣的制备方法,该阿胶蜜枣含有多种氨基酸和钙、铁等多种矿物质,具有补血滋阴、润燥、止血等多种功效,长期食用具有益气养肾、滋补养颜、利于消化等功效,适宜体质虚弱、缺血、贫血等群体,同时,具有免疫调节作用。
为了实现上述目的,本发明的技术方案如下:
一种阿胶蜜枣的制备方法,由以下重量数计的原料制成:
阿胶10克、鲜枣500克、麦芽糖100克、蜂蜜100克、黄酒200克和水200克。
制备步骤为:
(1)准备10克阿胶,并将其敲碎,然后用搅拌器打成粉末;
(2)取500克鲜枣,先去核,然后密制;
(3)将阿胶粉末倒入锅内,在锅内倒入200克黄酒和200克水,搅拌均匀,并且加热至沸腾,使阿胶全部融化;
(4)倒入100克蜂蜜,搅拌均匀;
(5)倒入100克麦芽糖,搅拌均匀;
(6)将汤汁熬至浓稠;
(7)放入密制过的500克鲜枣;
(8)小火加热,不停搅拌,使阿胶糖汁慢慢渗透进密制的枣子之中,熬至糖汁收干,搅拌均匀即可。
阿胶:具有补血滋阴,润燥,止血。用于血虚萎黄,眩晕心悸,心烦不眠,肺燥咳嗽。
蜜枣:色泽棕红透明,果形整洁一致,含糖饱满,气味香甜。
麦芽糖:味甜,甜度约为蔗糖的三分之一。
蜂蜜:具有清热,补中,润燥止痛解毒美容。
黄酒:香气浓郁,甘甜味美,风味醇厚,并含有氨基酸、糖、醋、有机酸和多种维生素等。
与现有技术相比,本发明存在以下有益效果:含有多种氨基酸和钙、铁等多种矿物质,具有补血滋阴、润燥、止血等多种功效,长期食用具有益气养肾、滋补养颜、利于消化等功效,适宜体质虚弱、缺血、贫血等群体,同时,具有免疫调节作用。
具体实施方式
下面结合实施例对本发明做进一步详细说明。
由以下重量数计的原料制成:
阿胶10克、鲜枣500克、麦芽糖100克、蜂蜜100克、黄酒200克和水200克。
制备步骤为:
(1)准备10克阿胶,并将其敲碎,然后用搅拌器打成粉末;
(2)取500克鲜枣,先去核,然后密制;
(3)将阿胶粉末倒入锅内,在锅内倒入200克黄酒和200克水,搅拌均匀,并且加热至沸腾,使阿胶全部融化;
(4)倒入100克蜂蜜,搅拌均匀;
(5)倒入100克麦芽糖,搅拌均匀;
(6)将汤汁熬至浓稠;
(7)放入密制过的500克鲜枣;
(8)小火加热,不停搅拌,使阿胶糖汁慢慢渗透进密制的枣子之中,熬至糖汁收干,搅拌均匀即可。
禁忌与副作用:(1)、适量吃,不宜多吃;(2)、女性月经期间不能吃,容易造成经量过多;(3)、牙疼的人不能吃;(4)、禁忌与海鲜同食。

1.一种阿胶蜜枣的制备方法,其特征在于,由以下重量数计的原料制成:
阿胶10克、鲜枣500克、麦芽糖100克、蜂蜜100克、黄酒200克和水200克。
2.根据权利要求1所述的阿胶蜜枣的制备方法,其特征在于,制备步骤为:
(1)准备10克阿胶,并将其敲碎,然后用搅拌器打成粉末;
(2)取500克鲜枣,先去核,然后密制;
(3)将阿胶粉末倒入锅内,在锅内倒入200克黄酒和200克水,搅拌均匀,并且加热至沸腾,使阿胶全部融化;
(4)倒入100克蜂蜜,搅拌均匀;
(5)倒入100克麦芽糖,搅拌均匀;
(6)将汤汁熬至浓稠;
(7)放入密制过的500克鲜枣;
(8)小火加热,不停搅拌,使阿胶糖汁慢慢渗透进密制的枣子之中,熬至糖汁收干,搅拌均匀即可。
