本发明涉及一种新型铸造废砂路面砖,其特征在于配方按重量份数由以下原料组成:废砂60,冲天炉水渣20,水泥20,表面氧化铁红及颜料0.01。其可将80%以上的铸造固体废物处理掉,并提高了废砂砖的强度,增强了耐磨性,降低了路面砖的成本。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种新型铸造废砂路面砖,属于一种建筑材料。
背景技术
铸造废砂和废炉渣占铸造固体废弃物80%以上。过去,有很多人尝试利用废砂制路面砖,但都因所制的产品强度较低而失败。造成这一问题的主要原因一是废砂粒度较细,需要较多的水泥粘结剂;二是废砂中的粉尘对水泥强度有一定影响。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种新型铸造废砂路面砖,其利用了铸造废砂成型性较好的优点,通过调整粒度和各组分的加入量、添加冲天炉水渣等添加剂,并通过严格的各种检测和数据分析,优选出了较理想的配方,采用低压成型,成型压力50MPa;有效保证了该砖的各项力学性能,使该砖达到了国标路面砖的各项力学指标。
本发明的技术方案是这样实现的:一种新型铸造废砂路面砖,其特征在于配方按重量份数由以下原料组成:废砂 60,冲天炉水渣 20,水泥 20,表面氧化铁红及颜料 0.01。
本发明积极效果在于:其可将80%以上的铸造固体废物处理掉,并提高了废砂砖的强度,增强了耐磨性,降低了路面砖的成本。
具体实施方式
下面结合实施例对本发明做进一步的描述:
实施例1:
 ⑴废砂混合料的混制。按重量份数先将废砂60份过6目筛后,再依次加入冲天炉水渣20份,水泥20份,表面氧化铁红及颜料 0.01混合后待用。
⑵面砂混合料的混制。将细干砂(140/70)70份,白水泥28份,染料1份,光亮剂1份、水6份混合后待用。
⑶砖坯压制。将面砂混合料先加入模具中,厚度在5mm左右,铺放均匀。再加入混好的废砂混合料,采用普通制砖机高压成型。
⑷养生。压力成型后,前7天需浇水养生。经养生28天后的废砂砖便可使用。
我们采用制砖的专用设备,按客户要求可制成红、黄、绿各种颜色和尺寸:100×200×(80~60)具有精细表面结构和复杂型状的产品。
