The invention can be used for cleaning the wall outdoors and the wall indoors, when the wall indoors is cleaned, the caster 99 is arranged at the lower part of the frame 1, when the wall indoors is cleaned, the wall adsorption device is tightly sucked and positioned after the caster 99 is moved to the position needing to be cleaned, and then the wall is cleaned. When the indoor wall surface is cleaned, the wall surface adsorption device can be in a structure without adopting an extending arm.
The control process is as follows: the PLC (or the single chip microcomputer) sends out an instruction, the linear reciprocating motor 71 rotates, the linear moving rod 72, the sucking disc 74 and the distance sensor which are installed on the linear moving rod continuously approach to a working surface, time S1 is memorized, when the distance sensor approaches to the working surface within a certain range, the sucking disc 74 clings to the working surface and sends out an instruction, the linear reciprocating motor 71 stops advancing, the vacuum pump system 73 is started, and therefore the sucking disc 74 can suck the wall surface;
when the linear reciprocating motors reversely rotate and run for the same time length of S1 to reach the starting positions of the motors, after the four linear reciprocating motors finish the action, the PLC (or the single chip microcomputer) sends out an instruction, and the cleaning head 57 of the wall cleaning device can clean the working surface according to a preset program. After the cleaning head 57 finishes working, the PLC (or the single chip microcomputer) can send an instruction, a vacuum pump system of a suction nozzle connected between the cleaning head 57 and the first wiper plate 55 is started, the suction nozzle enables the wiper support 93 to pull relative to the driven slide seat 51' to enable the second wiper plate 92 to stretch out for wiping, after the wiping work is finished, the suction nozzle and the suction disc are released, and the wall surface cleaning machine can ascend or descend.
As shown in fig. 20, 21, 22, 23 and 24, the wall surface cleaning device is divided into three parts, namely a slider 100, a cleaning roller 100A and a wiper 100B, wherein 2-4 electromagnets (or motors and suckers) 103 are fixed at the left end and the right end of the slider 100, the electromagnets (motors) 103 are divided into two groups, 2 electromagnets are respectively arranged at the left end and the right end, one shaft extends out from each electromagnet and is respectively fixed on the cleaning roller 100A and the wiper 100B, and the cleaning roller 100A and the wiper 100B are pushed and pulled, so that the cleaning roller 100A and the wiper 100B are in an open-close state, and the roller cleaning and the wiping can be freely switched according to the requirements. Meanwhile, in order to better use and reduce push-pull resistance, a lifting shaft 101 is further designed, the middle of the lifting shaft 101 is fixed on the sliding block 100, linear bearings are mounted on the corresponding cleaning roller 100A and the corresponding wiper 100B, and the lifting shafts are correspondingly sleeved on the linear bearings respectively. Thereby reducing the resistance of the electromagnet in pushing and pulling.
Of course, the cleaning roller 100A and the slider 100 can be designed to be integrated as required. The use of two electromagnets 103 is reduced.
The above-described embodiments are merely exemplary of the present invention and are not intended to limit the scope of the invention, which is defined by the appended claims, and all equivalent changes and modifications that are within the scope of the invention are intended to be embraced therein.
