本发明采取的技术方案是:
一种艾叶红豆面包,由以下重量份原料制备而成:小麦面粉280-320份、红豆粉120-140份、枣泥30-40份、酵母粉8-10份、葡萄40-50份、荔枝30-40份、红糖30-40份、蜂蜜10-20份、艾叶5-6份、鸡血藤5-6份、何首乌3-4份、黄芪3-4份、党参7-8份、水适量。
优选地,所述的艾叶红豆面包,由以下重量份原料制备而成:小麦面粉300份、红豆粉130份、枣泥35份、酵母粉9份、葡萄45份、荔枝35份、红糖35份、蜂蜜15份、艾叶5.5份、鸡血藤5.5份、何首乌3.5份、黄芪3.5份、党参7.5份、水适量。
本发明还提供了上述艾叶红豆面包的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)将葡萄、荔枝清洗干净,取其果肉,送入打浆机中,得果浆;
(2)将所述重量份的艾叶、鸡血藤、何首乌、黄芪、党参用6-8倍水浸提,浸提后进行浓缩,得中药浓缩液;
(3)将小麦面粉、红豆粉、枣泥、酵母粉、果浆、中药浓缩液、红糖、蜂蜜加适量水搅拌均匀,和成面团,发酵8-10小时;
(4)将发酵好的面团做成面包,用烤箱烤熟即可。
本发明的优点是:本发明的面包,营养丰富,具有补血养血的功效,且制备方法简单,便于生产。

(3)将小麦面粉、红豆粉、枣泥、酵母粉、果浆、中药浓缩液、红糖、蜂蜜加适量水搅拌均匀,和成面团,发酵8小时;
(4)将发酵好的面团做成面包,用烤箱烤熟即可。

上述艾叶红豆面包的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)将葡萄、荔枝清洗干净,取其果肉,送入打浆机中,得果浆;
(2)将所述重量份的艾叶、鸡血藤、何首乌、黄芪、党参用8倍水浸提,浸提后进行浓缩,得中药浓缩液;

2.根据权利要求1所述的艾叶红豆面包,其特征在于由以下重量份原料制备而成:小麦面粉300份、红豆粉130份、枣泥35份、酵母粉9份、葡萄45份、荔枝35份、红糖35份、蜂蜜15份、艾叶5.5份、鸡血藤5.5份、何首乌3.5份、黄芪3.5份、党参7.5份、水适量。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的艾叶红豆面包的制备方法,其特征在于包括以下步骤:
(1)将葡萄、荔枝清洗干净,取其果肉,送入打浆机中,得果浆;
(2)将所述重量份的艾叶、鸡血藤、何首乌、黄芪、党参用6-8倍水浸提,浸提后进行浓缩,得中药浓缩液;
(3)将小麦面粉、红豆粉、枣泥、酵母粉、果浆、中药浓缩液、红糖、蜂蜜加适量水搅拌均匀,和成面团,发酵8-10小时;
(4)将发酵好的面团做成面包,用烤箱烤熟即可。
