Abstract

本发明公开了一种烤漆门板的生产方法,其通过改进胶水的配方,可以提高板材之间的粘结性,而且在上下板材之间采用中空吹气涂胶的方式,可以节省了胶水。另外通过改善生产工艺,通过控制烤漆门板的含水率,有效地防止烤漆门板开裂,甚至翘曲变形的现象,提高烤漆门板的质量。

一种烤漆门板的生产方法
技术领域
本发明涉及一种门板的生产方法,特别是一种烤漆门板的生产方法。
背景技术
烤漆门板以其表面耐高温、色泽鲜艳、颜色种类丰富,易于造型,具有很强的视觉冲击力,非常美观、时尚且防水性能极佳,抗污能力强,易清理等特点,深受消费者的喜爱。这种厨柜的门板通常用高密度纤维板制成并在背面使用硬质的三聚氨酯装饰贴面,以提高长期使用的整洁性。
但是现有的烤漆门板,其由于含水率的问题以及胶水的粘性问题,会导致烤漆门板开裂,甚至翘曲变形的现象。
发明内容
本发明的目的是为了解决上述现有技术的不足而提供一种烤漆门板的生产方法,其能够有效防止烤漆门板开裂。
为了实现上述目的,本发明所设计的一种烤漆门板的生产方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)开料:对原材料进行去污处理,裁切上板材、下板材、上表层板和下表层板;
(2)高温处理:对上板材、下板材、上表层板和下表层板进行高温处理,其中高温处理温度控制在60℃,高温处理时间为20-30分钟,将高温处理过的板材进行干燥处理,要求含水率在8%-10%,烘干备用;
(3)抛光:采用抛光机进行抛光除尘;
(4)制备胶水:所述胶水按重量份包括40-50份异氰酸酯、20-30份酚醛树脂、5-10份三聚氰胺树脂、1-2份淀粉、5-10份硅胶粉末、2-3份消泡剂以及1-2份阻燃粉末,所述阻燃粉末按重量份包括20-30份石墨烯、50-60份氧化镁、10-20份氧化铁、10-15份氧化铝、5-10份氧化硅和8-10份硫酸镁;
(5)涂胶热压:用上述制备的胶水,将上表层板、上板材、下板材和下表层板依次涂胶后堆叠在一起,然后送入热压机,启动热压机,温度控制在140-160℃,压缩时间为200-300s,压力为4MPA-6MPA,热压完成后,静置30-45min,同时在上板材和下板材的侧边添加吹气装置,使得吹气装置正对着上板材和下板材之间的胶层,采用中空吹气的方式,将胶水量减少;
(6)封边:待自然冷却后进行封边处理;
(7)喷涂:喷涂底漆和面漆,先在表面涂覆底漆,涂覆的漆膜厚度为20-30μm,待底漆初步干燥后,放进烤房烤干,烘烤温度为50℃,烘烤时间为6-8h,再如此重复两次进行喷烤底漆,接着在底漆的外侧喷烤一层面漆,初步干燥后,放进烤房烤干,烘烤温度是60℃,烘烤时间为6-8h,如此再重复三次进行喷烤面漆,最后经过砂光、抛光打磨后得到烤漆门板。

下面结合实施例对本发明进一步说明。
实施例1:
本实施例提供的一种烤漆门板的生产方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)开料:对原材料进行去污处理,裁切上板材、下板材、上表层板和下表层板;
(2)高温处理:对上板材、下板材、上表层板和下表层板进行高温处理,其中高温处理温度控制在60℃,高温处理时间为20-30分钟,将高温处理过的板材进行干燥处理,要求含水率在8%-10%,烘干备用;
(3)抛光:采用抛光机进行抛光除尘;
(4)制备胶水:所述胶水按重量份包括40份异氰酸酯、20份酚醛树脂、5份三聚氰胺树脂、1份淀粉、5份硅胶粉末、2份消泡剂以及1份阻燃粉末,所述阻燃粉末按重量份包括20份石墨烯、50份氧化镁、10份氧化铁、10-15份氧化铝、5-10份氧化硅和8-10份硫酸镁;
(5)涂胶热压:用上述制备的胶水,将上表层板、上板材、下板材和下表层板依次涂胶后堆叠在一起,然后送入热压机,启动热压机,温度控制在140-160℃,压缩时间为200-300s,压力为4MPA-6MPA,热压完成后,静置30-45min,同时在上板材和下板材的侧边添加吹气装置,使得吹气装置正对着上板材和下板材之间的胶层,采用中空吹气的方式,将胶水量减少;
(6)封边:待自然冷却后进行封边处理;
(7)喷涂:喷涂底漆和面漆,先在表面涂覆底漆,涂覆的漆膜厚度为20-30μm,待底漆初步干燥后,放进烤房烤干,烘烤温度为50℃,烘烤时间为6-8h,再如此重复两次进行喷烤底漆,接着在底漆的外侧喷烤一层面漆,初步干燥后,放进烤房烤干,烘烤温度是60℃,烘烤时间为6-8h,如此再重复三次进行喷烤面漆,最后经过砂光、抛光打磨后得到烤漆门板。
实施例2:
本实施例提供的一种烤漆门板的生产方法,其具体步骤与实施例1相同,其区别在于所述胶水按重量份包括50份异氰酸酯、30份酚醛树脂、10份三聚氰胺树脂、2份淀粉、10份硅胶粉末、3份消泡剂以及2份阻燃粉末。
实施例3:
本实施例提供的一种烤漆门板的生产方法,其具体步骤与实施例1相同,其区别在于所述阻燃粉末按重量份包括30份石墨烯、60份氧化镁、20份氧化铁、15份氧化铝、10份氧化硅和10份硫酸镁。

Claims (1)

1.一种烤漆门板的生产方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
(1)开料:对原材料进行去污处理,裁切上板材、下板材、上表层板和下表层板;
(2)高温处理:对上板材、下板材、上表层板和下表层板进行高温处理,其中高温处理温度控制在60℃,高温处理时间为20-30分钟,将高温处理过的板材进行干燥处理,要求含水率在8%-10%,烘干备用;
(3)抛光:采用抛光机进行抛光除尘;
