背景技术
面粉是我国北方的主食,传统面粉都是单一由小麦制成,能满足人们的基本需求,但是随着人们生活水平的不断提高,对食品的营养成分和保健作用要求越来越高,传统的面粉已经难以满足市场需求,不符合消费者的需要。
发明内容
本发明克服了现有技术中的不足,提供了一种青少年健脑面粉及其制备方法。
本发明是通过以下技术方案实现的:
一种青少年健脑面粉,其特征在于是由以下重量份原料组成:苹果18-20、草莓10-15、玉米粉30-35、小麦粉90-120、海苔10-20、白芝麻10-20、益智仁8-10、手掌参2-4、狗脊1-2、仙灵脾2-3、鹿茸1-4、菟丝子2-4、肉苁蓉2-3、潼蒺藜1-3、营养添加剂8-10;
所述营养添加剂由下列重量份的原料制成:木蝴蝶0.6-1、雪莲花0.8-1.5、生知母1-2、黄精0.7-1、丹皮2-3、鳖甲壳12-15、雪梨5-8、荸荠5-8、黄酒10-12、白砂糖3-5;
制备方法为:(1)将木蝴蝶、雪莲花、生知母、黄精,用薄纱布包裹,然后放入黄酒中,浸泡20-30天,取出药包,得保健酒;
(2)将鳖甲壳、丹皮与保健酒一起放入锅中,加热焖煮,至水被蒸发完后,取出鳖甲壳,粉碎;
(3)将雪梨、荸荠去皮后切碎,加入适量白砂糖进行腌制,腌制完成后打碎,然后经低温烘干后磨粉。与步骤(2)所得物料混合拌匀,即得。
所述的青少年健脑面粉的制备方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
(1)将海苔用清水洗净、沥干,然后放入烘箱中,低温烘干,取出磨粉;
(2)将手掌参、狗脊、仙灵脾、鹿茸、菟丝子、肉苁蓉、潼蒺藜放入适量水中,加热提取,得提取液;
(3)将苹果、草莓混合打浆,然后进行离心处理,分别得到果泥和果汁;
(4)将白芝麻、益智仁放入锅中,加入上述制备的果汁、提取液,加热焖至水分被蒸发干,然后将白芝麻、益智仁磨粉;
(5)将上述的原料合并,然后将小麦粉、玉米粉、营养添加剂等剩余成分加入其中,充分搅拌混合后灭菌、封装即可。

所述营养添加剂由下列重量份的原料制成:木蝴蝶0.8、雪莲花1.4、生知母1、黄精0.8、丹皮3、鳖甲壳15、雪梨8、荸荠5、黄酒10-12、白砂糖3-5;
制备方法为:(1)将木蝴蝶、雪莲花、生知母、黄精,用薄纱布包裹,然后放入黄酒中,浸泡25天,取出药包,得保健酒;
(2)将鳖甲壳、丹皮与保健酒一起放入锅中,加热焖煮,至水被蒸发完后,取出鳖甲壳,粉碎;

制备方法为:(1)将海苔用清水洗净、沥干,然后放入烘箱中,低温烘干,取出磨粉;
(2)将手掌参、狗脊、仙灵脾、鹿茸、菟丝子、肉苁蓉、潼蒺藜放入适量水中,加热提取,得提取液;
