本发明属于工业润滑油脂技术领域,具体涉及一种冲压油组合物。
背景技术
冲压是一种金属加工方法,它是建立在金属塑性变形的基础上,利用模具和冲压设备对板料施加压力,使板料产生塑性变形或分离,从而获得具有一定形状、尺寸和性能的零件(冲压件)。冲压件与铸件、锻件相比,具有薄、匀、轻、强的特点。冲压可制出其他方法难于制造的带有加强筋、肋、起伏或翻边的工件,以提高其刚性。由于采用精密模具,工件精度可达微米级,且重复精度高、规格一致,可以冲压出孔窝、凸台等。
材料在冲压过程中冲压设备与模具接触需要润滑剂对其进行必要的保护,从而使冲压产品满足精度、表面等要求,而设备、模具与则需要降低磨损、保障设备效率。高质量的冲压油不经可以保护设备、模具,而且使冲压产品具有高质量。

本发明针对上述技术问题所采取的方案为:一种冲压油组合物,由以下成分及重量份组成:高分子聚合酯1~5份、二烃基五硫化物1~3份、硫化棉籽油2~8份、油酸0.5~2.2份、亚磷酸二正丁酯0.2~1份、抗氧化剂0.03~0.05份、石油磺酸钠1~2份、防锈剂0.01~0.4份、矿物基础油78~95份。

一种冲压油组合物的制备方法,制备步骤如下:
1)取矿物基础油总量的10~25%重量份矿物基础油,加热,搅拌并加入高分子聚合酯,搅拌,制成混合液A;
2)将剩余矿物基础油加热,依次加入混合液A、二烃基五硫化物、石油磺酸钠、硫化棉籽油、亚磷酸二正丁酯、油酸、抗氧化剂、防锈剂,搅拌,制成冲压油组合物。
制备的冲压油具有很好的极压性、润滑性、防锈性、抗氧化性,冲压油作用在冲压设备上可延长设备的使用寿命、提高设备冲压精度。
步骤1中取矿物基础油总量的10~25%重量份矿物基础油,加热到60~80℃。使添加物质充分在矿物基础油中溶解,为后续工序作制备。
步骤2中将剩余矿物基础油加热到40~55℃,使添加物质充分与矿物基础油溶解混匀,获得润滑、极压、防锈、防腐和抗氧化效果优异的冲压油。
二烃基五硫化物为RC2540,其活性硫含量随温度上升而稳步增加,具有显著的极压作用,还具有一定的改善抗磨性能。
防锈剂由以下成分及重量份组成:苯甲酸钠6~8份、硅酸钠3~5份、三乙醇胺3~5份、硫酸钡2~3份、丙烯酰胺1~2份、氯化钠1~2份、反丁烯二酸0.6~0.8份、磷酸氢二钠1~2份、异丁醇0.5~0.8份、乙醇8~10份、二甲硫醚0.1~0.2份、纯水75~90份。对环境无影响,防锈效果好,可在冲压设备表面形成一层膜,防止冲压设备的锈蚀,不易挥发、氧化,效果持久。
抗氧化剂由以下成分及重量份组成:二辛基二苯胺60~98份、六氰合铁酸钾0.002~0.01份、单辛基二苯胺1~29份、辛基丁基二苯胺0.8~5份、1,3,5-三氧杂环己烷0.001~0.004份、三辛基二苯胺0.5~1.5份、2,6-二氯肉桂酸0.002~0.003份、二苯胺0.2~1份。可有效防止冲压油组合物被氧化而失去稳定性和有效的作用,防止冲压油在冲压设备上因受氧、冲压导致温度的升高、机械应力的影响导致冲压油变质。
有益效果:本发明在冲压油中加入的高分子聚合酯使冲压油具有很好的极压性能,冲压油中添加的抗氧化剂和防锈剂使冲压油具备防锈性和抗氧化性,冲压油在冲压设备和产品中起到降低磨损、保障设备效率,提高冲压产品质量的作用。制备的冲压油具有很好的极压性、润滑性、防锈性、抗氧化性,冲压油作用在冲压设备上可延长设备的使用寿命、提高设备冲压精度。
具体实施例
以下结合实施例作进一步详细描述:
实施例1:
一种冲压油组合物,由以下成分及重量份组成:高分子聚合酯1~5份、二烃基五硫化物1~3份、硫化棉籽油2~8份、油酸0.5~2.2份、亚磷酸二正丁酯0.2~1份、抗氧化剂0.03~0.05份、石油磺酸钠1~2份、防锈剂0.01~0.4份、矿物基础油78~95份。

实施例2:
一种冲压油组合物,由以下成分及优选的重量份组成:高分子聚合酯2.5份、二烃基五硫化物2份、硫化棉籽油4份、油酸1份、亚磷酸二正丁酯0.6份、抗氧化剂0.035份、石油磺酸钠1.2份、防锈剂0.02份、矿物基础油82份。
高分子聚合酯(40℃运动黏度3350mm2/s;100℃运动黏度245mm2/s,黏度指数208),在冲压油中加入的高分子聚合酯使冲压油具有很好的极压性能,冲压油中添加的抗氧化剂和防锈剂使冲压油具备防锈性和抗氧化性,冲压油在冲压设备和产品中起到降低磨损、保障设备效率,提高冲压产品质量的作用。
一种冲压油组合物的制备方法,制备步骤如下:
1)取矿物基础油总量优选的17%重量份矿物基础油,加热到60~80℃,搅拌并加入高分子聚合酯,优选搅拌30min,制成混合液A;
2)将剩余矿物基础油热到40~55℃,依次加入混合液A、二烃基五硫化物、石油磺酸钠、硫化棉籽油、亚磷酸二正丁酯、油酸、抗氧化剂、防锈剂,优选搅拌100min,制成冲压油组合物。
制备的冲压油具有很好的极压性、润滑性、防锈性、抗氧化性,冲压油作用在冲压设备上可延长设备的使用寿命、提高设备冲压精度,使冲压具有使用冲压材质种类多、使用寿命长、冲压精度高、对模具与冲压设备进行有效的润滑与防腐蚀、防锈等优点。
二烃基五硫化物为RC2540,其活性硫含量随温度上升而稳步增加,具有显著的极压作用,还具有一定的改善抗磨性能。
防锈剂由以下成分及优选的重量份组成:苯甲酸钠7份、硅酸钠4份、三乙醇胺3.2份、硫酸钡2.7份、丙烯酰胺1份、氯化钠1.6份、反丁烯二酸0.7份、磷酸氢二钠1份、异丁醇0.6份、乙醇9份、二甲硫醚0.18份、纯水80份。对环境无影响,防锈效果好,可在冲压设备表面形成一层膜,防止冲压设备的锈蚀,不易挥发、氧化,效果持久。
抗氧化剂由以下成分及优选的重量份组成:二辛基二苯胺97份、六氰合铁酸钾0.0022份、单辛基二苯胺2份、辛基丁基二苯胺1份、1,3,5-三氧杂环己烷0.0017份、三辛基二苯胺0.7份、2,6-二氯肉桂酸0.0028份、二苯胺0.26份。抗氧化剂可通过在催化剂存在下用二异丁烯对二苯胺进行烷基化制得。可有效防止冲压油组合物被氧化而失去稳定性和有效的作用,防止冲压油在冲压设备上因受氧、冲压导致温度的升高、机械应力的影响导致冲压油变质。
本发明制备的冲压油组合物可用于低碳钢、不锈钢等材质金属薄板一次整体冲压成型加工。

Claims (7)

1.一种冲压油组合物,其特征在于:由以下成分及重量份组成:高分子聚合酯1~5份、二烃基五硫化物1~3份、硫化棉籽油2~8份、油酸0.5~2.2份、亚磷酸二正丁酯0.2~1份、抗氧化剂0.03~0.05份、石油磺酸钠1~2份、防锈剂0.01~0.4份、矿物基础油78~95份。
2.一种冲压油组合物的制备方法,其特征在于:制备步骤如下:
1)取矿物基础油总量的10~25%重量份矿物基础油,加热,搅拌并加入高分子聚合酯,搅拌,制成混合液A;
2)将剩余矿物基础油加热,依次加入混合液A、二烃基五硫化物、石油磺酸钠、硫化棉籽油、亚磷酸二正丁酯、油酸、抗氧化剂、防锈剂,搅拌,制成冲压油组合物。
3.根据权利要求2所述的一种冲压油组合物的制备方法,其特征在于:所述步骤1中取矿物基础油总量的10~25%重量份矿物基础油,加热到60~80℃。
4.根据权利要求2所述的一种冲压油组合物的制备方法,其特征在于:所述步骤2中将剩余矿物基础油加热到40~55℃。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种冲压油组合物,其特征在于:所述二烃基五硫化物为RC2540。
6.根据权利要求1所述的一种冲压油组合物,其特征在于:所述防锈剂由以下成分及重量份组成:苯甲酸钠6~8份、硅酸钠3~5份、三乙醇胺3~5份、硫酸钡2~3份、丙烯酰胺1~2份、氯化钠1~2份、反丁烯二酸0.6~0.8份、磷酸氢二钠1~2份、异丁醇0.5~0.8份、乙醇8~10份、二甲硫醚0.1~0.2份、纯水75~90份。
7.根据权利要求1所述的一种冲压油组合物,其特征在于:所述抗氧化剂由以下成分及重量份组成:二辛基二苯胺60~98份、六氰合铁酸钾0.002~0.01份、单辛基二苯胺1~29份、辛基丁基二苯胺0.8~5份、1,3,5-三氧杂环己烷0.001~0.004份、三辛基二苯胺0.5~1.5份、2,6-二氯肉桂酸0.002~0.003份、二苯胺0.2~1份。
