技术领域
本发明涉及一种在用于制备物体的装置中,特别在注塑机中调控至少一个腔室的灌装的方法,其中通过孔口将熔体引入腔室并且改变其宽度。
背景技术
特别地,在注射工序中,而且在通过其他制造方法来制备物体的过程中,期间会向在其中塑造出物体的腔室中引入团块,特别是熔体,主要问题在于,无论出于何种原因,灌装都始终随时间发生变化,这会导致制品质量存在差异。为此,尝试用不同的良好效果使腔室的灌装均匀化。这不仅需要单腔模具,而且需要多腔模具。
倘若例如使用针阀式喷嘴,则可将每一个针阀式喷嘴视为注塑机的注射单元。倘若期望改变参数,例如粘性,唯有改变机器设置,必要时甚至需调控机器设置。因此,在全部阀控喷嘴中的整个注射工序几近均匀(大致相同的注射速度或熔体前沿速度、大致相同的压缩度等)。于是,毫无办法对不同的性能(例如不同的壁厚)作出反应。例如,大型模制件(例如保险杠)纵然在部分区域内具有极其不同的要求,但也只能顾及整体横截面。
举例而言,在DE10112126B4中描述一种自动平衡腔室的容积式灌装的方法,其中确定腔室内的温变过程并且针对全部腔室进行匀化。在多腔模具中,由此确定信号的时间偏移。倘若各个腔室的信号斜率相同,则自动同时对这些腔室进行容积式灌装。
在DE102004031546A1中描述一种灌装模具的至少一个腔室的方法,其中使熔体在多个喷嘴的压力下导入腔室中。在此,优选每个喷嘴都配有传感器,该传感器测定腔室内的熔流,其中根据该传感器的信号使经由喷嘴的供料过程自动均匀化。
在这两种情况下,实现调控的方式是,改变各个热流道喷嘴的温度,直至达成腔室的均匀灌装。可想而知,在流道末端的熔体前端由于信号斜升而受到自动检测。而同样也可能这样设置,例如将压力传感器放置在进模口附近,并且将压力阈限用于这样的调控。
在另一种应用中,不存在多腔模具,而是例如涉及具有一个腔室的模具。在这种情况下,调控熔流的具体方式是,通过变换热流道的喷嘴温度,持续调控一度优化的基准灌装时间(例如介于两个喷嘴之间)。
上述调控主要关系到热流道模具。但也有未使用热流道喷嘴的冷流道模具。倘若不是热塑性材料,而是交联塑料,诸如液态硅胶,则尤其如此。在这种情况下,注射工序通常经由所谓的针阀式喷嘴来控制。人们早已悉知这类针阀式喷嘴。例如,在DE6913568和DE7323461U中已对其有所描述。近况请参阅DE202010014740U1。这些针阀式喷嘴在一定的时间点打开并且在稍后的时间点再闭合,而这仍会导致不均衡的状况。
最近,还有阀控喷嘴,其不仅会打开再闭合。这些阀控喷嘴还能够逐个打开并闭合,从而最终能够有针对性地改变注射的塑料熔体。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于,提供一种上述类型的方法,利用该方法能够以简单的方式实现对腔室灌装的调控,特别是对腔室灌装的平衡。
为解决上述目的,还将孔口的宽度改变并且调节或固定至闭合位置与最大敞开位置之间的某一位置。
本发明的基本概念在于,熔体经由其进入腔室的孔口不仅闭合或敞开,而且还能达至中间位置。优选地,该中间位置同样未受界定,而且还能适配于注塑周期的预定值或需求变化。而其还能够通过预定分布来界定。
通过这种方式,能够彻底改变整个注射工序。仅仅通过在注塑周期内例如按照预定分布来设定喷孔的宽度,即可控制整个注射工序。例如,这完全不依赖于前置挤出机或前置泵的配置便能进行塑料熔体的供料。塑料熔体在喷孔处呈现足够的压力,此后流入腔室的塑料量和速度可通过改变喷孔来确定,这便足矣。而这也意味着前置单元能够以非常简单的方式来布设及控制。
倘若例如熔体前端到达监测腔室的温度传感器过迟,则在熔体在孔口处所呈现的压力保持不变的情形下,增大喷孔的孔口宽度便足以使更多熔体能够更快速地涌入腔室内。
倘若企图例如在流道末端转换成保压压力,则使喷孔在熔体作用压力保持不变的情况下进一步敞开便同样足矣。本发明能够实现通过极其简单的方式来调控到腔室的喷注的诸多可行性,从而在此无法穷举。
当然,在本发明的范围内还了解到,熔体在压力和/或温度有所变化的情况下集聚在如此可变的喷孔的上游。本发明只保留了采用十分简单的单元的可行性。
同样,通过这种方式,针对冷流道和热流道,都能使多腔模具中的注射工序得到均衡。因单独调节每一个喷孔或阀控喷嘴的宽度,故能设定针对每一个孔口或阀控喷嘴的独有属性。因此,可想而知,在仪表板气囊附近的阀控喷嘴受到的压缩小于厚壁剖面中的压缩(=阀控喷嘴的针阀进一步敞开)。实际操作中的可能性和结果有时极为惊人。
测定的流入腔室内的熔体的参数以及将要为此所用的传感器对本发明起到次要作用。本发明的基本概念在于,利用孔口的宽度使一个或多个腔室的灌装过程均匀化。当然,还能够使灌装过程适配于预定的基准值。
术语喷嘴或喷嘴孔口应从广义上来理解。在本发明的范围内,熔体经由其流入腔室的任意孔口及其宽度都可变。针阀式喷嘴在此仅为一种可能方案。通过专用的驱动部件,时下能够例如以0.005mm的分辨率来调准阀针路径。这表示,即便在注射喷嘴极小的情况下,也能非常精确并且相互独立地设定孔口的宽度。本发明针对调控注射工序,具体方式在于,不单使阀控喷嘴的一个或多个针阀打开和闭合,还将各个针阀的孔口调节到打开与闭合之间的某一位置。
然而,孔口还能够由类似于相机快门的装置来确定。还可设想将滑块或诸如此类装置用来更改孔口宽度。
在优选的实施例中,采用温度传感器和/或压力传感器。然而,还可设想其他传感器,例如电传感器或者监视熔体通路的视觉传感器。在此,并非旨在对本发明作出限制。而重点在于,监视熔体及其在腔室内的进程。压力传感器确定腔室内的压力分布,温度传感器确定温度或者仅在熔体例如到达对应的温度传感器时进行检测。在这种情况下,温度传感器更确切而言用作标准开关,其确定熔体从进入腔室内开始直至传感器所需的时间。
在该情况下,主要采用压力或温度传感器,例如DE102004003278A1所述。然而,传感器无需直接与熔体接触,它们还能够通过例如薄腹板而与腔室隔开。
新颖性主要在于,能够自动借助模具内压及模具壁温来实施这种调控,由此能够在循环与循环之间自动适应。据此,以往曾经讨论过的多数调控也能够不依赖于注塑机便可实施于每一个阀控喷嘴。
可以考虑下列调控:
a)经由针阀式喷嘴的孔口宽度调控热流道的平衡。

g)在热流道的情况下(热塑性材料),经由针阀式喷嘴的孔口宽度分别调控每一个针阀式喷嘴的冷却时间。这表示,一旦达到该阶段所需的冷却时间,便分别关闭每个喷嘴。
h)在冷流道的情况下(热固性材料、LSR、诸如RIM的反应法),经由针阀式喷嘴的孔口宽度分别调控每一个针阀式喷嘴的反应时间。这表示,一旦达到该阶段所需的反应时间,便分别关闭每个喷嘴。
i)经由阀控喷嘴的孔口宽度分别调控多组分。这表示,能够分别调控任意数量的材料组分。
j)分别调控阀控喷嘴,其在一些喷嘴上包塑插入件,而在其他喷嘴上则不然。
k)分别调控阀控喷嘴,其包塑不同尺寸的插入件。

所述调控中的绝大多数在本发明的范围内当然并非限定性,并且涉及到冷流道及热流道。
针对所有调控,特别重要及突出之处在于,不仅能为每个喷嘴设定且调节单一值,还能够设定且调节整体设置分布(针对喷嘴打开及闭合)。结果是,该过程因其是在模具中调控而能够基本独立于机器设置来进行。可省却昂贵的机器接口。许多机器制造商甚至没有提供这样的机器接口。
本发明还包括一种用于实施所述方法的设备,其中孔口配有用于根据信号来改变孔口宽度的装置,所述信号出自腔室内的至少一个传感器。其间应接有调节单元,该调节单元将信号进行相互比较并且/或者与预设信号进行比较,依此调节孔口的宽度,以使注射工序均匀化。优选地,传感器在一定程度上被用作开关,其在熔体前端到达该开关的情况下作出反应。在这种情况下,其发出信号,以便能够开始调控孔口宽度。
Claims (6)
1.一种在用于制备物体的装置中调控至少一个腔室的灌装的方法,其中包括通过孔口将熔体引入所述腔室并且改变所述孔口的宽度,还包括调节所述孔口的宽度或将其固定至闭合位置与最大打开位置之间的中间位置,
其特征在于:
灌装所述腔室,借助传感器监视所述熔体和/或熔体前端进入所述腔室,并且为调节灌装而改变所述孔口的宽度,并且在注塑周期期间也实施对所述孔口的宽度的调节;
所述中间位置配置为根据相应注塑周期的需求变化来选择或调节的非固定位置;
塑料熔体在所述孔口处呈现足够的压力,由此使流入所述腔室的塑料量和速度通过改变所述孔口来确定;
改变所述孔口的宽度以在循环与循环之间调控所述腔室的灌装;
借助模具内压传感器和模具壁温传感器来自动实施所述调控,由此能够在循环与循环之间自动调适;
其中所述孔口是针阀式喷嘴中的孔口,所述孔口的宽度通过针阀来确定,并经由所述针阀式喷嘴的孔口的宽度实现对每一个阀控喷嘴的压缩度调控。
2.根据权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于:在注射工序之后或者在转换到保压压力之后,再度改变具有所述孔口的喷嘴的位置,以在相应喷嘴前方产生或多或少的压缩。
3.根据权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于:在所述腔室中采用至少一个温度传感器和/或压力传感器来确定所述熔体的参数。
4.根据权利要求3所述的方法,其特征在于:所述温度传感器/压力传感器定位成朝向所述腔室内熔体流道的末端。
5.根据权利要求3或4所述的方法,其特征在于:所述温度传感器/压力传感器定位在进模口附近。
6.根据权利要求1-4中任一项所述的方法,其特征在于:多个腔室相应受到监视并且相互进行校准。
