Abstract
本发明涉及润滑剂技术领域,尤其涉及一种多效冲压油及其制备方法,多效冲压油由2‑7份硫化动植物油、10‑40份不干性油、1‑5份高分子聚酯、5‑30份合成酯、0.1‑2份磷酸酯、0.1‑1份抗氧化剂、余量为矿物油组成;多效冲压油的制备方法包括制备步骤:1)加入硫化动植物油、不干性油、高分子聚酯、矿物油和抗氧化剂,加热至55℃‑70℃,搅拌15‑25min混匀;2)停止加热,加入合成酯和磷酸酯,继续搅拌25‑35min混匀,制得成品。本发明的多效冲压油具备较好的氧化稳定性,不易形成油泥,加工件和机台也不会形成黄袍,同时具备类似植物油的润滑性,而且增强了产品的极压抗磨性。

技术领域
本发明涉及润滑剂技术领域,尤其涉及一种多效冲压油及其制备方法。
背景技术
目前市面上有很多厂家直接将花生油、菜籽油等植物油用于一些变形量不大的轻负荷冲压拉伸成型加工。植物油的优点是润滑性好,工件表面质量好,并能提供一定的防锈性,可以大大提高模具的使用寿命;而植物油的缺点是,植物油容易氧化,形成黄袍,工件清洗困难,操作台周边形成油泥,难以清洗,操作环境脏。针对以上问题这种现象,亟待开发一款在润滑性方面能够达到植物油的性能,同时容易清洗,并具备一定的防锈功能的冲压油。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于针对现有技术的不足,而提供一种氧化稳定性好、不会形成黄袍、润滑性能极佳、可替代植物油的多效冲压油及其制备方法。
本发明是通过以下技术方案来实现的。
本发明的一种多效冲压油,它由以下重量份的原料组成:

优选的,一种多效冲压油,它由以下重量份的原料组成:
更为优选的,一种多效冲压油,它由以下重量份的原料组成:
其中,不干性油为碘值100以下的脂肪酸三甘油酯。
其中,不干性油为碘值100以下的脂肪酸三甘油酯,碘值100以下的脂肪酸三甘油酯为棕榈油、蓖麻油、橄榄油中的一种或几种的混合物。
其中,高分子聚酯为上海壹萨化学科技有限公司生产的型号为ES513的高分子聚酯。
其中,合成酯为单酯、双酯、多元醇酯中的任意一种或几种的混合物。
其中,抗氧化剂为烷基酚类抗氧化剂。
上述多效冲压油的制备方法,它包括以下制备步骤:
1)加入硫化动植物油、不干性油、高分子聚酯、抗氧化剂和矿物油,加热至55℃-70℃,搅拌15-25min混匀;
2)停止加热,加入合成酯和磷酸酯,继续搅拌25-35min混匀,制得成品。
其中,步骤1)具体为:加入硫化动植物油、不干性油、高分子聚酯、抗氧化剂和矿物油,加热至60℃-65℃,搅拌20min混匀;
步骤2)具体为:停止加热,加入合成酯和磷酸酯,继续搅拌30min混匀,制得成品。
本发明的有益效果为:本发明的多效冲压油采用不干性油和合成酯,同时加入抗氧化剂,确保油品具备较好的氧化稳定性,不易形成油泥,加工件和机台也不会形成黄袍,完美替代改进了植物油的缺陷,同时具备类似植物油的润滑性,而且产品中还加入了高分子聚酯和磷酸酯,使产品的极压抗磨性增强,使产品可以加工轻负荷的变形加工之外,还可以加工中负荷的冲压拉伸加工,拓宽了油品的使用范围。本发明的多效冲压油因其本身优良的润滑性,并具备一定的防锈性,可用于铁、碳钢、合金钢、铜、铝等金属材质的加工,尤其对防锈有特别要求的热轧板、冷轧板、镀锌板等,在轻到中负荷的电器及电器零配件加工行业,有着广泛的应用前景。
本发明的制备方法生产效率高,可规模化生产。
具体实施方式
下面结合实施例对本发明作进一步的说明。
实施例1。
本实施例的多效冲压油的制备方法,它包括以下制备步骤:
1)加入3份硫化动植物油、20份棕榈油、2份壹萨ES513、0.2份烷基酚类抗氧化剂、43.8份矿物油,加热至60℃,搅拌15min混匀;
2)停止加热,加入30份合成酯和1份磷酸酯,继续搅拌25min混匀,制得成品。
实施例2。
本实施例的多效冲压油的制备方法,它包括以下制备步骤:
1)、加入5份硫化动植物油、40份蓖麻油、4份壹萨ES513、0.5份烷基酚类抗氧化剂、33.5份矿物油,加热至65℃,搅拌20min混匀;
2)停止加热,加入15份合成酯和2份磷酸酯,继续搅拌30min混匀,制得成品。
实施例3。
本实施例的多效冲压油的制备方法,它包括以下制备步骤:
1)加入4份硫化动植物油、25份橄榄油、2份壹萨ES513、0.3份烷基酚类抗氧化剂、58.2份矿物油,加热至55℃,搅拌25min混匀;
2)停止加热,加入10份合成酯和0.5份磷酸酯,继续搅拌35min混匀,制得成品。
实施例4。
本实施例的多效冲压油的制备方法,它包括以下制备步骤:
1)加入6份硫化动植物油、30份棕榈油、4份壹萨ES513、0.7份烷基酚类抗氧化剂、37.8份矿物油,加热至65℃,搅拌18min混匀;
2)停止加热,加入20份合成酯和1.5份磷酸酯,继续搅拌28min混匀,制得成品。
实施例5。
本实施例的多效冲压油的制备方法,它包括以下制备步骤:
1)加入7份硫化动植物油、40份蓖麻油、5份壹萨ES513、1份烷基酚类抗氧化剂、15份矿物油,加热至70℃,搅拌15min混匀;
2)停止加热,加入30份合成酯和2份磷酸酯,继续搅拌25min混匀,制得成品。
实施例6。
本实施例的多效冲压油的制备方法,它包括以下制备步骤:
1)加入5份硫化动植物油、25份橄榄油、3份壹萨ES513、0.5份烷基酚类抗氧化剂、50.5份矿物油,加热至60℃,搅拌25min混匀;
2)停止加热,加入15份合成酯和1份磷酸酯,继续搅拌30min混匀,制得成品。
实施例1-6制得的多效冲压油的性能检验结果如表1所示。

从表1可以看出,本发明的实施例1-6制得的多效冲压油具备较好的氧化稳定性,不易形成油泥,加工件和机台也不会形成黄袍,完美替代改进了植物油的缺陷,同时具备类似植物油的润滑性,而且产品中还加入了高分子聚酯和磷酸酯,使产品的极压抗磨性增强,使产品可以加工轻负荷的变形加工之外,还可以加工中负荷的冲压拉伸加工,拓宽了油品的使用范围。
最后应当说明的是,以上实施例仅用以说明本发明的技术方案,而非对本发明保护范围的限制,尽管参照较佳实施例对本发明作了详细地说明,本领域的普通技术人员应当理解,可以对本发明的技术方案进行修改或者等同替换,而不脱离本发明技术方案的实质和范围。

6.根据权利要求1所述的一种多效冲压油,其特征在于:所述高分子聚酯为上海壹萨化学科技有限公司生产的型号为ES513的高分子聚酯。
7.根据权利要求1所述的一种多效冲压油,其特征在于:所述合成酯为单酯、双酯、多元醇酯中的任意一种或几种的混合物。
8.根据权利要求1所述的一种多效冲压油,其特征在于:所述抗氧化剂为烷基酚类抗氧化剂。
9.权利要求1-8任意一项所述的一种多效冲压油的制备方法,其特征在于:它包括以下制备步骤:
1)加入硫化动植物油、不干性油、高分子聚酯、抗氧化剂和矿物油,加热至55℃-70℃,搅拌15-25min混匀;
2)停止加热,加入合成酯和磷酸酯,继续搅拌25-35min混匀,制得成品。
10.根据权利要求9所述的一种多效冲压油的制备方法,其特征在于:步骤1)具体为:加入硫化动植物油、不干性油、高分子聚酯、抗氧化剂和矿物油,加热至60℃-65℃,搅拌20min混匀;
步骤2)具体为:停止加热,加入合成酯和磷酸酯,继续搅拌30min混匀,制得成品。
