本发明提供了一种珍珠保健酒,由基酒∶水溶性珍珠粉;冬瓜∶苦瓜∶黄瓜=1∶0.001-0.004∶0.01-0.03∶0.01-0.03∶0.01-0.03,以蜂蜜调味而成。本发明制作的酒品色泽自然,口味醇正,具天然瓜类植物醇香、诸味协调,有强身、保健、营养,增加机体活力的功效。

Description

珍珠保健酒
本发明涉及酒类酿造,即用具有保健的水溶性珍珠粉、天然瓜类植物为原料,经科学提炼并运用最新技术进行有机配伍,制得一种能强身健体和天然保健型的珍珠保健酒。
目前,国内市场上各式各样的保健类酒品繁多,但其组成成份和所起的功效各异。经查新发现:1、《食品工业》1995年第3期上的《珍珠女宾酒的研制开发》是将珍珠粉溶入浓甜黄酒中;2、《食品工业》1996年第2期上的《皮肤美容保健功能性饮料的研制》是将水溶性珍珠粉,鲜果汁、黄酒、中药浸制液等配制成美容保健饮料;3、《酿酒科技》1994年第6期上的《红曲珍珠保健酒的研制》是用糯米经蒸煮后,加入红曲,珍珠溶液,蜂蜜进行发酵,压榨取汁后再配入枸杞、龙眼、灵芝浸出液而成。以上的特点是将珍珠粉溶于黄酒中或参与米酒发酵后,再进行配制,其基酒与添加的成份与本发明不同。
本发明的目的是将水溶性珍珠粉溶入泸型酒或白酒或食用酒精中,再辅加入天然的,具营养和一定药效的瓜类植物,经科学酿造而制成色泽自然,口味醇正,具天然植物醇香,诸味协调的珍珠保健酒。
本发明由以下内容实现:
珍珠保健酒的组成成份为:
基酒  1
水溶性珍珠粉  0.001-0.004
冬瓜          0.01-0.03
苦瓜          0.01-0.03
黄瓜          0.01-0.03
蜂蜜          调味
以基酒(已溶入珍珠粉)∶瓜浸液=4∶1的比例混合即得。
本发明采用这些原料制酒是因为水溶性珍珠粉是采用现代生物活化技术和独特工艺制备而成的,其中的碳酸钙和铁、钾、锌、硒等数十种微量元素已全部离子化,并将珍珠硬蛋白分解为十四种氨基酸,从而使人体对珍珠的吸收率从29%提高到96%;天然瓜类植物中富含VC、VB1、VB2,胡萝卜素、VE及人体所需的多种氨基酸等,这些成份具有清热、解毒、健身等功效;其保健价值更是人人知晓。
因此,本发明无论从哪个方面来说,均是纯天然的,并且,在酿造时很讲究瓜类植物的预处理和组合调味,有益成份溶于酒中,使酒品具有强身、保健、营养、增加机体活力的功效。
下面对本发明的实施例作进一步简述。1、酒基:泸型酒或普通白酒或食用酒精
泸型酒须经降度,澄清处理后再用。2、原料的预处理
冬瓜、苦瓜、黄瓜:将原料筛选、清洗,用食盐水浸泡20-30分钟,再用水漂洗,击碎外组织(去籽、切片),用基酒浸提。3、浸提:用20-50度的基酒浸上述原料30天,过滤。4、配料:
