本发明公开了一种润燥助眠蜂蜜羊奶,由下列重量份的原料制成:羊奶450-500、白砂糖10-12、卵磷脂提取液99-100、5%的pd/c1-2、山药17-18、南瓜籽16-19、茶叶渣10-11、蜂蜜15-16、菠菜根2.2-2.9、薰衣草2.4-2.5、南瓜叶1.8-1.9;本发明入口香醇,口感独特,还添加有菠菜根、薰衣草、南瓜叶等食药材,富予了本发明清热解暑、养血润燥、助消化的保健功效。

技术领域
本发明涉及保健饮料技术领域,尤其涉及一种润燥助眠蜂蜜羊奶及其制备方法。
背景技术
羊奶在国际界被称为"奶中之王",羊奶的脂肪颗粒体积为牛 奶的三分之一,更利于人体吸收,并且长期饮用羊奶不会引起发胖。羊奶中的维生素及微量元素明显高于牛奶,美国、欧洲的部分国家均把羊奶视为营养佳品,欧洲鲜羊奶的售价是牛奶的7倍。专家建议患有过敏症、胃肠疾病、支气管炎症或身体虚弱的人群以及婴儿更适宜饮用。
羊奶的膻味来自于羊本身皮毛的气味以及羊奶中某些化学成分。而羊奶中的化学成分如羊油酸、羊脂酸、和葵酸等,乃是造成羊奶特殊风味的主要原因。很多人们因为讨厌羊奶的气味而拒绝羊奶,本发明提供一种适合大众口味的羊奶,将羊奶中的腥膻味降到最低。
发明内容
本发明目的就是为了弥补已有技术的缺陷,提供一种润燥助眠蜂蜜羊奶及其制备方法。
本发明是通过以下技术方案实现的:
一种润燥助眠蜂蜜羊奶,由下列重量份的原料制成:
羊奶450-500、白砂糖10-12、卵磷脂提取液99-100、5%的pd/c1-2、山药17-18、南瓜籽16-19、茶叶渣10-11、蜂蜜15-16、菠菜根2.2-2.9、薰衣草2.4-2.5、南瓜叶1.8-1.9;
所述的卵磷脂提取液包括有:
大豆粉88-100、绿茶粉8-10;
制备方法为:
(1)取绿茶粉兑入12-14倍水,混合搅拌均匀,再加入溶液重量3%-5%的乳酸菌,在40-50℃下混合发酵3-5小时,再加入大豆粉混合拌匀,继续发酵1-2小时,将所得发酵液经过喷雾干燥得到大豆复合粉;
(2)大豆复合粉加入到其重量20-30倍的丙酮中,在40-50℃下保温搅1-2小时,离心分离,将下层沉淀物在90-96℃下干燥,得粗料;
(3)将上述粗料加入到体积比为3-4:1的乙醇/乙醚的混合液中,加入上述粗料,搅拌后静置,离心分离,取上清液,为卵磷脂提取液。
所述的一种润燥助眠蜂蜜羊奶的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)将菠菜根、薰衣草、南瓜叶用6-9倍量的水浸提后,滤得药汁,再经喷雾干燥,得到中药粉;
(2)取山药去皮切片,均匀涂抹上蜂蜜后,置于烤箱内烘烤2-3分钟,取出烘干磨粉;
(3)取茶叶渣、南瓜籽混合置于炒锅中混合翻炒15-18分钟,取得南瓜籽,磨粉待用;
(4)取卵磷脂提取液加入到不锈钢高压釜中,加入5%的pd/c催化剂,通入氢气至于压力为0.5-0.6MPa,在40-50℃下加热2-3小时,出料,冷却至常温,得到氢化卵磷脂;
(5)将氢化卵磷脂与羊奶混合,再倒入剩余各物料,混合拌匀后,大火煮沸,最后灭菌灌装,即得。
本发明的优点是:本发明羊奶引入氢化卵磷脂,可以使得卵磷脂分子结构中不饱和脂肪酸的不饱和链消失,从而大大地提高卵磷脂的化学稳定性、分散性,具有脱色、脱臭、脱腥的作用,制得的羊奶入口柔滑,适合大众;
本发明入口香醇,口感独特,还添加有菠菜根、薰衣草、南瓜叶等食药材,富予了本发明清热解暑、养血润燥、助消化的保健功效。
具体实施方式
一种润燥助眠蜂蜜羊奶,由下列重量份的原料制成:
羊奶450、白砂糖10、卵磷脂提取液99、5%的pd/c1、山药17、南瓜籽16、茶叶渣10、蜂蜜15、菠菜根2.2、薰衣草2.4、南瓜叶1.8;
所述的卵磷脂提取液包括有:
大豆粉88、绿茶粉8;
制备方法为:
(1)取绿茶粉兑入12倍水,混合搅拌均匀,再加入溶液重量3%%的乳酸菌,在40℃下混合发酵3小时,再加入大豆粉混合拌匀,继续发酵1小时,将所得发酵液经过喷雾干燥得到大豆复合粉;
(2)大豆复合粉加入到其重量20倍的丙酮中,在40℃下保温搅1小时,离心分离,将下层沉淀物在90℃下干燥,得粗料;
(3)将上述粗料加入到体积比为3:1的乙醇/乙醚的混合液中,加入上述粗料,搅拌后静置,离心分离,取上清液,为卵磷脂提取液。
所述的一种润燥助眠蜂蜜羊奶的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)将菠菜根、薰衣草、南瓜叶用6倍量的水浸提后,滤得药汁,再经喷雾干燥,得到中药粉;
(2)取山药去皮切片,均匀涂抹上蜂蜜后,置于烤箱内烘烤2分钟,取出烘干磨粉;
(3)取茶叶渣、南瓜籽混合置于炒锅中混合翻炒15分钟,取得南瓜籽,磨粉待用;
(4)取卵磷脂提取液加入到不锈钢高压釜中,加入5%的pd/c催化剂,通入氢气至于压力为0.5MPa,在40℃下加热2小时,出料,冷却至常温,得到氢化卵磷脂;
(5)将氢化卵磷脂与羊奶混合,再倒入剩余各物料,混合拌匀后,大火煮沸,最后灭菌灌装,即得。

1.一种润燥助眠蜂蜜羊奶,其特征在于由下列重量份的原料制成:羊奶450-500、白砂糖10-12、卵磷脂提取液99-100、5%的pd/c1-2、山药17-18、南瓜籽16-19、茶叶渣10-11、蜂蜜15-16、菠菜根2.2-2.9、薰衣草2.4-2.5、南瓜叶1.8-1.9;
所述的卵磷脂提取液包括有:
大豆粉88-100、绿茶粉8-10;
制备方法为:

2.如权利要求1所述的一种润燥助眠蜂蜜羊奶的制备方法,其特征在于包括以下步骤:
(1)将菠菜根、薰衣草、南瓜叶用6-9倍量的水浸提后,滤得药汁,再经喷雾干燥,得到中药粉;
(2)取山药去皮切片,均匀涂抹上蜂蜜后,置于烤箱内烘烤2-3分钟,取出烘干磨粉;
(3)取茶叶渣、南瓜籽混合置于炒锅中混合翻炒15-18分钟,取得南瓜籽,磨粉待用;
