本发明公开了一种铸造废砂回收再利用制彩瓦方法,包括以下步骤:a.将铸造废砂利用碾碎机破碎至40~100目得到废砂颗粒;b.将a步骤中的废砂颗粒、粉煤灰、水泥按2:1:2重量配比混合,并向混合物内添加憎水剂、水玻璃;c.将混合料装入模具中,并利用压膜机制造出半成品;d.对半成品表面进行底漆的喷涂,底层漆为白刚玉砂粒,使粗糙度达到8~15μm,并干燥30分钟;再在底层漆表面喷涂中涂层漆,所述中涂层漆为脂肪族聚氨酯玻璃鳞片漆,干燥0.5‑1.5小时后连续在中涂层漆上喷涂三遍聚氨酯罩光清漆。采用本发明能够有效进行回收再利用,并且减少污染。

技术领域
本发明涉及铸造技术领域,具体而言,是一种铸造废砂回收再利用制彩瓦方法。
背景技术
目前,在铸造行业中铸造砂的使用量非常大,旧砂的重复利用率低,我国每年的铸造废砂排放量都在千万吨以上。由于处理技术不得当,不仅污染环境,而且还造成了大量的资源浪费。
发明内容
本发明旨在提供一种铸造废砂回收再利用制彩瓦方法,以解决上述问题。
为实现上述目的,本发明的技术方案如下:
一种铸造废砂回收再利用制彩瓦方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
a.将铸造废砂利用碾碎机破碎至40~100目得到废砂颗粒;
b.将a步骤中的废砂颗粒、粉煤灰、水泥按2:1:2重量配比混合,并向混合物内添加憎水剂、水玻璃;
c.将混合料装入模具中,并利用压膜机制造出半成品;
d.对半成品表面进行底漆的喷涂,底层漆为白刚玉砂粒,使粗糙度达到8~15μm,并干燥30分钟;再在底层漆表面喷涂中涂层漆,所述中涂层漆为脂肪族聚氨酯玻璃鳞片漆,干燥0.5-1.5小时后连续在中涂层漆上喷涂三遍聚氨酯罩光清漆。
进一步地,所述中涂层漆的涂层厚度为130μm-150μm。
本发明的有益效果在于:本发明能够有效对废弃铸造砂进行再利用,减少经济损失。

下面结合具体实施例对本发明做进一步说明。
一种铸造废砂回收再利用制彩瓦方法,包括以下步骤:
a.将铸造废砂利用碾碎机破碎至40~100目得到废砂颗粒;
b.将a步骤中的废砂颗粒、粉煤灰、水泥按2:1:2重量配比混合,并向混合物内添加憎水剂、水玻璃;
c.将混合料装入模具中,并利用压膜机制造出半成品;
d.对半成品表面进行底漆的喷涂,底层漆为白刚玉砂粒,使粗糙度达到8~15μm,并干燥30分钟;再在底层漆表面喷涂中涂层漆,所述中涂层漆为脂肪族聚氨酯玻璃鳞片漆,干燥0.5-1.5小时后连续在中涂层漆上喷涂三遍聚氨酯罩光清漆。
所述中涂层漆的涂层厚度为130μm-150μm。
本发明能够有效对废弃铸造砂进行再利用,减少经济损失。

b.将a步骤中的废砂颗粒、粉煤灰、水泥按2:1:2重量配比混合,并向混合物内添加憎水剂、水玻璃;
c.将混合料装入模具中,并利用压膜机制造出半成品;
d.对半成品表面进行底漆的喷涂,底层漆为白刚玉砂粒,使粗糙度达到8~15μm,并干燥30分钟;再在底层漆表面喷涂中涂层漆,所述中涂层漆为脂肪族聚氨酯玻璃鳞片漆,干燥0.5-1.5小时后连续在中涂层漆上喷涂三遍聚氨酯罩光清漆。
