Description

【0001】

TECHNICAL FIELD OF THE INVENTION
BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION 1. Field of the Invention The present invention relates to a gondola for wall work, which is suspended from a roof of a building or the like by a lifting device and moves up and down along a wall to perform wall work such as washing, painting, or repairing the wall.
[0002]
[Prior Art and Problems to be Solved by the Invention]
In high-rise buildings and buildings with a relatively large number of floors, work on the walls is generally performed by a gondola suspended from the roof. The wall work includes cleaning of dirt adhering to the wall for many years, repainting of the wall, and repairing cracks generated on the wall and peeling of surface materials.
[0003]
In such washing and painting, a work method of injecting washing water or a coating solution at a high pressure is often used. However, when such a working method is performed, it is inevitable that the cleaning liquid or the coating liquid, which is the spray liquid, scatters on the wall surface in the vicinity other than the working place.
[0004]
In addition, in the case of wall cleaning, dirt cannot be efficiently removed simply by injecting cleaning water at a high pressure. Therefore, workers inside the gondola brush the wall appropriately with appropriate tools. However, this brushing further promoted the scattering of the cleaning liquid to the outside of the gondola.
[0005]
For this reason, the scattering of the cleaning liquid as described above stains buildings and existing objects in the vicinity, and has caused annoyance to the neighborhood. Especially when the gondola was at a high position, this adverse effect was widespread and caused many complaints. In order to prevent these adverse effects, the entire wall of the building is covered with a net or the like in advance, but this preparatory work imposes a large burden on the overall cost and construction period of the building wall treatment. Was.
[0006]
In order to solve these problems, the present applicant has filed Japanese Patent Application No. 8-225554 (filed on August 27, 1996, Japanese Patent Application Laid-Open No. Hei 10-68221, published on March 10, 1998). On both sides and the bottom edge of the open side of the gondola housing, flocking bands formed with a large number of flockings of a length that can be in contact with the wall surface are provided along each side length as scattering prevention means. Proposed invention.
[0007]
However, the invention according to the above-mentioned prior application sufficiently achieves the intended purpose, but still has a problem.
In other words, when strong spray water or splashing water hits the flocking zone, or due to swaying such as cross wind or work reaction, a difference occurs in the degree of contact with the wall of the flocking zone, and sometimes the flocking tip separates from the wall surface and scatters. In some cases, water leaked.
[0008]
【Purpose】
Therefore, the present invention has been made in view of such a problem, and by providing more improved scattering prevention means on both sides and the bottom of the open edge of the gondola, leakage of splashed water to the outside of the gondola is more completely achieved. The object of the present invention is to provide a new gondola for work on a wall, which is intended to prevent it.
[0009]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
In order to achieve the above object, the wall work gondola of the present invention is suspended and supported by an elevating device installed on the roof of a building, and at least one person can work on the wall work gondola moving up and down along the wall surface. A box-shaped housing (2) having a space of a degree and open to the wall (W) side is formed, and both sides (20) and a bottom edge (21) of the housing (2) on the open side are formed. In addition, a flocking band (40, 50) having a large number of flocking (41, 51) formed in a length capable of contacting the wall surface (W) is provided along each side length, and the thickness of each flocking (41, 51) is increased. It is characterized in that the height is formed thinner toward the outside of the housing (2) and the plant is densely implanted toward the outside.
[0010]
In addition, rolling means (6) of an endless track that rolls by contacting the wall surface (W) is provided on both sides of the open side edge (20) of the housing (2). 2) A water collecting means (23) and a draining means (24) are provided at the bottom of the apparatus.
[0011]
Further, in attaching the flocking band (40) provided on the open side edge (20) of the housing (2), the side plate (4) arranged on the side edge (20) of the housing (2) is attached. It is characterized in that the flocking band (40) is attached via the same, and that the side plate (4) is detachable and / or can be stored in the housing (2).
[0012]
Furthermore, when attaching the flocking band (50) provided on the bottom edge (21) on the open side of the housing (2), it descends to the housing (2) side over substantially all sides of the bottom edge (21). A flocking band (50) is attached via a collecting plate (5) arranged at an angle, and the collecting plate (5) can be detachably mounted and / or housed in a housing (2). Features.
[0013]
In addition, when attaching the collecting plate (5) to the housing (2), the collecting plate (5) is composed of a plurality of parts, and the arrangement of the flocking bands (50) of the adjacent collecting plate (5) is displaced up and down. And the end portions of the adjacent flocking bands (50) are arranged so as to contact and overlap with each other.
[0014]
Note that the reference numerals in parentheses described in the section of the claims and means for solving the problems are provided with reference numerals for reference in order to facilitate understanding of the structure of the invention. Of course, it is not limited to the form.
[0015]
[Action]
With the above configuration, the sprayed liquid droplets hitting the wall surface are more reliably prevented from leaking out of the washing liquid by the flocking bands provided on both side edges and the bottom edge, and are prevented from being scattered outside the gondola. The reason for this is that the outer side of the flocking in the flocking band is thinner and denser, and the spacing between the flocking becomes smaller, the flow path of the leakage water is cut off, and the leakage of the leakage water by the capillary phenomenon. This is because the function of sucking up between the flocks is more effectively exhibited.
[0016]
Simultaneously with the above operation, the flocking band of the collecting plate at the bottom edge absorbs the washing liquid and the like flowing along the wall surface by moving while contacting the wall surface, and introduces the washing liquid and the like into the housing from the collecting plate. The washing liquid and the like that have fallen from the flocking bands of the side plates installed on both sides are also collected.
[0017]
The collected washing liquid and the like are discharged without being scattered outside the housing by the water collecting means and the draining means provided at the bottom of the housing.
[0018]
Further, the rolling means attached to both side surfaces of the housing have an action of abutting against the wall surface to smooth the movement of the gondola.
[0019]
BEST MODE FOR CARRYING OUT THE INVENTION
Next, specific examples of the present invention will be described in detail with reference to the drawings.
FIG. 1 is a partially cutaway perspective view showing the entire appearance of the gondola of the present embodiment, FIG. 2 is an assembled perspective view showing a side plate of the present embodiment, and FIG. 3 is an enlarged view of the flocking band of the present embodiment. FIG. 4 is an assembled perspective view showing the collecting plate of the present embodiment with a part cut away, and FIG. 5 is a longitudinal sectional view showing a working state on the wall surface of the gondola of the present embodiment. FIG. 6 is an explanatory diagram showing the state of the flow of the cleaning liquid and the like during the operation of the gondola of the present embodiment.
[0020]
2 is a housing showing the main skeleton of the gondola 1, which is formed in a box shape in which the wall surface W side is opened over substantially the entire surface and the other surfaces are closed. A space enough to allow one worker H to work therein is secured inside. A buffer 20a of a predetermined length made of an elastic material (for example, a rubber material, a flexible resin material, or the like) is provided on an end surface on the wall surface side of each of the side plates of the housing 2. If necessary, an opening or a transparent window may be formed in the side plate or the rear plate, which is about the size of a viewing window.
[0021]
In addition, the housing 2 is provided with a holding frame 3 including a support member 30 disposed on the upper surface and the lower surface, and a connecting member 31 that vertically connects both ends thereof. Two support wires 32 are attached to the upper part of the holding frame 3, and the upper ends of the support wires 32 are connected to an elevating device (not shown) arranged on the roof. As a result, the gondola 1 moves up and down along the wall surface W in accordance with the activation operation of the elevating device.
[0022]
Further, a floor plate 22 having a large number of through holes 22a for allowing water to pass therethrough is attached to the bottom side in the housing 2. An inclined water collecting plate 23 is arranged below the floor plate 22, and a drain port 24 is formed at a substantially central portion thereof, and a drain duct 24a extending to the ground is attached.
[0023]
A side plate 4 having a predetermined length is attached to each of the side edges 20 on both sides facing the open side of the housing 2, and a flocking band 40 formed by superimposing a large number of flocking 41 through the side plates 4. Attached.
[0024]
As shown in FIG. 2, the side plate 4 is configured to be detachable by inserting and positioning and fixing the connecting projection 43 of the side plate 4 to the connecting body 25 of the housing 2. The side of the side plate 4 extending to the open side by the hinge 42 (hereinafter referred to as the “rotating side”) is rotatable inward in the housing 2 (arrow a). In the present embodiment, although a configuration to place two side plates 4 on one side of the housing 2 is not limited to the above coupling and turning means, capable of accommodating the side plates 4 in the housing 2 Other forms of mechanical elements may be employed as long as they function.
[0025]
Next, the flocking band 40 of the side plate 4 is disposed on the rotation-side end face of the side plate 4, and each of the flocking 41 has elasticity and water resistance enough to be able to contact the wall surface W with a certain degree of bending. In addition, as shown in FIG. 3, the thickness dimension is formed thinner toward the outside of the housing 2 and implanted so as to be denser toward the outside. In addition, the density and the interval are set to such an extent that the water jetting from the side can be blocked .
[0026]
On the bottom edge 21 of the housing 2, the recovery plate 5 is supported by a hinge 55 in a cantilever shape extending toward the wall surface W over substantially the entire side of the bottom edge 21. Then, as shown in FIG. 4, by rotating with the hinge 55, the housing can be housed in the inner direction of the housing 2 (arrow b). The collecting plate 5 also has the same configuration as the side plate 4, and is detachable by the connecting body 25 of the housing 2 and the connecting protrusion 56 of the collecting plate 5.
[0027]
A contact plate 54 having a plurality of water passage holes 54a is attached to the collection plate 5, and a flocking band 50 is attached to the contact plate 54. The flocking 51 itself of the flocking band 50 is made of the same material as that of the flocking 41 of the side plate 4, and its arrangement is narrower and denser toward the outside of the housing 2. However, unlike the case of the flocking band 40 of the side plate 4, the mounting structure of the flocking band 50 is such that the trunk side of the flocking band 50 is pinched or bound and held by the clamping plate 52, and the end surface on the trunk side Is open. By adopting this structure, the recovered water transmitted through the gap between the flocks 51 is guided from the opened end face to the water passage hole 54a of the contact plate 54.
[0028]
An elastic plate 53 (for example, rubber, a flexible resin material, or the like) is provided below the flocking band 50 of the collection plate 5 so as to cover the flocking band 50 from below. The tip side of the elastic plate 53 comes into contact with the wall surface W in accordance with the contact with the wall surface W of the flocking band 40, and the tip surface is subjected to a process for facilitating the adaptation to the wall surface.
[0029]
Endless tracks 6 as rolling means for rolling in contact with the wall surface W are attached to both side surfaces of the gondola 1 on the wall surface W side. The endless track 6 forms a substantially triangular shape with two wheels 60 arranged on both outer surfaces on both sides along the wall surface W and one tension pulley 61 axially supported on the rear side (opposite the wall surface side). , Are mounted in a free state (free to rotate). A V-belt 62 is stretched between the two wheels 60 and the tension pulley 61, and the outer peripheral surface of the V-belt 62 facing the wall surface W is exposed to the wall surface W side from the edge of the gondola 1. It is arranged in a state where it is not exposed forward from the flocking tip 41a of the flocking band 40 at the edge. In addition, in addition to the endless track 6 having the above-described configuration, a plurality of wheels 60 may be arranged on both side edges of the housing 2. In the drawing, the endless track 6 is arranged outside the side surface of the gondola 1. However, it may be arranged inside in addition to this.
[0030]
Reference numeral 7 denotes a safety belt 7 attached to the vicinity of the lower opening of the housing 2 in such a manner as to be bridged in the width direction. 3 in the embodiment) are attached at appropriate intervals. Although a round bar is used for the safety band 7 in the drawing, the present invention is not limited to this, and a belt-shaped plate may be used.
[0031]
[Operation of this embodiment]
The gondola 1 of the present embodiment configured as described above is moved up and down along the wall surface W by the elevating device to move to the work place.
[0032]
In the case of using a cleaning liquid, a coating liquid, or the like, first, the side plate 4 is attached to the side edge 20 of the gondola, and is appropriately rotated and fixed inward of the housing 2 (storage direction). The flocking tip 41a of the flocking band 40 is biased and held in a state where it is flexed to some extent with respect to the wall surface W. Since the biasing force at this time depends on the amount of rotation of the side plate 4, it is appropriately adjusted in consideration of the washing or painting work form and the physical properties of the liquid used. Thereby, scattering of the cleaning liquid or the like is more reliably prevented.
[0033]
Next, the collection plate 5 is attached to the floor plate 22 via the connecting body 25, and is fixed by being rotated inward (storage or upper direction) of the housing 2. As a result, the collecting plate 5 is held in a state in which it falls down on the wall surface W (in a tilted state), and its weight is added, so that the flocking band 50 is held against the wall surface W with an urging force. become. Similarly, the elastic plate 53 comes into contact with the wall surface W while being inclined with the urging force. Since the collecting plate 5 is a cantilever pin supported by the hinge 55, the contact urging force of the flocking band 50 and the elastic plate 53 on the wall surface W is adjusted depending on the amount of rotation of the collecting plate 5. Specifically, it is performed by appropriately adjusting the stepping pressure on the collection plate 5. When the gondola 1 is raised, the collecting plate 5 is housed in the gondola 1 by being rotated by the hinge 55 so as to avoid catching with the wall surface W of the flocking tip 51a.
[0034]
When the setting of the attachment of the side plate 4 and the collection plate 5 to the housing 2 described above is completed, operations such as cleaning, repair, and painting of the wall surface W are started. Then, every time the gondola 1 is lowered or raised, the work of washing, repairing, painting and the like on the entire wall surface W is performed while repeating the above-described installation work of the flocking bands 40 and 50 on the wall surface W. The movement of the endless track 6 provided on both sides of the gondola 1 enables smooth movement along the wall surface W.
[0035]
Next, the operation of the cleaning liquid and the like during the above operation will be described.
Splashes in the horizontal direction due to the injection of the cleaning liquid hit the flocking band 40 of the side plate 4 and are blocked, forming droplets in the flocking band 40. The lateral flow along the wall surface W also causes the flocking tip 41a by capillary action. , And flows downward through the flocking band 40 and falls from the lower end.
[0036]
The collected liquid flowing down in the flocking band 40 of the side plate 4 is transmitted to the flocking band 50 of the collecting plate 5 and guided into the housing 2, and passes through the water hole 54 a of the contact plate 54 and the through hole 22 a of the floor plate 22. On the street (arrow c), the water is collected by the water collecting plate 23 and discharged from the gondola 1 from the drain port 24 through the drain duct 24a. Further, the recovery liquid leaked from the flocking band 50 of the recovery plate 5 is reliably recovered by the elastic plate 53 (arrow d).
[0037]
[Possibility of other embodiments]
As described above, the flocking bands 40 and 50 of the present invention are formed such that the thickness of each flocking 41 and 51 is formed thinner toward the outside of the housing 2 and densely implanted toward the outside . It is also possible to change as follows.
[0038]
That is, the thin flocking 41, 51 disposed outside of the flocking bands 40, 50 is changed to a material different from the inner thick flocking 41, 51 so as to be more elastic, or the thin flocking 41, 51 is made longer. You may. With such a configuration, the outer thin flocking 41 and 51 have improved copying properties and adhesion to the unevenness of the wall surface W, and the collected liquid leaked from the inner flocking 41 and 51 can be reliably collected by the outer flocking 41 and 51. Can be blocked.
[0039]
As described above, the length of the collecting plate 5 may be substantially the entire length of the bottom edge 21 of the housing 2. However, when the width of the housing 2 is increased (for example, twice as large as that of the embodiment). In this case, the recovery plate 5 may be divided into a plurality of parts in order to improve the assemblability and handleability thereof, or to avoid a large protrusion on the wall surface W when there is a large protrusion. In this case, as shown in FIG. 7, in order to eliminate the leakage of the washing liquid or the like, the adjacent collecting plates 5 are rotated with a difference in the vertical direction, and the flocking band 50 and the elastic plate 53 are wrapped by a fixed amount. (Overlapping).
[0040]
Further, in the drainage at the bottom of the housing 2, as shown in FIG. 8, the water collecting plate 23 may be omitted, and the drainage port 24 may be biased to one side of the bottom plate to collect water. In this case, the drainage of the cleaning liquid or the like to the outside of the housing 2 may be performed by operating the two support wires after the cleaning operation to slightly tilt the gondola 1 itself within a safe range (arrow e).
[0041]
【effect】
Since the present invention is configured as described above, the following effects can be obtained. Since the flocked band is provided on almost the entire side edge of the housing, even if high-pressure liquid spraying, which is usually used for cleaning the wall or painting work, is performed in the gondola, the sprayed liquid is blocked by the flocking band. Therefore, scattering and leakage to the outside of the gondola can be more reliably prevented. Therefore, it is not necessary to construct a scattering prevention net as a preliminary work, and it is possible to shorten the construction period and reduce the construction cost.
[0042]
By providing a flocking band on the collecting plate at the bottom edge, in addition to preventing the spray liquid from scattering, the washing liquid etc. is prevented from flowing down the outside of the gondola through the wall surface and transmitted through the flocking band. Most of the cleaning liquid and the like can be collected in the gondola. Further, the collected liquid flowing along the flocking band of the side plate is received by the flocking band of the collecting plate disposed thereunder, and can be taken into the gondola.
[0043]
Because the flocking band is made of a large number of elastic and flexible flocking, it can penetrate into the slight steps of the wall and into the tile joints, thus preventing more effective splashing. it can.
[0044]
Since the side plate on the side edge and the recovery plate on the bottom edge are rotatably and detachably supported, they can be rotated or removed from the housing to avoid contact with the flocking band during the movement of the gondola. And the movement can be performed smoothly. This makes it possible to use the gondola effectively even for work that does not use washing water or the like.
[0045]
The washing liquid collected in the gondola can be stored in the gondola until the work is completed, but it can also be collected on the ground through floor plates and water collecting plates with through holes, and drainage ducts. it can.
[0046]
As described above, according to the present invention, not only the washing water and the coating liquid can be prevented from being scattered, but also the wastewater after the washing can be almost completely recovered. It has a remarkable effect that the work can be performed.
