本发明涉及一种保健食品,具体为一种红枣粉。由下列原料制成,红枣90?110份、菊花4?6份、连翘4?6份、党参1?3份、玫瑰花5?7份、薄荷1?3份、冰糖18?25份。本发明得到的红枣粉,可以直接用开水冲,即可得到具备红枣香气的红枣汁。在宴会开始前,饮用200毫升,可以有效防止酒精对肝和胃的损伤,如果是醉酒回家,可以立即饮用500毫升枣汁,可以缓解酒精中毒带来的身体不适。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种保健食品,具体为一种红枣粉。
背景技术
红枣是人们特别喜爱的一种果实。红枣所含营养丰富。它含蛋白质、脂肪、糖类、纤维素;多种氨基酸及钙、磷、铁、钾、钠、镁、氯、碘、胡萝卜素、硫胺素、核黄素、尼克酸;维生素C、维生素P、维生素E等。所含维生素C,每100克鲜枣达380-600毫克,是柑桔含量的11-20倍,是苹果和梨、桃含量的100倍左右,所含维生素P也居百果之冠。故享有“天然维生素丸”之赞誉。红枣粉中含有多种生物活性物质,如大枣多糖、黄酮类、皂苷类、三萜类、生物碱类、环磷酸腺苷(cAMP)、环磷酸乌苷(cGMP)等,对人体有多种保健治病功效。在饭店的宴请就餐时候,人们常常会点上一杯热气腾腾的红枣汁,以消除口渴和疲劳。宴请中,酒是必不可少的,然而喝酒过量,引起酒精中毒,会对健康带来极大危害。因此,我们需要研究开发一种以红枣为主要原料的饮品,在喝酒前或者喝酒途中饮用,不但能增加营养,还可以降低酒精对人体的危害。
发明内容
本发明为了开发红枣的利用价值,提供了一种红枣粉。
本发明的技术方案是,一种红枣粉,由下列原料制成,红枣90-110份、菊花4-6份、连翘4-6份、党参1-3份、玫瑰花5-7份、薄荷1-3份、冰糖18-25份、大麦5-8份。
制备方法,红枣去核,加入10倍水,打浆处理,得到红枣果浆水液,再将纱布包装“菊花、连翘、党参、玫瑰花、薄荷”为纱布包,以及和冰糖一起放入浆水中,于80℃条件下,加热12小时,将纱布包取出,得到红枣浆液,再减压浓缩直至膏状体,烘干成为枣泥块,再用粉碎机粉碎至10-30目。
本发明得到的红枣粉,可以直接用开水冲,即可得到具备红枣香气的红枣汁。
本发明所述的红枣汁,具备一定的预防醉酒和解酒的效果。在宴会开始前,饮用200毫升,可以有效防止酒精对肝和胃的损伤,如果是醉酒回家,可以立即饮用500毫升枣汁,可以缓解酒精中毒带来的身体不适。

红枣粉和开水以5倍质量混合得到红枣汁。低于5倍,红枣香气不浓郁,口感也变单薄,不建议稀释倍数过高。
使用酒为55 °汾酒
1.3 仪 器 和 试 剂 752 型紫外分光光度计,气相色谱仪,A D H 测定试剂盒和考马斯亮蓝蛋白测定试剂盒。
1.4 实 验 方 法 1.4.1 醉酒预防实验
取 40 只 小 鼠随机 分为 4 组 :实验一 组 (灌服红枣汁 0.15 m l/g 体 重 ) 、实验组二(灌服红枣汁 0.20 m l/g 体 重 )、实验三组(灌服红枣汁 0.25 m l/g 体 重),模型组 (灌服 生理盐水0.25 m l/g 体 重) ,每组 l0 只 。
各组小鼠先禁食12 h ,然后均一次性 给药。30 m in 后各组小鼠均按15m l/kg 灌 胃55 °汾酒 ,记录小鼠醉 酒 时问 (从 清 醒 到翻 正反 射消 失 的时间 ) 。小鼠醉酒 与否 以 翻正反射 是 否消 失为标 准 :小鼠灌 酒后 将其 背 向下轻 轻放 入动 物笼 .若 动物 背 向下 的姿势保持 30 S 以上 ,则 认为 翻正 反射 消失 , 即为醉酒 。
1-4.2 醉酒治疗实验
小 鼠数量 、分组同上,各组小 鼠先禁食12 h 后 .均按 15 m l/ kg 灌胃56 度汾酒.30 m in 后 ,各组均一次性给药 ,观察并记录小鼠酒醒 时间(即翻正反射消失至 翻正反射 恢复 所需 的时 间 )。
1.4.3 血清乙醇浓度和肝组织、胃组织 A D H 活性的测定
取 50 只小 鼠随 机分为 5 组 :正常组 、模型组 、试验一组 、试验二组 和试验三组 ,每组10只 。各组小鼠先禁食12 h .除正常组 外 ,均按 l5 m l/ kg 灌胃 55 °汾酒,30 min 后 .各治疗组均一次 性 给药 ,剂量同前 ,模型组 灌胃等量生理盐水 。2 h 后眶取血并处死小鼠 ,立即取出肝脏和胃,反复冲洗 ,称重,制成 肝组 织 和 胃组 织匀浆,按 A D H 试 剂 盒和考马斯亮蓝 蛋白试剂盒说明书配 制相 关试 剂 , 测定肝 、胃组织 A D H 活性和血清乙醇浓度 。 A D H 活性以每克组织每分钟生成的 A D H 的 nmol数表示 。
2 结 果
2.1 红枣汁对小鼠 醉酒预 防及治疗的实验结果(表 1)与模型组比较 ,红枣汁预防性给 药可明显延长小鼠的醉酒时间。与模型组相比 ,红枣汁组均可缩短小鼠的 醒时间 。

2.2 红枣汁 醉酒小鼠血清乙醇浓度和肝 、胃组织 A D H活性的影响
与正常组比较 .模型组小鼠血清乙醇浓度明显升高;与模型组比较 ,各治疗组小鼠血清 乙醇浓度均明显降低;与正常组比较 ,模型组小鼠肝和胃组织 A D H 活性 有所升高;与模型组比较 ,各治疗组小鼠肝和胃组织 A D H 活性均明显升高。
本实验结果表明红枣汁在饮酒之前灌胃可以推迟小鼠翻正反射的消失时间 ,在饮酒之后灌 胃可以缩短小鼠翻正反射的恢复时间 ,说明红枣汁对醉酒有一定的预防和治疗作用 。 模 型组和服用红枣汁组血清乙醇浓度检查结果表明 ,灌服红枣汁都能使乙醇浓度显著低于模 型组,说明红枣汁有降低饮酒后血中乙醇浓度的作 用 。
乙醇进入人体后 ,除 2%~10%的乙醇由肾 、肺排 出 ,15%由肝外器官代谢以外 ,绝大部分在肝内代 谢 。A D H 是乙醇在体内代谢通路的重要酶类 。主要分布在肝脏和胃 .肝细胞浆内的 A D H 以及氧化酶体内的 触 酶 .使乙醇氧化成乙醛 .后者变成乙酸 ,然后乙酸进入血液循 环 ,代谢为二氧化碳 、水和能量。胃 A D H 在乙醇首过代谢中起重要作用 ,乙醇首过代谢即指饮酒后部分乙醇在消化道内被氧化的现象 。乙醇首过代谢可以减少机体对乙醇的生物利用度 ,缓解乙醇对肝脏 、脑等器官的毒害作。本发明试验表明 .灌服红枣汁的肝 、胃组织的 A D H 活性均显著高于模型组,说明红枣汁具有急性解酒作用 ,不仅能缓解醉酒症状如酒后头昏、烦躁等 ,还能通过升高肿和胃组织的A DH 活性 .促进乙醇代谢 ,降低血清乙醇浓度 ,发挥解酒促醒作用 。
具体实施方式
实施例1、一种红枣粉,由下列原料制成,红枣100g、菊花5 g、连翘5 g、党参2 g、玫瑰花6 g、薄荷2 g、冰糖20 g、大麦6g。
制备方法,红枣去核,加入10倍水,打浆处理,得到红枣果浆水液,再将纱布包装“菊花、连翘、党参、玫瑰花、薄荷”为纱布包,以及和冰糖一起放入浆水中,于80℃条件下,加热12小时,将纱布包取出,得到红枣浆液,再减压浓缩直至膏状体,烘干成为枣泥块,再用粉碎机粉碎至10-30目。

1.一种红枣粉,由下列原料制成,红枣90-110份、菊花4-6份、连翘4-6份、党参1-3份、玫瑰花5-7份、薄荷1-3份、冰糖18-25份、大麦5-8。
2.根据权利要求1所述的红枣粉,制备方法,红枣去核,加入10倍水,打浆处理,得到红枣果浆水液,再将纱布包装“菊花、连翘、党参、玫瑰花、薄荷”为纱布包,以及和冰糖一起放入浆水中,于80℃条件下,加热12小时,将纱布包取出,得到红枣浆液,再减压浓缩直至膏状体,烘干成为枣泥块,再用粉碎机粉碎至10-30目。
