Abstract
An artificial breeding method and a trap device of ladybug, which are characterized by comprising the following steps: firstly, collecting overwintering ladybug in a container by using a ladybug trapping device when the environmental temperature is less than or equal to 15 ℃ after 10 months every year, placing the container in a room for overwintering, and controlling the temperature in the overwintering room to be not lower than 5 ℃; secondly, when the environmental temperature is more than or equal to 15 ℃ in 2-3 months of the next year, putting the ladybug which has passed through the winter into a closed but breathable breeding tank according to 800 eggs per square meter, inserting enough egg-laying strips into the breeding tank, feeding artificial feed, controlling the temperature of the breeding tank between 18-25 ℃, and enabling the ladybug to lay eggs on the egg-laying strips after breeding for 10 days; thirdly, after the spawning is finished, taking out the spawning strips, putting the spawning strips into an incubator for incubation, controlling the temperature of the incubator to be about 25 ℃, and sprouting after one week; and fourthly, feeding the seedlings into the incubator by using aphids until the seedlings are unshelled twice, and taking the seedlings out of the incubator to be put into the field for predatory insects. Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to an artificial breeding technology of beneficial insects, in particular to an artificial breeding method of ladybug capable of killing a large number of tea plant aphids, lesser leafhopper and tea geometrid, and specifically relates to an artificial breeding method and a trapping device of ladybug.
Background
Ladybug is a well known beneficial insect that feeds on aphids commonly found on plants. If a proper amount of ladybug exists in each mu of land, the insecticidal composition can completely replace pesticides to control aphids affecting plant growth and quality, and is a good helper for current green ecological planting. However, propagation characteristics of the ladybug are easily affected by low temperature, rain water and ant invasion, the survival rate of seedlings is very low, the requirement for plant growth is difficult to meet, especially, wild ladybugs generally can emerge before and after the summer-heat of each year, for tea tree growth, pests liked by ladybugs such as tea aphids, lesser leafhoppers, tea geometrids and the like propagate massively before the summer-heat, the quality of tea leaves is seriously affected, tea farmers have no good strategy except spraying pesticides, and the pesticide residues of the tea leaves are certainly affected, so that the improvement of the quality of the tea leaves is affected, and therefore, no good solution exists at present. Therefore, the artificial breeding of the ladybug is realized, the earlier imagination of the ladybug is promoted, and the survival rate is improved, so that the artificial breeding method has great significance for agricultural production, particularly tea production.

thirdly, after the spawning is finished, taking out the spawning strips, putting the spawning strips into an incubator for incubation, controlling the temperature of the incubator to be about 25 ℃, and sprouting after one week;
and fourthly, feeding the seedlings into the incubator by using aphids until the seedlings are unshelled twice, and taking the seedlings out of the incubator to be put into the field for predatory insects.
The spawning strips are wood strips, and the inserting density is more than or equal to 20 per square meter.
The artificial feed is mainly prepared by mixing eggs, fish, flour, compound vitamins and mineral substances, and the weight ratio of each component is 1-2: 2-4: 10-20: 0.1-0.2: 0.1-0.2.
The ladybug bred by the method is characterized by being used for killing aphids, lesser leafhoppers, tea geometrids, cabbage caterpillars and the like in the growth of plants such as tea leaves or vegetables.

The invention has the beneficial effects that:
the invention solves the difficult problems of overwintering and early emergence of the ladybug, ensures that the breeding of the ladybug is not influenced by the environment, can collect and breed the ladybug as long as the environmental temperature meets the activity requirement of the ladybug, can thoroughly eliminate the damage of rain, late spring coldness and ants to ladybug eggs, and ensures the number of emergence.
The artificial feed is adopted to promote the development and spawning of the ladybug, and the spawning rate and quality can be greatly improved.
