Abstract

本发明公开了一种阻燃家具木板制作工艺,包括以下步骤:a.选料:选用杨树、柳树或木材经加工后的边角料作为木料原料;b.干燥:将a步骤中选取的原料放在天然干燥场地,气干至含水率50%以下,再利用烘干炉进行再次干燥,使含水率降低至7%以下;c.压制:将经b步骤后的原料经机械碾压成木质坯片;d.喷漆:对坯片表面喷涂/滚涂底层漆,底层漆为白刚玉砂粒,使粗糙度达到8~15μm,并干燥30分钟;在底层漆表面喷涂/滚涂中涂层漆,所述中涂层漆为脂肪族聚氨酯玻璃鳞片漆,干燥0.5‑1.5小时后连续在中涂层漆上喷涂三遍聚氨酯罩光清漆。采用本发明能有效提高用于家具制作的木板材的防火能力,并增强使用寿命。

技术领域
本发明涉及家具制造领域,具体是一种阻燃家具木板制作工艺。
背景技术
现有木地板属于易燃的材质,竹木板材加工制品存在一个很大的安全隐患就是不防火且易燃,尤其家居用竹木地板,因此,随着人们安全意识的增强,具有阻燃功能的木板材越来越受到人们的青睐。
发明内容
本发明旨在提供一种阻燃家具木板制作工艺,以解决上述问题。
为实现上述目的,本发明的技术方案如下:
一种阻燃家具木板制作工艺,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
a.选料:选用杨树、柳树或木材经加工后的边角料作为木料原料;
b.干燥:将a步骤中选取的原料放在天然干燥场地,气干至含水率50%以下,再利用烘干炉进行再次干燥,使含水率降低至7%以下;
c.压制:将经b步骤后的原料经机械碾压成木质坯片;
d.喷漆:对坯片表面喷涂/滚涂底层漆,底层漆为白刚玉砂粒,使粗糙度达到8~15μm,并干燥30分钟;在底层漆表面喷涂/滚涂中涂层漆,所述中涂层漆为脂肪族聚氨酯玻璃鳞片漆,干燥0.5-1.5小时后连续在中涂层漆上喷涂三遍聚氨酯罩光清漆。
进一步地,所述底层漆的涂层厚度为30μm-50μm。
进一步地,所述中涂层漆的涂层厚度为40μm-60μm。
进一步地,所述聚氨酯罩光清漆的涂层厚度为40μm-60μm。
本发明的有益效果在于:本发明能显著提高涂层的机械性能和光泽度,从而提高了涂层的耐磨性、抗冲击性及保色保光性,既保证了制成的木板光泽度好,满足使用需求,同时以起到很好的阻燃作用,提高了木板材加工件的耐火性,板材安全性提。

下面结合具体实施例对本发明做进一步说明。
一种阻燃家具木板制作工艺,包括以下步骤:a.选料:选用杨树、柳树或木材经加工后的边角料作为木料原料;b.干燥:将a步骤中选取的原料放在天然干燥场地,气干至含水率50%以下,再利用烘干炉进行再次干燥,使含水率降低至7%以下;c.压制:将经b步骤后的原料经机械碾压成木质坯片;d.喷漆:对坯片表面喷涂/滚涂底层漆,底层漆为白刚玉砂粒,使粗糙度达到8~15μm,并干燥30分钟;在底层漆表面喷涂/滚涂中涂层漆,所述中涂层漆为脂肪族聚氨酯玻璃鳞片漆,干燥0.5-1.5小时后连续在中涂层漆上喷涂三遍聚氨酯罩光清漆。
所述底层漆的涂层厚度为30μm-50μm。所述中涂层漆的涂层厚度为40μm-60μm。所述聚氨酯罩光清漆的涂层厚度为40μm-60μm。
本发明能显著提高涂层的机械性能和光泽度,从而提高了涂层的耐磨性、抗冲击性及保色保光性,既保证了制成的木板光泽度好,满足使用需求,同时以起到很好的阻燃作用,提高了木板材加工件的耐火性,板材安全性提。

1.一种阻燃家具木板制作工艺,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
a.选料:选用杨树、柳树或木材经加工后的边角料作为木料原料;
b.干燥:将a步骤中选取的原料放在天然干燥场地,气干至含水率50%以下,再利用烘干炉进行再次干燥,使含水率降低至7%以下;
c.压制:将经b步骤后的原料经机械碾压成木质坯片;
d.喷漆:对坯片表面喷涂/滚涂底层漆,底层漆为白刚玉砂粒,使粗糙度达到8~15μm,并干燥30分钟;在底层漆表面喷涂/滚涂中涂层漆,所述中涂层漆为脂肪族聚氨酯玻璃鳞片漆,干燥0.5-1.5小时后连续在中涂层漆上喷涂三遍聚氨酯罩光清漆。
2.根据权利要求1所述的阻燃家具木板制作工艺,其特征在于,所述底层漆的涂层厚度为30μm-50μm。
3.根据权利要求1所述的阻燃家具木板制作工艺,其特征在于,所述中涂层漆的涂层厚度为40μm-60μm。
4.根据权利要求1所述的阻燃家具木板制作工艺,其特征在于,所述聚氨酯罩光清漆的涂层厚度为40μm-60μm。
