所述栀子和胖大海的质量比为2:1。
所述酸浆果汁是将酸浆去宿萼后清洗,再依次经过打浆、过滤、浓缩后得到的。
所述中药浸膏的制备方法如下:将栀子和胖大海用水提取三次,合并三次提取液,滤出提取液,精滤两次,加热浓缩至浸膏状。
所述提取是在温度为100℃条件下进行的。
无糖型红菇娘润喉糖的制备方法是由下述步骤完成的:
一、麦芽糖醇晶体加入水,加热溶解,加入酸浆果汁,继续熬煮,加入中药浸膏液,150~160℃条件下熬煮,水分含量降至2%,结束熬煮;
二、降温至90℃-100℃之间,加入薄荷脑和柠檬酸,迅速混合均匀,浇注模具盘中,浇注完毕后,对整个模具盘进行快速冷却,得到糖型红菇娘润喉糖。
红菇娘——酸浆,野生资源丰富,是我国东北地区特色的浆果资源,成熟的果实可生食,果色鲜亮,是营养元素较为丰富的水果。果实含有维生素及钙、镁、硼、锌、硒、锗等多种对人体有益的矿物质和微量元素,尤其是硒和锗含量丰富。其性味微苦,具有清热解毒,利咽化痰功效。
栀子具有清热、泻火、凉血、治疗咽痛的作用;而胖大海具有宣肺化痰、利咽开音的作用。
本发明利用麦芽糖醇为基质,以红菇娘果汁为主要原料,复配栀子与胖大海浸膏,口感优质,具有利咽化痰,消除咽喉肿疼等功效。为糖尿病人、教师、上班族带来了福音,产品符合功能性、低甜度的发展趋势。
本发明所述润喉糖食用试验:针对咽喉干燥、疼痛、喉痒、吞咽困难等咽喉不适症状及咳嗽、气喘、痰多及咳嗽等症状不同程度的,使用者一次服用1片,每天8次。试验结果:咽喉干燥、喉痒及咳嗽痰多等症状得到缓解,服用3天,咽喉疼痛、咳嗽气喘等不适症状得到明显缓解。

具体实施方式一:本实施方式中无糖型红菇娘润喉糖的制备方法是由下述步骤完成的:
各原料的质量配比是:麦芽糖醇晶体75%、水10%、酸浆果汁10%、中药浸膏为4.5%、薄荷脑0.04%、柠檬酸0.46%。
称取麦芽糖醇晶体,加入水,搅拌加热溶解,再加入酸浆果汁,继续熬煮加入中药浸膏液熬煮,当糖液温度再次升至150℃时,水分含量降至2%,熬煮结束;
降温至90℃-100℃之间,加入薄荷脑和柠檬酸,迅速混合均匀,浇注模具盘中,浇注完毕后,对整个模具盘进行快速冷却,得到糖型红菇娘润喉糖。
其中,所述酸浆果汁是将酸浆去宿萼后清洗,再依次经过打浆、过滤(得到原果汁)、将50ml原果汁浓缩至10ml后得到的。
采用的红菇娘与栀子、胖大海同属于药食同源果实,一起配伍,不仅色泽、口感俱佳,润喉功效显著。
麦芽糖醇晶体不会发生美拉德反应,因此,熬糖时糖体色泽稳定,产品吸湿性小,抗结晶能力强。

1.一种无糖型红菇娘润喉糖,其特征在于无糖型红菇娘润喉糖是由酸浆果汁、麦芽糖醇晶体、中药浸膏、薄荷脑和柠檬酸原料制成的,其中中药浸膏是由栀子和胖大海制成的。
2.根据权利要求1所述麦一种无糖型红菇娘润喉糖,其特征在于各原料的质量配比是:麦芽糖醇晶体75%、水10%、酸浆果汁10%、中药浸膏为4.5%、薄荷脑0.04%、柠檬酸0.46%。
3.根据权利要求1所述麦一种无糖型红菇娘润喉糖,其特征在于所述栀子和胖大海的质量比为2:1。
4.根据权利要求1所述麦一种无糖型红菇娘润喉糖,其特征在于所述酸浆果汁是将酸浆去宿萼后清洗,再依次经过打浆、过滤、浓缩后得到。
5.根据权利要求6所述麦一种无糖型红菇娘润喉糖,其特征在于体积浓缩至1/5。
6.根据权利要求1所述麦一种无糖型红菇娘润喉糖,其特征在于所述中药浸膏的制备方法如下:将栀子和胖大海用水提取三次,合并三次提取液,滤出提取液,精滤两次,加热浓缩至浸膏状。
7.根据权利要求6所述麦一种无糖型红菇娘润喉糖,其特征在于所述提取是在温度为100℃条件下进行的。
8.如权利要求1-7中任意一项权利要求所述的一种无糖型红菇娘润喉糖的制备方法,其特征在于无糖型红菇娘润喉糖的制备方法是由下述步骤完成的:
一、麦芽糖醇晶体加入水,加热溶解,加入酸浆果汁,继续熬煮,加入中药浸膏液,150~160℃条件下熬煮,水分含量降至2%,结束熬煮;
二、降温至90℃-100℃之间,加入薄荷脑和柠檬酸,迅速混合均匀,浇注模具盘中,浇注完毕后,对整个模具盘进行快速冷却,得到糖型红菇娘润喉糖。
