技术领域
本发明涉及一种具消毒能力的抗微生物布料,具有基本的特性,例如耐洗涤,并具有可耐洗、消毒抗菌等特性,具有多种额外的改良功能。
背景技术
长期以来,对于提供有效的,耐用且长效的杀菌特性的布料,特别是供家庭,医院,旅馆,写字楼,工业环境,军事,警察,人类和宠物等所使用的布料,都有很大的需求。使用在这种场合的布料都会遭受细菌,病毒和真菌的污染。在这些场所内的周遭环境不但会使布料形成这些病原体的温床,也会成为完美的基体,以使这些病原体可能传播给他人,造成感染,甚至死亡,并会提高运营的成本,以及因为堆积与腐败,增加废弃物产量。
布料可用于各种目的和各种环境中。正因为如此,布料表面都有受到微生物污染的高度危险。另外,由于西红柿酱,血液,痰,蜂蜜,人类排泄物和湿气,也会使服装产生污渍,也成为在各种情况下的使用者所面临的问题。污渍不仅会使服装产生丑陋的外观,同时在布料的表面及横切面也会形成各种有害细菌,真菌和病毒的温床。在布料的内部,坏死组织,汗液,湿气和水分更有助于各种病原体的滋生和扩散。另外,衣物,例如外套和大衣,虽然不会直接与皮肤接触,但也容易通过与内衣服装的接触,而发生感染移转,而可能造成感染。因此,很显然,受病原微生物污染的布料是一个值得关注的重要问题。
保安人员和军事人员,乘务员和其它航空公司工作人员特别容易感染疾病,和皮肤疾病,因为这些人员可能必须要穿着同一套服装超过一天。军事人员可能必须连续长达28天都穿着衣服,无法脱下。这些肮脏衣服不但会导致穿着者的健康问题,同时也是细菌,真菌和病毒导致疾病的温床。
在医院的场合,微生物的存在更具危险性。由于这些布料所使用环境的性质,需要使用更为专门的布料。除了由医生,护士,病人和其它医院、诊所和其它类似地点内的人员所穿着的一般衣物之外,以刷布、袍,实验室外套,床单和枕头套的形式存在的布料也会携带各种比例的微生物。患者所睡的床单和枕套有极高的风险受到身体排泄物所生长的细菌和微生物污染。因为不会洗涤,也很可能因而遭到感染。床垫和枕头反而可以移转感染给病人。床单,枕头套,袍和窗帘也会从开放性伤口和其它医疗条件,如咳嗽,气喘等,受到污染。患者所穿的衣袍会受到汗水和/或人类排泄物,如尿液,粪便和呕吐物污染。这些污染导致微生物如细菌,病毒和真菌的滋生。医护工作者都极经常遭受到患者所使用过的肮脏布料污染,或受到患者身体排泄物的污染。医护人员本身就是主要的细菌感染传播源,因为医护人员会将细菌从一位患者传播到另一位患者。当前医疗卫生用布料并不提供任何屏障保护。目前医院所面临的现状及问题如下:
a.医院或医疗机构传染疾病的原因,有相当大部分是由于布料传染。
b.医生和患者往往通过布料的接触感染对方。
c.现有的洗涤方法会造成布料损坏。
d.枕头,床垫和窗帘很少清洗或消毒。
e.清洗后的细菌生长是瞬间发生。
f.身体残留物,例如汗水和死皮是细菌滋生的温床。
一般的布料在洗涤时会导致水的过量消费。此外,清洗衣服时使用大量的洗洁剂,而由于衣物洗涤时间过长,洗涤过程耗费超时。这些现象产生一种迫切的需求需要解决,就是提供洗涤时需要较少用水,较短时间及少量洗洁剂的布料。
除了经过消毒之外,布料也高度需要具备多种功能,例如抗污渍,湿气排除,排汗,耐磨性,驱虫和驱蚊,阻燃性,抗静电,抗起球,防紫外线和防污垢,因为这些功能提供给用户许多加成效益。这些功能与消毒的基本功能兼容,而不会导致布料在功能上的任何变化。
无微生物的饮用水现在也是一个迫切的需求。虽然许多地方淡水资源不虞匮乏,但其中的水经常可以发现受到大肠杆菌和其它各种的致病微生物所污染。事实上,许多淡水资源被当地居民使用在各种活动上,从沐浴到洗涤衣物,为牲畜洗澡等等。结果,这些水资源的污染程度大部分都相当可观。如果用于饮用,这种污染的水可能会导致腹泻,霍乱和多种其它疾病爆发。这项事实已经世界各地的研究证明。虽然确实存在有消毒体系,可以使用化学剂量扑杀水体所含微生物,但长时间使用这类化学品却有害于人体。此外,虽然也有其它体系可以使用电力分离或杀灭水中的细菌,但这种方法在世界上相当大部分的未开发区域,仍然没有提供。
虽然很多人都会自然的使用布料筛水,使其更适合饮用,但是布料并不能杀灭微生物病原体。因此,目前实有需要解决这项问题,即藉由简单的方式将传统的布料过滤工艺与一种可以使布料具有消毒能力并能杀死引起疾病的微生物的技术相结合,以提供微生物学上安全的饮用水。
先前技术
美国专利2,791,518号描述了导入微生物性能到例如布料等物品的方法,例如通过将布料浸没在一种第一水溶液中,该第一水溶液含有水溶性氮化碱化合物(氨)和一价银盐,溶于所述溶液中形成,然后进行第二浸没,将该布料浸没在第二溶液中,该第二溶液包含能够与该银盐进行离子交换的第二盐类。美国专利第527,952号公开了一种处理纤维的方法,经过处理后该纤维会具导电性以及抗细菌能力,该方法包括:将该纤维浸没在含有二价铜离子来源,还原剂,硫代硫酸钠,以及碘离子来源的水溶液形成的液浴中,以将碘化铜吸附到纤维上。
美国专利6,962,608号揭示了关于制备抗微生物纤维的方法,所述方法包括:a)浸渍一布料在经水处理的溶液中,该溶液包括有机酸,其中所述有机酸具有至少两个羧基,b)以氧化剂处理该纤维,以产生过氧羧酸功能,从而制备平均含有6%(重量)的有机酸的抗微生物织物,在毫未洗涤下,对大肠杆菌表现出超过99%的降低能力。
因此,本发明的目的是要解决传统使用的布料所产生的问题,本发明的发明人开发出一种新颖且具进步性的组合物,用于处理布料,以及一种方法,用以制造该组合物,以及使用该组合物处理布料的方法。据此,本发明的目的列举如下:
本发明的主要目的是提供任何织物或基材,具有消毒能力,可抗菌,抗病毒,抗真菌,并具有耐洗涤特性。
本发明的另一目的是使该消毒布料对穿用者提供屏障保护。
另外,本发明的重要目的也是提供可以完全禁止细菌,臭味,气味等产生的布料。
本发明另一个重要的目的是提供可以大大降低清洗成本的布料。

所得的布料在其整个横截面具有轻度疏水性。
该化学物质是以吸尽法,浸染法,涂布法或喷涂法,施用到该布料。该布料的干燥则是使用正常热定型工艺完成。
此外,该布料基材可以通过在处理阶段与该消毒涂层一起加入所需的功能处理,提供多种功能。为了赋予多功能能力,可以对该布料的一侧或两侧进行处理,无论是分别或一起处理,使用含有选自下述的至少一种处理剂的处理组合物加以处理:水和油剂,耐磨剂,抗静电剂,抗起球剂,免烫树脂,润湿剂,排汗化学品,软化剂,防蚊剂,紫外线保护剂,污垢脱离剂,粘度调节剂,pH调节剂,乳化剂和其载剂。
具体实施方式
本发明提供消毒(抗微生物)的布料,其中所述布料(称为基材)是选自下列物品组成之群组:纺织,非纺织,电纺,拉伸,接合,钩织或针织的布料,并且是有用于人类,动物和环境,作为服装,医疗,家居,旅馆,家具(包括内饰),厨房,台面,浴厕,汽车,面包店,窗帘,地毯,宠物用品和相关应用等用途。所称的“消毒的布料”是指一种具体的特性,其中所述布料可以提供对细菌(革兰氏阳性)污染在5分钟内超过4logs以上的降低能力,并能完全阻碍真菌的生长。
本发明所得到的另一种特性是所述的消毒布料耐洗涤(持久),且即使经过反复洗涤周期,机械摩擦,与液体接触或与蒸汽接触,仍能在功能上保持有效,含有化学物质的混合,该化学物质提供高水平的消毒活性,以得到一种消毒布料,具备可以额外以多功能能力增强的能力。
本发明的一种方面是该基材,例如需要经过处理的布料基材,典型地选自天然或合成的纺织布料,拉制布料,针织物,钩编织物,贴合布,非织造布组成的非限制性布料群组中的布料。
天然纺织物是选自由羊毛,棉,丝,亚麻,大麻,苎麻和黄麻组成的群组中至少一种。本发明的组成和方法也适用各种材质的布料,包括合成纺织物,即是选自人造丝,尼龙,非丙烯酸系烯烃,丙烯酸聚酯,聚四氟乙烯(PTFE),聚丙烯(PP),聚苯撑醚(PPE),碳纤维,聚氯乙烯纤维(vinyon),莎纶(saran),氨纶(spandex),维尼纶(vinalon),芳纶(aramids),莫代尔(modal),sulfar,聚苯并咪唑纤维,PLA,莱赛尔纤维(lyocell),腈纶(orlon),vectran及zylon丙烯腈化合物(zylon acrylonitrile)所组成的群组中的至少一种。上述纺织物可以是由任何上述材料/群组的组合,施以所述的组合物,随后通过应用的方法加以应用。
供使用于所述布料基材的消毒处理组合物包含一种、数种或全部的下列化学物质的组合:季铵有机硅烷化合物和/或氯化银和/或其它类型的银盐,和/或聚葡萄糖胺,和/或丙环唑,和/或生物型包衣银颗粒和/或聚六亚甲基双胍(以下称为“功能剂”),以介于0.1到10%之间的浓度范围,更具体为之间的浓度范围内施加,以使该基材的整个横截面成为具有抗菌,抗真菌和抗病毒的性质,并符合规定标准,足以称为具消毒能力。

在本发明的进一步的实施例中,所述包括抗病毒剂,用于制备消毒布料的溶液和/或组合物是选自下列化合物组成的群组中的至少一种:甲醇,十八烷基铵甲基三羟基硅基丙基氯酸铵(octadecylaminomethyl trihydroxysilylpropyl ammonium chloride)和氯丙三羟基硅烷,聚葡萄糖胺,氯化银基化合物,氯化银在硅铝酸盐载体基上,以及聚六亚甲基双胍,以1ppm到500ppm之间的浓度,取决于应用方式施加,且所述多糖或寡糖或生物型包衣银纳米粒子的浓度是在0.1ppm到150ppm之间的范围内,取决于应用方式施加。

所述抗真菌剂是选自下列化学物质组成的群组中的至少一种:4-(2-苯并咪唑)噻唑(thiabendazoles)与丙环唑(propiconazoles),以介于0.5ppm到200ppm之间的浓度范围,取决于应用方式施加。这些试剂也通过其抗真菌能力,支持抗菌和抗病毒功能,而赋予少量的抗菌和抗病毒活性。

除了上述组分之外,本发明还包括一种交联剂,该交联剂选自嵌段异氰酸酯的加成物的类型,在1ppm到300ppm之间的浓度范围,具体取决于应用方式而施加。
本发明的又一种实施方案则包括一种乳化剂,该乳化剂典型是选自由下列化学物质组成的群组中的至少一种:聚氧乙烯单硬脂酸酯,聚氧乙烯脱水山梨醇单月桂酸酯,聚乙二醇单月桂酸酯(polyethyleneglycol 400monolaurate),以0.1ppm到200ppm之间的浓度范围,取决于应用方式施加。
用于制备根据本发明组合物的溶液的载剂是水或任何其它溶剂,只要能与溶液中所添加,用于形成本发明组合物的功能剂兼容即可。

本发明提供了用于制备经以处理组合物处理的布料的方法,该方法包括下列方法步骤:
一、将一批布料置于整理机上,使用下列四种不同处理方法中的任何一种或数个作处理。
浸染法
1.在该方法中,通过混合数种功能剂,制备所需浓度的整理液。然后以泵将该整理液送向浸染槽。
2.在批量生产之前,根据在实验室测试的时间所得到的测试值,将浸轧压力设定到适当值,以获得纤维对功能剂的最佳浸吸量,达到所要求的规格。该压力值完全取决于布料基材的质量,不能一概而论。但是原则上须达到足够的压力,以优化化学品浸吸到布料的量。
3.在此阶段将有机硅烷,银盐和聚六亚甲基双胍的混合物以上述所希望的浓度范围,施加到布料。其中,在聚合后本质上呈现轻度疏水性。
吸尽法
1.通过混合数种功能剂,制备所需浓度的整理液。然后以吸尽方法的工具处理布料基材。处理时将布料浸泡在整理液中,达到特定时间、维持特定温度及pH值,该等数值是在成批生产前,于实验室试验期间所得的数值,以使功能剂达到最佳的吸尽结果,而吸附到该布料上,达到所要求的规格。
2.在此阶段将有机硅烷,银盐和聚六亚甲基双胍的混合物以上述所希望的浓度范围,施加到布料上。其中,在聚合后本质上呈现轻度疏水性。
涂布法
1.通过混合数种功能剂,制备所需浓度的整理液。然后以泵将该整理液送向刮刀涂布机。
2.布料和刮刀之间的间隙是根据所需的涂层厚度,以及布料基材的拾取的能力决定。
2.将有机硅烷,银盐和聚六亚甲基双胍的混合物以刮刀涂布技术,在上述所希望的浓度范围,施加到布料上。其中,在聚合后本质上呈现轻度疏水性。
喷涂法
1.通过混合数种功能剂,制备所需浓度的整理液。然后将所得到的液体喷涂到布料上,持续特定时间,并将温度维持在20-90℃温度范围内。确切温度视该布料材质而定。喷涂的时间是在成批生产之前,在实验室测试期间所预定,以使整理液对布料达到最佳的吸附量,以达成消毒所需的规格。
2.其后,将有机硅烷,银盐和聚六亚甲基双胍的混合物,在上述所希望的浓度范围,喷涂到布料上。喷涂时温度维持在20-90℃温度范围内。确切温度视该布料材质而定。其中,在聚合后本质上呈现轻度疏水性。喷涂的时间设定为3秒和15秒之间。
二、经以上述方法中的任何一种处理后的布料,通过展幅机框架,以110℃到180℃间的温度加热,驻留时间介于1-7分之间,具体取决于确切的布料基材种类和成品的性质上应用所需,并且所施用的化学物质会部分聚合到布料上。该布料将形成干燥状态。通过该处理后,将呈现轻度疏水性的布料再次在其A形框架上卷绕成卷。
三、另可额外将交联剂的混合物,倒入所述浸染轧辊机的整理液浴中。在批量生产之前,根据在实验室测试的时间所得到的测试值,将浸轧压力设定到适当值,以获得纤维对功能剂的最佳浸吸量,达到所要求的规格。
四、再度使该布料通过用于干燥的拉幅架,以110℃-180℃的温度加热,驻留时间介于1-7分之间,具体取决于确切的布料基材种类和成品的性质上应用所需。在此阶段中,于第一步骤中所施加的初始抗微生物剂由于加热已经充分聚合,因此会使布料的纱线无法再吸收任何进一步的化学试剂到其中。不过,由于水分交联剂也附着在布料上,因此有能力将另外的化学品附着到布料的表面上的纱线,但不会以任何显著的方式穿透纱线。
五、在此阶段,该布料性质上已具有消毒能力,并具有根据应用将其它技术吸附到布料或纱线表面的能力。所述布料的横截面是轻度疏水,但是由于水分交联剂的存在,布料表面上仍可黏着额外的化学品。
通过完全聚合后,化学品即可固定到布料上,且是一种非浸提和耐洗涤的固定。结果,所得的布料即可承受多次洗涤而仍不会丧失效力。
布料基材的预处理包括:
1.于生产之前在实验室规模测试布料,以核实并确认布料符合上述选择标准。
2.将个别布料配套及拼接,放置在一个“A”形框架上。
3.在配套时彻底检查布料,以排除缺陷。
以下将根据下列的非限制性实施例,说明本发明。
实施例1:供应用在过滤水的消毒布料
在布料基材上以吸尽法透过含水介质,于弱酸性的条件下,加入0.5%至2%加重的十八烷基铵甲基三羟基硅基丙基氯酸铵(octadecylaminomethyltrihydroxysilylpropyl ammonium chloride),1%至2%加重的氯化银基化合物,以及1至2%的聚六亚甲基双胍,1至3%的聚葡萄糖胺,随后进行热处理聚合反应,温度在130℃和160℃之间,结果赋予该布料基材在整个横切面都具有消毒能力,并呈现轻度疏水性。
实施例2:供应用在厨房毛巾的消毒布料
在布料基材上以浸吸能力在60到80%之间的浸染法透过含水介质,于弱酸性的条件下,加入10到20g/L的十八烷基铵甲基三羟基硅基丙基氯酸铵,10到20g/L的氯化银基化合物,氯化银在硅铝酸盐载体基上,以及10到20g/L的聚六亚甲基双胍,随后进行热处理聚合反应,温度在130℃和160℃之间,结果赋予该布料基材在整个横切面都具有抗微生物能力,而呈现类似消毒特性,并呈现轻度疏水性。再将5至20g/L的嵌段异氰酸酯基热塑性聚合物分散体和1至20g/L的thiabendazole,5至20g/L的聚葡萄糖胺寡糖(poly-glucosamineoligosaccharide),在120℃至150℃的温度下施加到所述抗微生物处理的布料基材,结果使处理剂键合到布料基材的两侧,并使反应物成分产生其它功能性整理,而具有超高的吸收性。
实施例3:应用在内衣和袜子的消毒布料
在布料基材上以涂布法透过含水介质,于弱酸性的条件下,加入0.1到2%加重的十八烷基铵甲基三羟基硅基丙基氯酸铵,0.1到2%加重的氯化银基化合物,氯化银在硅铝酸盐载体基上,以及0.1到2%加重的聚六亚甲基双胍,随后进行热处理聚合反应,温度在130℃和170℃之间,结果赋予该布料基材在整个横切面都具有抗微生物能力,而呈现类似消毒特性,并呈现轻度疏水性。再将5至20g/L的嵌段异氰酸酯基热塑性聚合物分散体和1至18g/L的thiabendazole,5至20g/L的聚葡萄糖胺寡糖,在120℃至160℃的温度下施加到所述抗微生物处理的布料基材,结果使处理剂键合到布料基材的两侧,并使反应物成分适合其它功能性整理,以使其具有提高的服装级吸收性。
实施例4:应用在医疗服装的消毒布料
为提供具有单面汗水吸收能力涂层能够施用在布料上,在布料基材上以具有60%到80%浸吸能力的浸染法透过含水介质,于弱酸性的条件下,加入20到50g/L的十八烷基铵甲基三羟基硅基丙基氯酸铵,20到50g/L的氯化银基化合物,氯化银在硅铝酸盐载体基上,以及20到50g/L的聚六亚甲基双胍,随后进行热处理聚合反应,温度在110℃和150℃之间,结果赋予该布料基材在整个横切面都具有抗微生物能力,而呈现类似消毒特性,并呈现轻度疏水性。再将5至15g/L的嵌段异氰酸酯基热塑性聚合物分散体和1至20g/L的thiabendazole,1至15g/L的聚葡萄糖胺寡糖,在110℃至150℃的温度下施加到所述抗微生物处理的布料基材,结果使处理剂键合到布料上,以使其对进一步的汗水吸收涂层产生反应性。
实施例5:应用在医疗服装的消毒布料,两面都需额外施用水、血液和其它液体的排斥剂
在布料基材上以吸尽法透过含水介质,于弱酸性的条件下,加入0.5到2%加重的十八烷基铵甲基三羟基硅基丙基氯酸铵,0.1到2%加重的氯化银基化合物,氯化银在硅铝酸盐载体基上,以及1到2%的聚六亚甲基双胍,随后进行热处理聚合反应,温度在120℃和140℃之间,结果赋予该布料基材在整个横切面都具有抗微生物能力,而呈现类似消毒特性,并呈现轻度疏水性。
再将5至20g/L的嵌段异氰酸酯基热塑性聚合物分散体和1至20g/L的thiabendazole,5至20g/L的聚葡萄糖胺寡糖,在120℃至150℃的温度下施加到所述抗微生物处理的布料基材,结果使处理剂键合到布料基材的两侧,并使反应物成分适合施加该液体排斥剂涂层。
实施例6:应用于军事战斗服装的消毒布料,其中该布料必须容许添加驱虫剂处理

实施例8:应用在吸汗T恤的消毒布料
在布料基材上以吸尽法透过含水介质,于弱酸性的条件下,加入2到5%加重的十八烷基铵甲基三羟基硅基丙基氯酸铵,2到5%加重的氯化银基化合物,氯化银在硅铝酸盐载体基上,随后进行热处理聚合反应,温度在120℃和130℃之间,结果赋予该布料基材在整个横切面都具有抗微生物能力,而呈现类似消毒特性,并呈现轻度疏水性。再将5至20g/L的嵌段异氰酸酯基热塑性聚合物分散体和1至20g/L的thiabendazole,5至20g/L的聚葡萄糖胺寡糖,在120℃至150℃的温度下施加到所述抗微生物处理的布料基材,结果使处理剂键合到布料基材的两侧,并使反应物成分适于其它功能性整理。
实施例9:应用在T恤,以适合防水,驱蚊剂和紫外线反射处理的消毒布料

实施例10:应用在旅馆业的床单,并适合于增加的驱蚊剂处理的消毒布料
在布料基材上以喷涂法透过含水介质,于弱酸性的条件下,加入1到5%加重的十八烷基铵甲基三羟基硅基丙基氯酸铵,1到2%加重的氯化银基化合物,氯化银在硅铝酸盐载体基上,以及1到5%加重的聚六亚甲基双胍,随后进行热处理聚合反应,温度在130℃和160℃之间,结果赋予该布料基材在整个横切面都具有抗微生物能力,而呈现类似消毒特性,并呈现轻度疏水性。再将5至20g/L的嵌段异氰酸酯基热塑性聚合物分散体和1至20g/L的thiabendazole,5至20g/L的聚葡萄糖胺寡糖,在120℃至150℃的温度下施加到所述抗微生物处理的布料基材,结果使处理剂键合到布料基材的两侧,并使反应物成分适于其它功能性整理。

实施例18:应用于失禁尿布的消毒布料
在布料基材上以喷涂法透过含水介质,于弱酸性的条件下,加入10到40g/L的十八烷基铵甲基三羟基硅基丙基氯酸铵,10到40g/L的氯化银基化合物,氯化银在硅铝酸盐载体基上,以及10到40g/L的聚六亚甲基双胍,随后进行热处理聚合反应,温度在130℃和145℃之间,结果赋予该布料基材在整个横切面都具有抗微生物能力,而呈现类似消毒特性,并呈现轻度疏水性。再将10至20g/L的嵌段异氰酸酯基热塑性聚合物分散体和1至20g/L的thiabendazole,5至15g/L的聚葡萄糖胺寡糖,在110℃至140℃的温度下施加到所述抗微生物处理的布料基材,结果使处理剂键合到布料上,并使反应物适于添加所需的吸收剂处理。
实施例19:应用在空气过滤系统中的消毒布料
在布料基材上以具有60%到80%浸吸能力的浸染法透过含水介质,于弱酸性的条件下,加入20到50g/L的十八烷基铵甲基三羟基硅基丙基氯酸铵,以及20到50g/L的氯化银基化合物,氯化银在硅铝酸盐载体基上,随后进行热处理聚合反应,温度在130℃和145℃之间,结果赋予该布料基材在整个横切面都具有抗微生物能力,而呈现类似消毒特性,并呈现轻度疏水性。
实施例20:应用在绷带的消毒布料
在布料基材上以涂布法透过含水介质,于弱酸性的条件下,加入0.5到2%加重的十八烷基铵甲基三羟基硅基丙基氯酸铵,1到2%加重的氯化银基化合物,氯化银在硅铝酸盐载体基上,以及1到2%的聚六亚甲基双胍,随后进行热处理聚合反应,温度在110℃和140℃之间,结果赋予该布料基材在整个横切面都具有抗微生物能力,而呈现类似消毒特性,并呈现轻度疏水性。
Claims (37)
1.一种处理布料基材的方法,包括:以吸尽法、浸染法、涂布法或喷涂法对所述布料基材添加一种消毒处理组合物,所述组合物包含选自下列化学物质所组成的群组中的数种功能剂:有机硅季铵盐化合物,和/或基于氯化银和/或丙烯酸银的化合物,和/或聚葡萄糖胺,和/或丙环唑,和/或2-(4-噻唑基)苯并咪唑,和/或生物型包衣银颗粒和/或聚六亚甲基双胍;其中所述组合物至少包含下列化学物质的组合:
–一种基于氯化银和/或丙烯酸银的化合物,
–一种有机硅季铵盐化合物,和
–聚六亚甲基双胍;以及
将所述布料基材在介于110℃-180℃的温度下进行热处理,并在110℃-180℃的温度下再度进行热处理。
2.如权利要求1所述的方法,其中所述布料基材是选自以下材质组成的群组中:纺织物、针织物、贴合布。
3.如权利要求2所述的方法,其中所述针织物为钩编织物。
4.如权利要求3所述的方法,其中所述布料为混合材质。
5.如权利要求1所述的方法,其中所述布料基材是天然或合成的布料。
6.如权利要求5所述的方法,其中所述天然布料为选自由羊毛,棉,丝,亚麻,大麻,苎麻和黄麻组成的群组中的至少一种。
7.如权利要求5所述的方法,其中所述合成布料为选自尼龙,非丙烯酸系烯烃、丙烯酸聚酯,聚四氟乙烯(PTFE),聚丙烯(PP),聚苯撑醚(PPE),碳纤维,聚氯乙烯纤维(vinyon),莎纶(saran),氨纶(spandex),维尼纶(vinalon),芳纶(aramids),莫代尔(modal),sulfar,聚苯并咪唑纤维,PLA,莱赛尔纤维(lyocell),腈纶(orlon),VECTRAN及zylon丙烯腈化合物(zylon acrylonitrile)所组成的群组中的至少一种。
8.如权利要求1或2所述的方法,其中所述布料基材为纺丝,且为电纺丝、或拉伸或挤出的纺丝。
9.如权利要求8所述的方法,其中所述纺丝为混合材质。
10.如权利要求1所述的方法,其中所述消毒处理组合物是以0.1-10%的浓度范围内使用。
11.如权利要求10所述的方法,其中所述消毒处理组合物是以0.1-4%的浓度范围内使用。
12.如权利要求1或9项所述的方法,其中所述消毒处理组合物包含下列化学物质全部的组合:有机硅季铵盐化合物,一种基于氯化银和/或丙烯酸银的化合物,聚葡萄糖胺,丙环唑和/或2-(4-噻唑基)苯并咪唑,和聚六亚甲基双胍。
13.如权利要求1所述的方法,其中的一种有机硅季铵盐化合物具有如下所示的分子结构:
季铵有机硅烷化合物的分子结构:
且其使用浓度在0.5%-5%的范围内。
14.如权利要求13所述的方法,其中所述一种有机硅季铵盐化合物的使用浓度是在0.1-2%之间的范围。
15.如权利要求13所述的方法,其中所述一种有机硅季铵盐化合物的使用浓度是介于1~2%之间的范围。
16.如权利要求13所述的方法,其中所述有机硅季铵盐化合物为十八烷基铵甲基三羟基硅基丙基氯酸铵(octadecylaminomethyl trihydroxysilylpropyl ammoniumchloride),且其使用浓度在5到50g/L范围内。
17.如权利要求1所述的方法,其中所述处理组合物中的基于丙烯酸银的化合物使用浓度在0.1%到5%的范围内,且所述基于丙烯酸银的化合物具有如下分子结构:
且所述聚六亚甲基双胍(PHMB)的使用浓度在1%至2%的范围内,或2至50g/L范围内,且所述聚六亚甲基双胍具有如下分子结构:
其中,n为16。
18.如权利要求17所述的方法,其中所述基于丙烯酸银的化合物使用浓度是在0.1-2%之间的范围内。
19.如权利要求18所述的方法,其中所述基于丙烯酸银的化合物使用浓度是在0.5%至2%的范围内。
20.如权利要求1所述的方法,其中所述处理组合物另包含一种选自下列的抗病毒剂:甲醇,十八烷基铵甲基三羟基硅基丙基氯酸铵(octadecylaminomethyltrihydroxysilylpropyl ammonium chloride)和氯丙三羟基硅烷,聚葡萄糖胺,氯化银基化合物且氯化银在硅铝酸盐载体基上,或聚六亚甲基双胍。
21.如权利要求1所述的方法,其中所述处理组合物另包含一种选自下列的抗真菌剂:2-(4-噻唑基)苯并咪唑或丙环唑(propiconazole)。
22.如权利要求1所述的方法,另包含加入一种交联剂的步骤,所述交联剂是选自嵌段异氰酸酯的加成物的类型。
23.如权利要求1所述的方法,另包含在该处理组合物中加入一种乳化剂的步骤,所述乳化剂是选自由下列化学物质组成的群组中的至少一种:聚氧乙烯单硬脂酸酯,聚氧乙烯脱水山梨醇单月桂酸酯,或聚乙二醇单月桂酸酯(polyethylene glycol 400monolaurate)。
24.如权利要求1所述的方法,其中另外添加水,以形成如权利要求1所述的处理组合物。
25.如权利要求1所述的方法,其中所述处理组合物包含选自下列处理剂组成的群组中的至少一种处理剂:油剂,耐磨剂,抗静电剂,抗起球剂,免烫树脂,润湿剂,排汗化学品,软化剂,防蚊剂,紫外线保护剂,污垢脱离剂,粘度调节剂,pH调节剂,乳化剂。
26.如权利要求1所述的方法,在其浸染法中,先制备所需浓度的液体,之后将该液体以一泵送料到浸染槽,提供一预定压力以得到适当的浸吸力,使功能剂吸附到所述布料基材,其中所述液体是使用所述消毒处理组合物制备。
27.如权利要求1所述的方法,在其吸尽法中,将所述基材在整理液体中,以预定的特定温度及pH值处理一段预定的特定时间长,以得到适当的吸尽,将功能剂吸附到所述布料基材,其中所述整理液体是使用所述消毒处理组合物制备。
28.如权利要求1所述的方法,在其涂布法中,将一整理液体通过泵向刮刀涂布机进料,并通过一个在所述布料基材与刮刀间的需求的距离;其中所述整理液体是使用所述消毒处理组合物制备。
29.如权利要求1所述的方法,在其喷涂法中,将一液体喷涂在所述布料基材上,喷涂持续一特定时间并在20到90摄氏度的范围内进行,其中所述液体是使用所述消毒处理组合物制备。
30.如权利要求1所述的方法,其中所述经处理的布料基材再穿过一拉幅架,所述拉幅架提供110℃-180℃之间的热,停留时间为1-7分钟之间。
31.如权利要求1所述的方法,其中所述经处理的布料基材再通过一种交联剂的混合物,所述交联剂混合物是倒入一种整理液浴中,之后又穿过一个拉幅架,所述拉幅架提供110℃-180℃之间的热,停留时间为1-7分钟之间。
32.如权利要求30或31所述的方法,其中所述布料基材再度通过所述拉幅架,以在110℃-180℃的温度下以1-7分钟的停留时间进行热处理,以使所述消毒处理组合物完全穿过所述布料,并完全聚合。
33.一种由权利要求1到32中任一项所述的方法所制得的布料基材。
34.如权利要求33所述的布料基材,所述布料基材提供对革兰氏阳性菌污染在5分钟内达到4logs以上的降低能力。
35.以权利要求33或34所述的布料基材应用在水过滤,空气过滤,厨房毛巾,内衣,袜子,医疗用服装,军用战斗服装,T恤,床单,窗帘,儿童服装,学校制服,浴巾,铺垫,狗床,失禁尿布或绷带的用途。
36.一种水过滤或空气过滤系统,包含权利要求33或34的布料基材。
37.一种选自厨房毛巾,内衣,袜子,医疗用服装,军用战斗服装,T恤,床单,窗帘,儿童服装,学校制服,浴巾,铺垫,狗床,失禁尿布和绷带的布料,包含权利要求33或34所述的布料基材。
