技术领域
本发明属于润滑剂制造领域,具体地说是涉及一种防锈水基润滑剂及其制备方法。
背景技术
润滑剂是用以润滑、冷却和密封机械的摩擦部分的物质。近几年来随着人们环保意识的提高,润滑剂发展逐渐向高效、环保发展,水基冲压润滑剂技术正是科学发展的产物。水基润滑剂其是一种合成物,综合了多种润滑成份的优点。润滑性能更好,特别是冷确性能良好,渗透性能好,对环境污染小,是冲压用润滑剂发展的方向。主要应用于工件成型过程中的凸模拉延、冲孔、冲裁、弯曲等工艺,可以完成最难的深冲凸模拉延。它常用作金属切削加工过程中的切削液中,但现有大多水基润滑剂只能起到冷却、润滑、清洗的作用,不具备防锈的功能。
发明内容
为解决上述技术问题,本发明提供一种防锈水基润滑剂及其制备方法。
为达到上述目的,本发明所采取的技术方案为:
一种防锈水基润滑剂,主要包括以下原料,由重量份数计:椰子油脂肪酸二乙醇酰胺0.8-1.6份、油酸0.5-3份、硼酸2-4份、硬脂酸5-10份、磷酸酯类极压剂0.5-2份、氯化石蜡1-5份、硫化异丁烯1-2份、二苄基二硫2-4份、三羟甲基丙烷5-9份、二烷基二硫代磷酸锌3-7份、十二烷基苯磺酸钠3-5份、丙三醇0.5-2份、聚酰胺树脂0.3-0.9份、防锈剂1-4份、杀菌剂0.1-0.5份、消泡剂0.5-2份、去离子水25-35份。
优选地,在本发明的较佳实施例中,所述磷酸酯极压剂为磷酸三甲酚酯、磷酸三苯酯、磷酸三乙酯、磷酸三丁酯和亚磷酸二正丁酯中的任意一种。
优选地,在本发明的较佳实施例中,所述磷酸三甲酚酯的添加量为润滑剂总质量的0.5-5%,所述磷酸三苯酯添加量为润滑剂总质量的0.5-1%。
优选地,在本发明的较佳实施例中,所述防锈剂为三氧化二锑。
另外,本发明还提供了一种防锈水基润滑剂的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)称取所述油酸、所述硼酸、所述硬脂酸、所述椰子油脂肪酸二乙醇酰胺加入反应釜中,在抽真空和不断搅拌的条件下反应,反应温度为80-120℃,反应时间为10-30分钟;
(2)向所述反应釜中加入所述十二烷基苯磺酸钠、所述丙三醇,以55-75r/min速度搅拌,持续搅拌90-120min;
(3)关闭真空,待所述反应釜内温度降为40-50℃,再向所述反应釜中加入所述磷酸酯类极压剂、所述氯化石蜡、所述硫化异丁烯、所述二苄基二硫、所述三羟甲基丙烷、所述二烷基二硫代磷酸锌,在45-55r/min下,不断搅拌,控制反应温度在80-85℃,加料完毕后,搅拌50-70min;
(4)控制反应温度在80-85℃,加入所述去离子水,搅拌60-90min
(5)加入所述聚酰胺树脂、所述防锈剂、所述杀菌剂、并以1000-3000r/min分散30-40min;
(6)加入所述消泡剂,在60-90r/min下,继续搅拌,待反所述应釜中溶液降至20-30℃,出料,即得防锈水基润滑剂。
优选地,在本发明的较佳实施例中,步骤(1)中所述真空的真空度为-0 .03~-0.05MPa。
优选地,在本发明的较佳实施例中,步骤(1)中所述搅拌速度为400-600r/min。
优选地,在本发明的较佳实施例中,所述水基润滑剂为浓缩产品,使用时可与水以1:10-15进行稀释。
本发明的有益效果:本发明所提供的水基润滑剂不仅能起到冷却、润滑、清洗的作用,还具备防锈、防腐的功能。本发明由于加入了三氧化二锑使润滑剂的防锈性能增加。产品乳化性能稳定,杀菌剂的加入,使产品放置1-3个月都不会有微生物腐坏变质。磷酸酯类极压剂的加入,即使在高温高压的边界润滑条件下能也能与金属表面形成高溶点化学反应膜,大大提高产品的润滑极压性能。
下面结合具体实施例对本发明所述技术方案作进一步的说明。
实施例1:
一种防锈水基润滑剂,主要包括以下原料,由重量份数计:椰子油脂肪酸二乙醇酰胺0.8份、油酸0.5份、硼酸2份、硬脂酸5份、磷酸酯类极压剂0.5份、氯化石蜡1份、硫化异丁烯1份、二苄基二硫2份、三羟甲基丙烷5份、二烷基二硫代磷酸锌3份、十二烷基苯磺酸钠3份、丙三醇0.5份、聚酰胺树脂0.3份、防锈剂1份、杀菌剂0.1份、消泡剂0.5份、去离子水25份。
磷酸酯极压剂为磷酸三甲酚酯。
磷酸三甲酚酯的添加量为润滑剂总质量的0.5%。
防锈剂为三氧化二锑。
另外,本实施例还提供了一种防锈水基润滑剂的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)称取油酸、硼酸、硬脂酸、椰子油脂肪酸二乙醇酰胺加入反应釜中,在抽真空和不断搅拌的条件下反应,反应温度为80℃,反应时间为10分钟;
(2)向反应釜中加入十二烷基苯磺酸钠、丙三醇,以55r/min速度搅拌,持续搅拌90min;
(3)关闭真空,待反应釜内温度降为40℃,再向反应釜中加入磷酸酯类极压剂、氯化石蜡、硫化异丁烯、二苄基二硫、三羟甲基丙烷、二烷基二硫代磷酸锌,在45r/min下,不断搅拌,控制反应温度在80℃,加料完毕后,搅拌50min;
(4)控制反应温度在80℃,加入去离子水,搅拌60min;
(5)所述聚酰胺树脂、防锈剂、杀菌剂、并以1000r/min分散30min;
(6)加入消泡剂,在60r/min下,继续搅拌,待反应釜中溶液降至20℃,出料,即得防锈水基润滑剂。
步骤(1)中真空度为-0 .03MPa。

磷酸酯极压剂为磷酸三甲酚酯。
磷酸三甲酚酯的添加量为润滑剂总质量的5%。
防锈剂为三氧化二锑。
另外,本实施例还提供了一种防锈水基润滑剂的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)称取油酸、硼酸、硬脂酸、椰子油脂肪酸二乙醇酰胺加入反应釜中,在抽真空和不断搅拌的条件下反应,反应温度为120℃,反应时间为30分钟;
(2)向反应釜中加入十二烷基苯磺酸钠、丙三醇,以75r/min速度搅拌,持续搅拌120min;
(3)关闭真空,待反应釜内温度降为50℃,再向反应釜中加入磷酸酯类极压剂、氯化石蜡、硫化异丁烯、二苄基二硫、三羟甲基丙烷、二烷基二硫代磷酸锌,在55r/min下,不断搅拌,控制反应温度在85℃,加料完毕后,搅拌70min;
(4)控制反应温度在85℃,加入去离子水,搅拌90min;
(5)所述聚酰胺树脂、防锈剂、杀菌剂、并以3000r/min分散40min;
(6)加入消泡剂,在90r/min下,继续搅拌,待反应釜中溶液降至30℃,出料,即得防锈水基润滑剂。
步骤(1)中真空度为-0 .05MPa。
步骤(1)中搅拌速度为600r/min。
防锈水基润滑剂为浓缩产品,使用时可与水以1: 15进行稀释。
实施例3:
一种防锈水基润滑剂,主要包括以下原料,由重量份数计:椰子油脂肪酸二乙醇酰胺1.2份、油酸1.7份、硼酸3份、硬脂酸7.5份、磷酸酯类极压剂1.2份、氯化石蜡3份、硫化异丁烯1.5份、二苄基二硫3份、三羟甲基丙烷7份、二烷基二硫代磷酸锌5份、十二烷基苯磺酸钠4、丙三醇1.2份、聚酰胺树脂0.6份、防锈剂2.5份、杀菌剂0.3份、消泡剂1.2份、去离子水30份。
磷酸酯极压剂为磷酸三甲酚酯。
磷酸三甲酚酯的添加量为润滑剂总质量的2.7%。
防锈剂为三氧化二锑。
另外,本实施例还提供了一种防锈水基润滑剂的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)称取油酸、硼酸、硬脂酸、椰子油脂肪酸二乙醇酰胺加入反应釜中,在抽真空和不断搅拌的条件下反应,反应温度为100℃,反应时间为20分钟;
(2)向反应釜中加入十二烷基苯磺酸钠、丙三醇,以65r/min速度搅拌,持续搅拌105min;
(3)关闭真空,待反应釜内温度降为45℃,再向反应釜中加入磷酸酯类极压剂、氯化石蜡、硫化异丁烯、二苄基二硫、三羟甲基丙烷、二烷基二硫代磷酸锌,在50r/min下,不断搅拌,控制反应温度在82℃,加料完毕后,搅拌60min;
(4)控制反应温度在82℃,加入去离子水,搅拌75min;
(5)所述聚酰胺树脂、防锈剂、杀菌剂、并以2000r/min分散35min;
(6)加入消泡剂,在75r/min下,继续搅拌,待反应釜中溶液降至25℃,出料,即得防锈水基润滑剂。
步骤(1)中真空度为-0 .04MPa。
步骤(1)中搅拌速度为500r/min。
防锈水基润滑剂为浓缩产品,使用时可与水以1:12进行稀释。
对实施例1-3制得的防锈水基润滑剂性能进行测试,测试结果如表 1 中所示 :

从表1中可看出,实施例1-3制得的防锈水基润滑剂的技术指标均达到行业标准的要求。
Claims (8)
1.一种防锈水基润滑剂,其特征在于,主要包括以下原料,由重量份数计:椰子油脂肪酸二乙醇酰胺0.8-1.6份、油酸0.5-3份、硼酸2-4份、硬脂酸5-10份、磷酸酯类极压剂0.5-2份、氯化石蜡1-5份、硫化异丁烯1-2份、二苄基二硫2-4份、三羟甲基丙烷5-9份、二烷基二硫代磷酸锌3-7份、十二烷基苯磺酸钠3-5份、丙三醇0.5-2份、聚酰胺树脂0.3-0.9份、防锈剂1-4份、杀菌剂0.1-0.5份、消泡剂0.5-2份、去离子水25-35份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的防锈水基润滑剂,其特征在于:所述磷酸酯极压剂为磷酸三甲酚酯、磷酸三苯酯、磷酸三乙酯、磷酸三丁酯和亚磷酸二正丁酯中的任意一种。
3.根据权利要求2所述的防锈水基润滑剂,其特征在于:所述磷酸三甲酚酯的添加量为润滑剂总质量的0.5-5%,所述磷酸三苯酯添加量为润滑剂总质量的0.5-1%。
4.根据权利要求1所述的防锈水基润滑剂,其特征在于:所述防锈剂为三氧化二锑。
5.一种如权利要求1-4任一项所述的防锈水基润滑剂的制备方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
(1)称取所述油酸、所述硼酸、所述硬脂酸、所述椰子油脂肪酸二乙醇酰胺加入反应釜中,在抽真空和不断搅拌的条件下反应,反应温度为80-120℃,反应时间为10-30分钟;
(2)向所述反应釜中加入所述十二烷基苯磺酸钠、所述丙三醇,以55-75r/min速度搅拌,持续搅拌90-120min;
(3)关闭真空,待反所述应釜内温度降为40-50℃,再向所述反应釜中加入所述磷酸酯类极压剂、所述氯化石蜡、所述硫化异丁烯、所述二苄基二硫、所述三羟甲基丙烷、所述二烷基二硫代磷酸锌,在45-55r/min下,不断搅拌,控制反应温度在80-85℃,加料完毕后,搅拌50-70min;
(4)控制反应温度在80-85℃,加入所述去离子水,搅拌60-90min
(5)加入所述聚酰胺树脂、所述防锈剂、所述杀菌剂、并以1000-3000r/min分散30-40min;
(6)加入所述消泡剂,在60-90r/min下,继续搅拌,待所述反应釜中溶液降至20-30℃,出料,即得防锈水基润滑剂。
6.根据权利要求5所述的防锈水基润滑剂的制备方法,其特征在于:步骤(1)中所述真空的真空度为-0 .03~-0 .05MPa。
7.根据权利要求5所述的防锈水基润滑剂的制备方法,其特征在于:步骤(1)中所述搅拌速度为400-600r/min。
8.根据权利要求5所述的防锈水基润滑剂的制备方法,其特征在于:所述防锈水基润滑剂为浓缩产品,使用时可与水以1:10-15进行稀释。
