果脯蜜饯肠或中药保健疗效果蔬杂粮蜜饯肠,它是由果脯蜜饯凝胶剂与干燥助剂组成。
发明内容:
本发明目的提供一种川贝润肺止咳蜜饯肠,是通过下列技术方案实现的,先将川贝、冬花、麦冬、甘草粉碎,加入白砂糖混合,再加水、淀粉搅拌均匀成酱,灌入肠衣内,扎口封装,蒸煮杀菌,冷却即成。
由于采用上述技术,所制得的产品是肠衣内包裹着川贝、冬花、麦冬、甘草的制品,具有润肺止咳,各种新旧咳嗽的作用,所以说本发明最大限度的保持了中药药膳性能,促使中药、农产品深加工发展具有积极意义。

具体实施方式:
实施例一:
1、挑选优质中药川贝1%、冬花5%、麦冬3%、甘草2%。
2、把上述原料粉碎。
3、把粉碎的原料加水以及30%白砂糖,0.2%柠檬酸、0.05%山梨酸钾,搅拌成酱。
4、再加入6-8%淀粉搅拌均匀,灌入肠衣内,扎口封装,蒸煮杀菌30分钟,冷却即成。
该川贝润肺止咳蜜饯肠内部结构紧实,无块状,美味可口。

1.一种川贝润肺止咳蜜饯肠生产方法,其特征在于中药、川贝、冬花、麦冬、甘草粉碎,加水及30%白砂糖、6-8%淀粉,搅拌均匀成酱状,灌入肠衣内,扎口封装,蒸煮杀菌,冷却即成。
