目前,市场上固体饮料种类繁多,常见的有酸梅粉、菊花晶、速溶茶粉、茅根精等。企业在产品开发时,主要关注消费者口味需求,往往忽视了固体饮料本身的营养保健功能。
另外,为了获得较好的口感以及较长的保质期,固体饮料中通常含有防腐剂、甜味剂、酸味剂等添加剂,给人们的健康带来潜在威胁。

刺五加(拉丁学名:Eleutherococcus senticosus),别名:刺拐棒、坎拐棒子、一百针、老虎潦、五加参、俄国参、西伯利亚人参,落叶灌木,主要分布于亚洲东北部,西伯利亚一带。其根部和根状茎可入药。
五味子,五味子为木兰科植物五味子Schisandra chinensis(Turcz.)Bai ll.或华中五味子Schisandra sphenanthera Rehd.et Wils.的干燥成熟果实。前者习称“北五味子”,后者习称“南五味子”。秋季果实成熟时采摘,晒干或蒸后晒干,除去果梗及杂质。唐等《新修本草》载“五味皮肉甘酸,核中辛苦,都有咸味”,故有五味子之名。五味子分为南、北二种。古医书称它荎蕏、玄及、会及,最早列于神农本草经上品中药,能滋补强壮之力,药用价值极高,有强身健体之效,与琼珍灵芝合用治疗失眠。本发明所述五味子可以为南五味子或北五味子。
肉桂,又名玉桂、牡桂、玉树、大桂、辣桂、平安树、中国桂皮,为樟科植物肉桂的干燥树皮。树皮芳香,可作香料,补元阳,暖脾胃,除积冷,通血脉。治命门火衰,肢冷脉微,亡阳虚脱,腹痛泄泻,寒疝奔豚,腰膝冷痛,经闭症瘕,阴疽,流注,及虚阳浮越,上热下寒。
川贝,为川贝母、暗紫贝母、甘肃贝母、梭砂贝母的干燥鳞茎。前三种按性状不同分别习称为“松贝”和“青贝”,后者习称“炉贝”。产于四川、甘肃等地。松贝的最大形态特征就是“怀中抱月”。怀中抱月的特点:此药材呈类圆锥形或近球形,外层鳞叶2瓣,大小悬殊,大瓣紧抱小瓣,未抱部分呈新月形,习称“怀中抱月”;顶部闭合。内有类圆柱形、顶端稍尖的心芽和小鳞叶1~2枚。先端钝圆或稍尖,底部平,微凹入,中心有一灰褐色的鳞茎盘,偶有残存须根。质硬脆,断面白色,富粉性。气微,味微苦。

三七,为五加科植物三七Panax notoginseng(Burk.)F.H.Chen的干燥根和根茎。秋季花开前采挖,洗净,分开主根、支根及根茎,干燥。支根习称“筋条”,根茎习称“剪口”。
虫草,别名虫草,冬虫草,中华虫草,是由肉座菌目蛇形虫草科蛇形虫草属的冬虫夏草菌寄生于高山草甸土中的蝠蛾幼虫,使幼虫身躯僵化。并在适宜条件下,夏季由僵虫头端抽生出长棒状的子座而形成,即冬虫夏草菌的子实体与僵虫菌核(幼虫尸体)构成的复合体。主要活性成分是虫草素,其有调节免疫系统功能、抗肿瘤、抗疲劳、补肺益肾,止血化痰,秘精益气等多种功效。
百里香,(学名:Thymus mongolicus Ronn),半灌木,叶为卵圆形,花序头状,花萼管状钟形或狭钟形,花冠紫红、紫或淡紫、粉红色,花期7-8月,小坚果近圆形或卵圆形。可作为食材,欧洲烹饪常用香料,味道辛香,用来加在炖肉、蛋或汤中。元朝的《居家必用事类全集》中,记有用百里香加入驼峰驼蹄调味。李时珍《本草纲目》记载:“味微辛,土人以煮羊肉食,香美。”百里香原产于南欧,被作为一种美食的香料而广泛种植。
陈皮,中药名。为芸香科植物橘Citrus reticulata Blanco及其栽培变种的干燥成熟果皮。药材分为“陈皮”和“广陈皮”。采摘成熟果实,剥取果皮,晒干或低温干燥。理气健脾,燥湿化痰。
乌梅,中药名。为蔷薇科植物梅Prunus mume(Sieb.)Sieb.etZuce.的干燥近成熟果实。我国各地均有栽培,以长江流域以南各省最多。具有敛肺,涩肠,生津,安蛔之功效。常用于肺虚久咳,久泻久痢,虚热消渴,蛔厥呕吐腹痛。
山苍子,又名山鸡椒、山苍树、山姜子、木香子、木姜子,樟科、木姜子属落叶灌木或小乔木,高达8-10米,幼树树皮黄绿色,光滑,老树树皮灰褐色。性味辛、微苦,有香气,无毒。每年11月至第二年4月开花,枝、叶均具有芳香味。根皮及叶可供药用。具有温肾健胃,行气散结的功效。用于治疗胃痛呕吐及无名肿毒等症。为我国特有的香料植物资源之一,山苍子喜光或稍耐荫,浅根性,常生与荒山、荒地、灌丛中或疏林内、林缘及路边。萌芽性强,用种子繁殖。主要分布于中国长江以南各省区直至西藏。主治:痈疽肿痛;乳痈;蛇虫咬伤;外伤出血;脚肿;慢性气管炎。
本发明所述的润肺化痰的固体保健饮料,具有润肺化痰、生津止渴、利助胰腺、养阴润燥等多重功效。特别的,使用本发明添加的调味剂后,大大提升了产品的口感,延长了产品的保质期。而且本发明中所述的调味剂均为天然调味剂,而非人工合成调味剂。
在研究中,申请人还意外的发现,使用本发明中百里香、陈皮、乌梅和山苍子作为调味剂,不仅具有优质的口感,还具有防腐的效果,大大的延长了保质期。尤其是使用四种调味剂按照特定比例进行复配时,效果更佳,几种组分之间产生了协同增效的技术效果。
具体实施方式
下面结合实施例对本发明作进一步描述。
实施例1
称取刺五加15g,五味子15g,肉桂10g,川贝10g,枸杞10g,三七5g,虫草5g,调味剂15g,粉碎后,混合均匀,放入500ml水中煮4h,重复3次,过滤除渣后,将滤液进行浓缩,冻干为粉末,得到实施例1的固体保健饮料。
所述调味剂为百里香、山苍子、乌梅和陈皮按质量比1:1:1:1的混合物。
实施例2
按照实施例1的方法,制成实施例2的固体保健饮料。所述调味剂替换为山苍子、乌梅和陈皮按质量比1:1:1的混合物。
实施例3
按照实施例1的方法,制成实施例3的固体保健饮料。所述调味剂替换为百里香、乌梅和陈皮按质量比1:1:1的混合物。
实施例4
按照实施例1的方法,制成实施例4的固体保健饮料。所述调味剂替换为百里香、山苍子和陈皮按质量比1:1:1的混合物。
实施例5
按照实施例1的方法,制成实施例5的固体保健饮料。所述调味剂替换为百里香、山苍子和乌梅按质量比1:1:1的混合物。
测试例1
对实施例1-5制得的固体保健饮料,密封后,进行测试,在40℃,相对湿度85%,测试结果见表1。

测试例2
对实施例1-5制得的固体保健饮料,敞口放置(25℃,自然通风),每5天取样测试一次,在显微镜下数菌落总数,测试结果见表2。

由表1和表2结果可见,本发明所述的固体保健饮料具有良好的防腐效果,虽然没有添加防腐剂,但是调味剂本身含有的成分起到了防腐的效果,尤其是实施例1同时使用了百里香、山苍子、乌梅和陈皮按质量比1:1:1:1复配的调味剂,与实施例2-5使用其中任意三种组分作为调味剂的固体保健饮料相比较,防腐效果更为突出,保质期更长,说明百里香、山苍子、乌梅和陈皮之间在防腐作用上起到了协同增效的技术效果。
测试例3
将实施例1-5制得的五组固体保健饮料分别以500ml饮用水冲调,分别让4组不同的人群(20-40岁男性组、20-40岁女性组、41-60岁男性组、41-60岁女性组,每组为10人)对以上实施例制得的固体保健饮料进行相关指标的评价,每个实施例取10人的平均值。采用5分评分检验法,对本发明固体保健饮料的标度类型及转换分数值表示如下:
5分-非常喜欢;4分-喜欢;3分-一般;2分-不喜欢;1分-非常不喜欢。

由上表结果可见,实施例2和3偏酸,相对受青年人欢迎,实施例4和5偏甜,更受老年人喜欢,而实施例1无论在青年组还是老年组,女性组还是男性组,都是最受欢迎的。而且饮用该固体保健饮料的人群明显有了润肺化痰的功效。
Claims (2)
1.一种润肺化痰的固体保健饮料,其特征在于,原料由下述组分按重量份组成:刺五加15~20份,五味子15~20份,肉桂10~15份,川贝10~15份,枸杞10~15份,三七5~10份,虫草5~10份,调味剂5~20份,水100-500份;所述调味剂,由下述重量份的组分组成:百里香10-30份、山苍子20-40份、乌梅10-30份和陈皮20-40份。
2.权利要求1所述润肺化痰的固体保健饮料的制备方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:称取刺五加15~20重量份,五味子15~20重量份,肉桂10~15重量份,川贝10~15重量份,枸杞10~15重量份,三七5~10重量份,虫草5~10重量份,调味剂5~20份,粉碎后混合,加入100-500重量份水,煮2-4h,重复2-3次后,过滤,将滤液浓缩后冻干为粉末。
