一种具备治疗口腔溃疡的硬质糖果,涉及糖果技术领域,包括以下原料制成:炼乳30‑40份、白砂糖50‑60份、葡糖糖浆15‑25份、食用盐2‑4份、食用香精1‑3份、食品添加剂4‑6份、麦芽糖醇10‑20份、木糖醇20‑30份、矿物添加剂2‑4份、丹参1‑3份、三七2‑4份、川芎1‑3份、红花1‑3份、桃仁6‑8份、泽兰2‑4份、当归2‑4份、首乌3‑5份、藿香4‑6份、佩兰2‑4份、蒲公英3‑5份。本发明的有益效果为:本发明配方合理,制备方法简单,制备的硬质糖果,不仅食用口感浓郁,香甜可口,同时具备治疗口腔溃疡的药用效果,作为休闲食品的同时具备治疗病症,一举两得,适合口腔溃疡惯患者长期食用。

技术领域
本发明涉及糖果技术领域,具体涉及一种具备治疗口腔溃疡的硬质糖果及其制备方法。
背景技术
糖果行业作为我国传统的两大支柱零食产业之一,保持着快速的增长,潜力市场份额不断扩张,近五年,我国糖果市场一直保持8%-12%的年增长率,2011年,我国的糖果产业规模已经达到620亿元,糖果可分为硬质糖果、硬质夹心糖果、乳脂糖果、凝胶糖果、抛光糖果、胶基糖果、充气糖果和压片糖果等。其中硬质糖果是以白砂糖、淀粉糖浆为主料的一类口感硬、脆的糖果,糖果虽然其口味多变独特,但是由于其本身具备大量的糖分,因此其在正常的食用中,会导致多种病变的产生,没有好处,但是由于我国的传统习俗及孩童的喜爱,因此糖果还是广泛的存在于人们身边,传统的糖果都是通过不同的果味及奶油进行变换制备,没有特定的功能。
口腔溃疡俗称“口疮”,是一种常见的发生于口腔黏膜的溃疡性损伤病症,多见于唇内侧、舌头、舌腹、颊黏膜、前庭沟、软腭等部位,这些部位的黏膜缺乏角质化层或角化较差,口腔溃疡发作时疼痛剧烈,局部灼痛明显,严重者还会影响饮食、说话,对日常生活造成极大不便,糖果一般都是含在嘴巴内部,因此在融化的过程中,布满整个口腔,如果糖果在食用时可以起到治疗口腔溃疡,将会是一种技术的创新,然而目前市场上此种技术很少。
发明内容:
本发明所要解决的技术问题在于提供一种配方合理,制备方法简单,口味独特,治疗效果显著的具备治疗口腔溃疡的硬质糖果及其制备方法。
本发明所要解决的技术问题采用以下技术方案来实现:
一种具备治疗口腔溃疡的硬质糖果,其特征在于,由以下组分的原料制成:
炼乳30-40份、白砂糖50-60份、葡糖糖浆15-25份、食用盐2-4份、食用香精1-3份、食品添加剂4-6份、麦芽糖醇10-20份、木糖醇20-30份、矿物添加剂2-4份、丹参1-3份、三七2-4份、川芎1-3份、红花1-3份、桃仁6-8份、泽兰2-4份、当归2-4份、首乌3-5份、藿香4-6份、佩兰2-4份、蒲公英3-5份。
各原料的优选份量为:炼乳35份、白砂糖55份、葡糖糖浆20份、食用盐3份、食用香精2份、食品添加剂5份、麦芽糖醇15份、木糖醇25份、矿物添加剂3份、丹参2份、三七3份、川芎2份、红花2份、桃仁7份、泽兰3份、当归3份、首乌4份、藿香5份、佩兰3份、蒲公英4份。
所述的食品添加剂通过采用食用级二氧化钛2mg、大豆磷脂1mg、乳酸3mg、乳酸钠1mg,进行混合加工制成,食品添加剂的使用,保证了糖果口味更佳。
所述的矿物添加剂包括:牛磺酸1mg、甘露醇3mg、酪氨酸3mg、亮氨酸4mg、缬氨酸1mg、赖氨酸2mg、维生素B53mg、维生素B63mg、肌醇2mg、维生素B122mg、硬脂酸镁1mg。
本发明的另一个目的是提供一种制备本发明具备治疗口腔溃疡的硬质糖果的方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
1)将原料中的丹参、三七、川芎、红花、桃仁、泽兰、当归、首乌、藿香、佩兰和蒲公英按配方量投入煎锅中,放入总量15-20倍的清水,加热升温至沸腾后,持续煎煮20-30min后,去渣留汁,并且将汁液通过600-700目的网筛,过滤,得到药液;
2)将原料中的白砂糖、麦芽糖醇和木糖醇混合后与步骤1中的药液混合,搅拌直至全部融化;
3)待上述步骤2处理后,明火加温熬制100-150分钟,熬制的蒸汽压力为15-48kg/cm2,熬糖温度为220-250℃;
4)选用一真空薄膜熬糖设备,将步骤3中的原料加入其中,然后将原料中的炼乳、食用香精、食品添加剂和矿物添加剂加入其中,再次混合均匀;
5)将原料中的葡糖糖浆与食用盐进行混合,降温至0℃以下,静置20-30min后,取出搅拌均匀,迅速投入步骤4中的原料中,搅拌均匀;
6)将上述产品室温下冷却,后续加工即可成型。
本发明中:
本发明中的丹参、三七、川芎、红花、桃仁、泽兰、当归、首乌、藿香、佩兰和蒲公英作为中成药物,具备食用安全的效能,同时还具有很强的药理药效,具备有活血化瘀、健脾补肾、补气补血效果,可以从根本上进行口腔溃疡的治疗,将其所有进行煎炸取汁,得到具备同等效应的药液作为糖果熬制的液相,充分的融入糖果中,使得药效得到充分的发挥,起到治疗低血糖的效果,与原料中采用牛磺酸、甘露醇、酪氨酸、亮氨酸、缬氨酸、赖氨酸、维生素、维生素、肌醇、维生素、硬脂酸镁制备的矿物添加剂进行协同,使得药效更加充分发挥,且还具有一定保健作用。
本发明的有益效果为:本发明配方合理,制备方法简单,制备的硬质糖果,不仅食用口感浓郁,香甜可口,同时具备治疗口腔溃疡的药用效果,作为休闲食品的同时具备治疗病症,一举两得,适合口腔溃疡惯患者长期食用。

为了使本发明实现的技术手段、创作特征、达成目的与功效易于明白了解,下面结合具体实施例,进一步阐述本发明。
实施例1
称取炼乳30kg、白砂糖50kg、葡糖糖浆15kg、食用盐2kg、食用香精1kg、食品添加剂4kg、麦芽糖醇10kg、木糖醇20kg、矿物添加剂2kg、丹参1kg、三七2kg、川芎1kg、红花1kg、桃仁6kg、泽兰2kg、当归2kg、首乌3kg、藿香4kg、佩兰2kg、蒲公英3kg。
实施例2
称取炼乳40kg、白砂糖60kg、葡糖糖浆25kg、食用盐4kg、食用香精3kg、食品添加剂6kg、麦芽糖醇20kg、木糖醇30kg、矿物添加剂4kg、丹参3kg、三七4kg、川芎3kg、红花3kg、桃仁8kg、泽兰4kg、当归4kg、首乌5kg、藿香6kg、佩兰4kg、蒲公英5kg。
实施例3
称取炼乳35kg、白砂糖55kg、葡糖糖浆20kg、食用盐3kg、食用香精2kg、食品添加剂5kg、麦芽糖醇15kg、木糖醇25kg、矿物添加剂3kg、丹参2kg、三七3kg、川芎2kg、红花2kg、桃仁7kg、泽兰3kg、当归3kg、首乌4kg、藿香5kg、佩兰3kg、蒲公英4kg。
制备上述实施例1、实施例2和实施例3的方法,包括以下步骤:
1)将原料中的丹参、三七、川芎、红花、桃仁、泽兰、当归、首乌、藿香、佩兰和蒲公英按配方量投入煎锅中,放入总量15-20倍的清水,加热升温至沸腾后,持续煎煮20-30min后,去渣留汁,并且将汁液通过600-700目的网筛,过滤,得到药液;
2)将原料中的白砂糖、麦芽糖醇和木糖醇混合后与步骤1中的药液混合,搅拌直至全部融化;
3)待上述步骤2处理后,明火加温熬制100-150分钟,熬制的蒸汽压力为15-48kg/cm2,熬糖温度为220-250℃;
4)选用一真空薄膜熬糖设备,将步骤3中的原料加入其中,然后将原料中的炼乳、食用香精、食品添加剂和矿物添加剂加入其中,再次混合均匀;
5)将原料中的葡糖糖浆与食用盐进行混合,降温至0℃以下,静置20-30min后,取出搅拌均匀,迅速投入步骤4中的原料中,搅拌均匀;
6)将上述产品室温下冷却,后续加工即可成型。

1.一种具备治疗口腔溃疡的硬质糖果,其特征在于,由以下组分的原料制成:
炼乳30-40份、白砂糖50-60份、葡糖糖浆15-25份、食用盐2-4份、食用香精1-3份、食品添加剂4-6份、麦芽糖醇10-20份、木糖醇20-30份、矿物添加剂2-4份、丹参1-3份、三七2-4份、川芎1-3份、红花1-3份、桃仁6-8份、泽兰2-4份、当归2-4份、首乌3-5份、藿香4-6份、佩兰2-4份、蒲公英3-5份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种具备治疗口腔溃疡的硬质糖果,其特征在于,各原料的优选份量为:炼乳35份、白砂糖55份、葡糖糖浆20份、食用盐3份、食用香精2份、食品添加剂5份、麦芽糖醇15份、木糖醇25份、矿物添加剂3份、丹参2份、三七3份、川芎2份、红花2份、桃仁7份、泽兰3份、当归3份、首乌4份、藿香5份、佩兰3份、蒲公英4份。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种具备治疗口腔溃疡的硬质糖果,其特征在于:所述的食品添加剂通过采用食用级二氧化钛2mg、大豆磷脂1mg、乳酸3mg、乳酸钠1mg,进行混合加工制成。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种具备治疗口腔溃疡的硬质糖果,其特征在于:所述的矿物添加剂包括:牛磺酸1mg、甘露醇3mg、酪氨酸3mg、亮氨酸4mg、缬氨酸1mg、赖氨酸2mg、维生素B53mg、维生素B63mg、肌醇2mg、维生素B122mg、硬脂酸镁1mg。
5.制备权利要求1或2中一种具备治疗口腔溃疡的硬质糖果的方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
1)将原料中的丹参、三七、川芎、红花、桃仁、泽兰、当归、首乌、藿香、佩兰和蒲公英按配方量投入煎锅中,放入总量15-20倍的清水,加热升温至沸腾后,持续煎煮20-30min后,去渣留汁,并且将汁液通过600-700目的网筛,过滤,得到药液;
2)将原料中的白砂糖、麦芽糖醇和木糖醇混合后与步骤1中的药液混合,搅拌直至全部融化;
3)待上述步骤2处理后,明火加温熬制100-150分钟,熬制的蒸汽压力为15-48kg/cm2,熬糖温度为220-250℃;
4)选用一真空薄膜熬糖设备,将步骤3中的原料加入其中,然后将原料中的炼乳、食用香精、食品添加剂和矿物添加剂加入其中,再次混合均匀;
5)将原料中的葡糖糖浆与食用盐进行混合,降温至0℃以下,静置20-30min后,取出搅拌均匀,迅速投入步骤4中的原料中,搅拌均匀;
6)将上述产品室温下冷却,后续加工即可成型。
