现阶段,由于人们的应酬过多,难免会多次饮酒过量,因此必须通过不同途径进行解酒,从而保证将害处将至最低,且保证清醒的头脑,但是通常就是通过药物进行处理,这样很容易对人体造成二次伤害,因此如果口香糖均有解酒醒脑作用,将会得到很好的应用。

本发明所要解决的技术问题在于提供一种配方合理,制备方法简单,口味新颖,解酒效果明显的醒脑解酒口香糖及其制备方法。
本发明所要解决的技术问题采用以下技术方案来实现:
一种醒脑解酒口香糖,其特征在于,由以下组分的原料制成:
胶基质80-100份、壳聚糖6-8份、甘油25-35份、木糖醇15-25份、山梨糖醇15-25份、软化剂8-10份、白砂糖25-35份、复合维生素3-5份、微量元素3-5份、柠檬酸10-20份、橄榄3-5份、苦参2-4份、菊花2-4份、葛根花3-5份、草果3-5份、高良姜8-10份。
各原料的优选份量为:胶基质90份、壳聚糖7份、甘油30份、木糖醇20份、山梨糖醇20份、软化剂9份、白砂糖20份、复合维生素4份、微量元素4份、柠檬酸15份、橄榄4份、苦参3份、菊花3份、葛根花4份、草果4份、高良姜9份。
所述的微量元素包括:青霉素G3mg、青霉素V2mg、甲氧西林1mg、氨苄青霉素2mg、羟氨苄青霉素3mg、羧噻吩青霉素4mg、氧哌嗪青霉素1mg。
所述的复合维生素包括:维生素C13mg、维生素E11mg、维生素B23mg。
所述的胶基质通过枇杷胶和明胶按照1:6的重量比,配置而成。
本发明的另一个目的是提供一种制备本发明醒脑解酒口香糖的方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
1)将原料中的橄榄、苦参、菊花、葛根花、草果和高良姜按配方量投入煎锅中,放入总量8-10倍的清水,加热升温至沸腾后,持续煎煮30-40min后,去渣留汁,并且将汁液通过600-800目的网筛,过滤后再进行一次澄清处理,得到药液;
2)将胶基质与原料中的壳聚糖、甘油、木糖醇和山梨糖醇进行混合合并,搅拌,然后升温至150-220℃,添加入步骤1中的药液,进行搅拌熬制;
3)将复合维生素、微量元素和白沙糖混合均匀后,搅拌升温至20-30℃,搅拌30-40min后,将原料中的软化剂加入其中,持续搅拌,直至,搅拌均匀;
4)选用一真空薄膜熬糖设备,将步骤2的原料和步骤3中的原料混合后,投入其中,然后将原料中的柠檬酸滴加进入,继续搅拌熬制30-40min后,取出;
5)将上述产品取出后,在室温下冷却后,使用相应模具制备成型后,包装即可。

2)将胶基质与原料中的壳聚糖、甘油、木糖醇和山梨糖醇进行混合合并,搅拌,然后升温至150-220℃,添加入步骤1中的药液,进行搅拌熬制;
3)将复合维生素、微量元素和白沙糖混合均匀后,搅拌升温至20-30℃,搅拌30-40min后,将原料中的软化剂加入其中,持续搅拌,直至,搅拌均匀;
4)选用一真空薄膜熬糖设备,将步骤2的原料和步骤3中的原料混合后,投入其中,然后将原料中的柠檬酸滴加进入,继续搅拌熬制30-40min后,取出;
5)将上述产品取出后,在室温下冷却后,使用相应模具制备成型后,包装即可。
下表为同一人间隔一周饮相同量白酒后,咀嚼实施例1、2或者3制备的口香糖30min前后,和自然解酒30min后,体内酒精含量的测试表:

由上表可以看出,同一人饮酒后,体内酒精含量,在食用本品的口香糖30min后,下降速度,明显快于自然醒酒,充分的证明了本品口香糖对解酒有良好的作用。

Claims (6)
1.一种醒脑解酒口香糖,其特征在于,由以下组分的原料制成:
胶基质80-100份、壳聚糖6-8份、甘油25-35份、木糖醇15-25份、山梨糖醇15-25份、软化剂8-10份、白砂糖25-35份、复合维生素3-5份、微量元素3-5份、柠檬酸10-20份、橄榄3-5份、苦参2-4份、菊花2-4份、葛根花3-5份、草果3-5份、高良姜8-10份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种醒脑解酒口香糖,其特征在于,各原料的优选份量为:胶基质90份、壳聚糖7份、甘油30份、木糖醇20份、山梨糖醇20份、软化剂9份、白砂糖20份、复合维生素4份、微量元素4份、柠檬酸15份、橄榄4份、苦参3份、菊花3份、葛根花4份、草果4份、高良姜9份。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种醒脑解酒口香糖,其特征在于:所述的微量元素包括:青霉素G3mg、青霉素V2mg、甲氧西林1mg、氨苄青霉素2mg、羟氨苄青霉素3mg、羧噻吩青霉素4mg、氧哌嗪青霉素1mg。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种醒脑解酒口香糖,其特征在于:所述的复合维生素包括:维生素C13mg、维生素E11mg、维生素B23mg。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种醒脑解酒口香糖,其特征在于:所述的胶基质通过枇杷胶和明胶按照1:6的重量比,配置而成。
6.制备权利要求1或2中一种醒脑解酒口香糖的方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
1)将原料中的橄榄、苦参、菊花、葛根花、草果和高良姜按配方量投入煎锅中,放入总量8-10倍的清水,加热升温至沸腾后,持续煎煮30-40min后,去渣留汁,并且将汁液通过600-800目的网筛,过滤后再进行一次澄清处理,得到药液;
2)将胶基质与原料中的壳聚糖、甘油、木糖醇和山梨糖醇进行混合合并,搅拌,然后升温至150-220℃,添加入步骤1中的药液,进行搅拌熬制;
3)将复合维生素、微量元素和白沙糖混合均匀后,搅拌升温至20-30℃,搅拌30-40min后,将原料中的软化剂加入其中,持续搅拌,直至,搅拌均匀;
4)选用一真空薄膜熬糖设备,将步骤2的原料和步骤3中的原料混合后,投入其中,然后将原料中的柠檬酸滴加进入,继续搅拌熬制30-40min后,取出;
5)将上述产品取出后,在室温下冷却后,使用相应模具制备成型后,包装即可。
