本发明公开了一种铸造废砂再利用方法,包括以下步骤:a.将铸造废砂利用碾碎机破碎至40~100目得到废砂颗粒;b.将a步骤中的废砂颗粒、粉煤灰、水泥按2:1:2重量配比混合,并向混合物内添加憎水剂、水玻璃;c.将混合料装入模具中,并利用压膜机制造出半成品;d.对半成品表面进行清洗,对车门进行火焰处理,以增强车门表面吸附能力,再进行外层漆的喷涂。采用本发明能够有效进行回收再利用,并且减少污染。

本发明涉及铸造技术领域,具体而言,是一种铸造废砂再利用方法。
背景技术
目前,在铸造行业中铸造砂的使用量非常大,旧砂的重复利用率低,我国每年的铸造废砂排放量都在千万吨以上。由于处理技术不得当,不仅污染环境,而且还造成了大量的资源浪费。
发明内容
本发明旨在提供一种铸造废砂再利用方法,以解决上述问题。
为实现上述目的,本发明的技术方案如下:
一种铸造废砂再利用方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
a.将铸造废砂利用碾碎机破碎至40~100目得到废砂颗粒;
b.将a步骤中的废砂颗粒、粉煤灰、水泥按2:1:2重量配比混合,并向混合物内添加憎水剂、水玻璃;
c.将混合料装入模具中,并利用压膜机制造出半成品;
d.对半成品表面进行清洗,对车门进行火焰处理,以增强车门表面吸附能力,再进行外层漆的喷涂。
进一步地,所述铸造废砂为黄砂。
本发明的有益效果在于:本发明能够有效对废弃铸造砂进行再利用,减少经济损失。

d.对半成品表面进行清洗,对车门进行火焰处理,以增强车门表面吸附能力,再进行外层漆的喷涂。
