本发明公开了一种无花果乳饮料及其制备方法,该种无花果乳饮料,每100份饮料由以下重量份的原料组成:无花果20~30份、牛奶20~30份、乳化剂0.2~0.6份、甜味剂5~20份、稳定剂6~8份、葡萄糖4~8份、维生素C1.6~2份、维生素E1.2~1.6份、丁基羟基茴香醚0.6~1份、水解蛋白0.6~1.6份、木糖醇0.4~0.8份、余量为水。本发明具有配料合理、健胃清肠、消肿解毒等优点。

本发明涉及饮料的制备方法,尤其涉及一种无花果乳饮料的制备方法。
背景技术
无花果性质平和,味甘,能够健胃,清肠,消肿解毒,可以用来治疗肠炎,痢疾,便秘,痔疮,喉痛及痈疮疥癣等。 还有果实成熟时摘取鲜果,晒乾,研成细末,吹喉用,可以治疗咽喉刺痛,而且无花果有很高的药用价值,除了具有帮助消化、止腹泻、治咽喉痛、防治神经痛、润滑皮肤等养生美容作用,最重要的药用价值表现在能显著抑制癌症,它的抗癌功效得到了世界各国的公认,被誉为“21世纪人类健康的守护神”。
发明内容
为了充分利用上述无花果优点,本发明的目的是提供一种无花果乳饮料的制备方法。
本发明是采取以下技术方案来实现的:一种无花果乳饮料及其制备方法,该种无花果乳饮料,每100份饮料由以下重量份的原料组成:无花果20~30份、牛奶20~30份、乳化剂0.2~0.6份、甜味剂5~20份、稳定剂6~8份、葡萄糖4~8份、维生素C1.6~2份、维生素E1.2~1.6份、丁基羟基茴香醚0.6~1份、水解蛋白0.6~1.6份、木糖醇0.4~0.8份、余量为水。

(1)将无花果洗净后与水按照1:1的比例研磨,用100目筛过滤,得到混合液A;
(2)将混合液与牛奶混合,充分搅拌后静置沉淀,用80目筛滤去杂质,得到混合液B;
(3)将混合液B与乳化剂、甜味剂、稳定剂、葡萄糖、维生素C、维生素E、丁基羟基茴香醚、水解蛋白、木糖醇混合,加水定量至100份,得到混合液C;
(4)将混合液C静置后放入均质机均质,均质压力为20~40Mpa;
(5)瓶装、灭菌,制得无花果乳饮料。
综上所述本发明具有以下有益效果:本发明具有配料合理、健胃清肠、消肿解毒、对人体有益等优点。
