冲压加工属于金属塑性加工的一种,是通过模具对板料施加外力使之分离或产生塑性变形,从而获得一定几何尺寸、形状和性能的零件加工方法,通常叫作板料冲压加工或板料成形加工。冲压加工适用范围很广,大到各类轧钢厂的不同材质、不同厚度板材的冲裁和冲压,小到人们生活用品的制造。冲压工艺在冲压件形状、尺寸精度、机械强度、生产效率、材料利用率等方面具有其他工艺不具有的优势,使其成为塑性加工中最重要的一种加工方式。
在冲压成型加工中,冲压油的质量及其合理使用关系到加工工艺的成败以及产品质量、模具寿命、生产效率和后续工序能否顺利进行等诸多问题。目前,市售的冲压油通常是通过溶剂油与各种性能的添加剂(如:极压剂、防锈剂、抗氧剂等)调和而成,其润滑性能基本上能满足用户的使用要求,但也存在一些问题亟待解决,主要是冲压油产品的防锈、耐湿热性能差,室外暴露时间短,不能满足冲压件中长期储存条件下的防锈要求。
因此,研发一种润滑性好、耐湿热稳定性良好、能够对冲压件起到较长防锈作用的冲压油成为冲压行业亟待解决的问题。
发明内容
本发明主要解决的技术问题:针对现有冲压油产品的防锈、耐湿热性能差,室外暴露时间短,不能满足冲压件中长期储存条件下的防锈要求的缺陷,提供了一种耐温冲压油。
为了解决上述技术问题,本发明所采用的技术方案是:
一种耐温冲压油,按重量份数计,包括50~60份微胶囊混合油、50~60份基础油、1~3份润滑助剂、0.1~0.3份极压剂、0.2~0.4份防锈剂、1~3份抗氧化剂和0.2~0.4份增稠剂,搅拌混合20~30min后即可得耐温冲压油。
所述的微胶囊混合油的制备方法为:称取花生油和石蜡油混合得混合油,称取玉米淀粉加入去离子水中,加热至80~90℃,搅拌混合后得玉米糊化液,按质量比2:1,将混合油和玉米糊化液混合,使用高速乳化机,搅拌混合后形成乳液,将乳液喷雾干燥,即可得到微胶囊混合油。
所述的基础油的制备方法为:按质量比3:1,称取乙醇和茶树油加入反应釜中,并向反应釜中加入茶树油质量0.3~0.5%氢氧化钠,加热至102~105℃,保温搅拌反应1~3h,反应后用质量分数5%盐酸调节pH为7.0,调节后出料,静置分层后收集上层液,将上层液放入烘箱中,在45~50℃温度下干燥30~40min后得基础油。

本发明的有益效果是:
(1)本发明使用玉米淀粉包覆在花生油、石蜡油表面,形成微胶囊混合油,微胶囊化处理后油脂的耐热性比未经包覆的花生油和石蜡油好,同时在高温下的稳定性较好,添加到冲压油中可以提高冲压油的耐温性和稳定性; (2)本发明将茶树油酯化后的物质作为冲压油的基础油,该基础油可以形成热稳定性较好的边界润滑膜,温度升高后仍然可以提供一定性能的流体润滑性能,并且闪点高,安全环保; (3)本发明通过润滑助剂、极压剂、防锈剂、抗氧化剂和增稠剂之间进行协同作用,可以增强冲压油的润滑性和防锈性。
具体实施方式

将实例1~3制得的耐温冲压油与对比例中市售美孚牌冲压油性能进行检测,具体检测结果如下表1:

综上所述,本发明制得的耐温冲压油具有优越的耐湿热稳定性和优良的润滑性能,可有效防止金属表面的直接接触,保护工件,延长模具使用寿命,且本发明冲压油还具有较好的防锈性能,可有效满足冲压件中长期储存条件下的防锈要求。

Claims (8)

1.一种耐温冲压油,按重量份数计,包括50~60份微胶囊混合油、50~60份基础油、1~3份润滑助剂、0.1~0.3份极压剂、0.2~0.4份防锈剂、1~3份抗氧化剂和0.2~0.4份增稠剂,搅拌混合20~30min后即可得耐温冲压油。
2.其特征在于:所述的微胶囊混合油的制备方法为:称取花生油和石蜡油混合得混合油,称取玉米淀粉加入去离子水中,加热至80~90℃,搅拌混合后得玉米糊化液,按质量比2:1,将混合油和玉米糊化液混合,使用高速乳化机,搅拌混合后形成乳液,将乳液喷雾干燥,即可得到微胶囊混合油。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种耐温冲压油,其特征在于:所述的基础油的制备方法为:按质量比3:1,称取乙醇和茶树油加入反应釜中,并向反应釜中加入茶树油质量0.3~0.5%氢氧化钠,加热至102~105℃,保温搅拌反应1~3h,反应后用质量分数5%盐酸调节pH为7.0,调节后出料,静置分层后收集上层液,将上层液放入烘箱中,在45~50℃温度下干燥30~40min后得基础油。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种耐温冲压油,其特征在于:所述的润滑助剂为铜粉、硬脂酸锌或钼粉中的一种或多种。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种耐温冲压油,其特征在于:所述的极压剂为磷酸酯、含氮硼酸酯和硫化脂肪酸酯中的一种或多种。
6.根据权利要求1所述的一种耐温冲压油,其特征在于:所述的防锈剂为脂肪酸烷基醇酰胺、苯甲酸钠、甲基苯并三氮唑中的一种或多种。
7.根据权利要求1所述的一种耐温冲压油,其特征在于:所述的抗氧化剂为肌醇六磷酸、葡萄糖酸和溴化十六烷基吡啶中的一种或多种。
8.根据权利要求1所述的一种耐温冲压油,其特征在于:所述的增稠剂为黄原胶、海藻酸钠、卡拉胶中的一种或多种。
