背景技术
防锈切削液采用进口高分子合成酯、防锈添加剂、润滑剂、极压剂、防腐剂和特殊表面活性剂,经科学高温复配而成,防锈和润滑突出,非常适用于黑色金属的切削加工,切削液是一种用在金属切、削、磨加工过程中,用来冷却和润滑刀具和加工件的工业用液体,切削液由多种超强功能助剂经科学复合配伍而成,同时具备良好的冷却性能、润滑性能、防锈性能、除油清洗功能、防腐功能、易稀释特点;克服了传统皂基乳化液夏天易臭、冬天难稀释、防锈效果差的的毛病,对车床漆也无不良影响,适用于黑色金属的切削及磨加工,属当前最领先的磨削产品,切削液各项指标均优于皂化油,它具有良好的冷却、清洗、防锈等特点,并且具备无毒、无味、对人体无侵蚀、对设备不腐蚀、对环境不污染等特点。
传统的切削液环保性能不是很好,同时减小磨销力和摩擦热效果不是很好,此外在防锈性能上还存在很大不足,现有的中国专利文献“(申请号:201610347340.0)”公开了一种数控机床金属加工用防锈切削液,按重量份数计,由以下组份组成:复合防锈剂10-15份,pH调节剂3-5份,消泡剂0.5-1份,复合润滑剂15-20份,抗硬水剂1-5份,极压剂3-5份,复合防腐杀菌剂1-3份,吐温-80 5-10份,纳米二氧化硅1-5份,去离子水余量;该切削液虽环保,但抗菌、防锈、润滑性能还欠佳,仍需进一步的改善。

针对现有技术的缺陷,本发明的目的是提供一种数控机床用的环保型防锈切削液,该切削液无污染、绿色环保、高效,具有良好的抗菌、润滑、抗防锈性能,此外材料成本较低、原料易得,具有较高的使用价值和良好的应用前景。

本发明提供了一种数控机床用的环保型防锈切削液,包括以下重量份的原料:
防锈剂32-38份、磷酸三乙酸胺12-16份、十二烷基磺酸钠10-12份、硼酸氨基三乙酯6-10份、月桂亚氨基二丙酸二钠8-12份、气相二氧化硅5-9份、油酰基-N-甲基牛磺酸钠6-10份、杀菌剂2-6份、水性消泡剂1-3份、清洁剂1-3份。

步骤二,将防锈剂、磷酸三乙酸胺、十二烷基磺酸钠、硼酸氨基三乙酯、月桂亚氨基二丙酸二钠,按顺序依次加入到高速搅拌机中搅拌,搅拌转速1050-1150r/min,搅拌时间45-55min,得到混合物A,再将混合物A加入到反应釜中,在温度为105-115℃下反应1-2h,得到混合物B;
步骤三,将步骤二中制得的混合物B、气相二氧化硅、油酰基-N-甲基牛磺酸钠、杀菌剂、水性消泡剂、清洁剂加入高速混合机中,充分搅拌以使所有材料混合均匀,搅拌速度1200-1300r/min,搅拌时间45-55分钟,再将混合物加入到反应釜中,在温度为165-175℃下反应1-2h,制得发明的数控机床用的环保型防锈切削液。

(1)本发明的一种数控机床用的环保型防锈切削液,加入的防锈剂、磷酸三乙酸胺、硼酸氨基三乙酯、月桂亚氨基二丙酸二钠作为主要基料,有效的提高材料的防锈性能,加入的清洁剂可以吸附在金属表面,降低切削面生锈发生,加入的十二烷基磺酸钠、水性消泡剂降低表面张力,使本发明材料相互融合,同时具有很好的渗透性。
(2)本发明的一种数控机床用的环保型防锈切削液,气相二氧化硅、油酰基-N-甲基牛磺酸钠,相互配合形成致密且具有空隙的薄膜,组织铁离子向溶液中扩散,大大的增加了本发明的防锈蚀性,加入的杀菌剂可以起到抗性性能。

实施例2.
本实施例的一种数控机床用的环保型防锈切削液,包括以下重量份的原料:
防锈剂38份、磷酸三乙酸胺16份、十二烷基磺酸钠12份、硼酸氨基三乙酯10份、月桂亚氨基二丙酸二钠12份、气相二氧化硅9份、油酰基-N-甲基牛磺酸钠10份、杀菌剂6份、水性消泡剂3份、清洁剂3份。
本实施例的防锈剂为油酸十八烷胺、二壬基萘磺酸钡、凹凸棒粉,按照重量份将3:2:1组成的混合物。
本实施例的杀菌剂为羟乙基六氢均三嗪。
本实施例的水性消泡剂为硬脂酸酯、聚乙烯醚,按照重量比1:2组成的混合物。
本实施例的清洁剂为二异丙基萘磺酸钠、三乙醇胺、苯酚,按照重量比3:2:1组成的混合物。
本实施例的一种数控机床用的环保型防锈切削液的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
步骤一,按要求称量各组分原料;
步骤二,将防锈剂、磷酸三乙酸胺、十二烷基磺酸钠、硼酸氨基三乙酯、月桂亚氨基二丙酸二钠,按顺序依次加入到高速搅拌机中搅拌,搅拌转速1150r/min,搅拌时间55min,得到混合物A,再将混合物A加入到反应釜中,在温度为115℃下反应2h,得到混合物B;
步骤三,将步骤二中制得的混合物B、气相二氧化硅、油酰基-N-甲基牛磺酸钠、杀菌剂、水性消泡剂、清洁剂加入高速混合机中,充分搅拌以使所有材料混合均匀,搅拌速度1300r/min,搅拌时间55分钟,再将混合物加入到反应釜中,在温度为175℃下反应2h,制得发明的数控机床用的环保型防锈切削液。
实施例3.
本实施例的一种数控机床用的环保型防锈切削液,包括以下重量份的原料:
防锈剂35份、磷酸三乙酸胺14份、十二烷基磺酸钠11份、硼酸氨基三乙酯8份、月桂亚氨基二丙酸二钠10份、气相二氧化硅7份、油酰基-N-甲基牛磺酸钠8份、杀菌剂4份、水性消泡剂2份、清洁剂2份。
本实施例的防锈剂为油酸十八烷胺、二壬基萘磺酸钡、凹凸棒粉,按照重量份将3:2:1组成的混合物。

步骤三,将步骤二中制得的混合物B、气相二氧化硅、油酰基-N-甲基牛磺酸钠、杀菌剂、水性消泡剂、清洁剂加入高速混合机中,充分搅拌以使所有材料混合均匀,搅拌速度1250r/min,搅拌时间50分钟,再将混合物加入到反应釜中,在温度为170℃下反应1.5h,制得发明的数控机床用的环保型防锈切削液。
本发明的目的是提供一种数控机床用的环保型防锈切削液,该切削液无污染、绿色环保、高效,具有良好的抗菌、润滑、抗防锈性能,此外材料成本较低、原料易得,具有较高的使用价值和良好的应用前景。

Claims (8)

1.一种数控机床用的环保型防锈切削液,其特征在于,包括以下重量份的原料:
防锈剂32-38份、磷酸三乙酸胺12-16份、十二烷基磺酸钠10-12份、硼酸氨基三乙酯6-10份、月桂亚氨基二丙酸二钠8-12份、气相二氧化硅5-9份、油酰基-N-甲基牛磺酸钠6-10份、杀菌剂2-6份、水性消泡剂1-3份、清洁剂1-3份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种数控机床用的环保型防锈切削液,其特征在于,所述数控机床用的环保型防锈切削液包括以下重量份的原料:
防锈剂35份、磷酸三乙酸胺14份、十二烷基磺酸钠11份、硼酸氨基三乙酯8份、月桂亚氨基二丙酸二钠10份、气相二氧化硅7份、油酰基-N-甲基牛磺酸钠8份、杀菌剂4份、水性消泡剂2份、清洁剂2份。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种数控机床用的环保型防锈切削液,其特征在于,所述防锈剂为油酸十八烷胺、二壬基萘磺酸钡、凹凸棒粉,按照重量份将3:2:1组成的混合物。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种数控机床用的环保型防锈切削液,其特征在于,所述杀菌剂为羟乙基六氢均三嗪。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种数控机床用的环保型防锈切削液,其特征在于,所述水性消泡剂为硬脂酸酯、聚乙烯醚,按照重量比1:2组成的混合物。
6.根据权利要求1所述的一种数控机床用的环保型防锈切削液,其特征在于,所述清洁剂为二异丙基萘磺酸钠、三乙醇胺、苯酚,按照重量比3:2:1组成的混合物。
7.一种制备如权利要求1-6任一项所述的数控机床用的环保型防锈切削液的方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
步骤一,按要求称量各组分原料;
步骤二,将防锈剂、磷酸三乙酸胺、十二烷基磺酸钠、硼酸氨基三乙酯、月桂亚氨基二丙酸二钠,按顺序依次加入到高速搅拌机中搅拌,搅拌转速1050-1150r/min,搅拌时间45-55min,得到混合物A,再将混合物A加入到反应釜中,在温度为105-115℃下反应1-2h,得到混合物B;
步骤三,将步骤二中制得的混合物B、气相二氧化硅、油酰基-N-甲基牛磺酸钠、杀菌剂、水性消泡剂、清洁剂加入高速混合机中,充分搅拌以使所有材料混合均匀,搅拌速度1200-1300r/min,搅拌时间45-55分钟,再将混合物加入到反应釜中,在温度为165-175℃下反应1-2h,制得发明的数控机床用的环保型防锈切削液。
8.根据权利要求7所述的一种数控机床用的环保型防锈切削液的制备方法,其特征在于,所述制备步骤为:
步骤一,按要求称量各组分原料;
步骤二,将防锈剂、磷酸三乙酸胺、十二烷基磺酸钠、硼酸氨基三乙酯、月桂亚氨基二丙酸二钠,按顺序依次加入到高速搅拌机中搅拌,搅拌转速1100r/min,搅拌时间50min,得到混合物A,再将混合物A加入到反应釜中,在温度为110℃下反应1.5h,得到混合物B;
步骤三,将步骤二中制得的混合物B、气相二氧化硅、油酰基-N-甲基牛磺酸钠、杀菌剂、水性消泡剂、清洁剂加入高速混合机中,充分搅拌以使所有材料混合均匀,搅拌速度1250r/min,搅拌时间50分钟,再将混合物加入到反应釜中,在温度为170℃下反应1.5h,制得发明的数控机床用的环保型防锈切削液。
