Abstract

本发明涉及一种刮涂式抗微生物腈纶织物面料,是在腈纶基布的外表面采用刮涂的方式装饰一层功能涂层,所述功能涂层所涉及的涂层浆的制备是将涂层胶、硅烷、杀生物剂和交联剂加入制浆罐,搅拌均匀后,以氨水调节pH至7.5~8.5范围,静置2~4小时,然后采用刮涂的方式施加到腈纶基布表面,于80℃环境下烘干0.5小时,于120~135℃环境下固化1~1.5小时,最后在自然条件下平衡8小时以上。腈纶织物面料表面经涂布材料保护后,织物具有更好的抗微生物特性,提高了面料的使用品质。

Description

一种刮涂式抗微生物腈纶织物面料
技术领域
本发明属于腈纶织物面料技术领域,具体涉及一种抗微生物的刮涂腈纶织物面料。
背景技术
腈纶纤维有人造羊毛之称。具有柔软、膨松、易染、色泽鲜艳、耐光、抗菌、不怕虫蛀等优点,根据不同的用途的要求可纯纺或与天然纤维混纺,其纺织品被广泛地用于服装、装饰、产业等领域。
腈纶织物具有较高的强度与弹性恢复能力,因此,其坚牢耐用、抗皱免烫。腈纶织物吸湿性较差,穿着有闷热感,同时易带静电、沾污灰尘,影响美观和舒适性。不过洗后极易干燥,且湿强几乎不下降,不变形,有良好的洗可穿性能。腈纶是合纤织物中耐热性最好的面料,具有热塑性,可制做百褶裙,褶裥持久。同时,腈纶织物的抗熔性较差,遇着烟灰、火星等易形成孔洞。因此,穿着时应尽量避免烟头、火花等的接触。腈纶织物的耐光性较好,除比腈纶差外,其耐晒能力胜过天然纤维织物。不断开发面料的新功能是腈纶织物面料发展的趋势。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种抗微生物的刮涂式腈纶织物面料。
本发明解决上述问题所采用的技术方案为:一种刮涂式抗微生物腈纶织物面料,是在腈纶基布的外表面采用刮涂的方式装饰一层功能涂层,所述功能涂层所涉及的涂层浆的制备是将涂层胶、硅烷、杀生物剂和交联剂加入制浆罐,搅拌均匀后,以氨水调节pH至7.5~8.5范围,静置2~4小时,然后采用刮涂的方式施加到腈纶基布表面,于80℃环境下烘干0.5小时,于120~135℃环境下固化1~1.5小时,最后在自然条件下平衡8小时以上。
优选地,所述腈纶基布的组织结构采用异面组织,以便于涂层更好的涂布以及面料后期的固化平衡,延长使用寿命。
优选地,异面组织包括选1/2斜纹、1/3斜纹、破斜纹、1/4斜纹或者五枚缎纹组织结构。
与现有技术相比,本发明的优点在于:提供了一种刮涂式的抗微生物腈纶织物面料,经过刮涂涂层保护后,使腈纶织物面料具有更好的抗微生物性能,提高了腈纶织物面料的使用品质。
具体实施方式
以下结合实施例对本发明作进一步详细描述。
实施例1
抗微生物腈纶织物面料,是在腈纶基布的外表面采用刮涂的方式装饰一层功能涂层,所述功能涂层所涉及的涂层浆的制备是将涂层胶、硅烷、杀生物剂和交联剂加入制浆罐,搅拌均匀后,以氨水调节pH至8范围,静置2~4小时,然后采用刮涂的方式施加到腈纶基布表面,于80℃环境下烘干0.5小时,于120℃环境下固化1.5小时,最后在自然条件下平衡8小时以上。
本实施例中的腈纶基布的组织结构为1/2斜纹组织结构。
本实施例所得腈纶织物面料具有很好的抗微生物特性。
实施例2
抗微生物腈纶织物面料,是在腈纶基布的外表面采用刮涂的方式装饰一层功能涂层,所述功能涂层所涉及的涂层浆的制备是将涂层胶、硅烷、杀生物剂和交联剂加入制浆罐,搅拌均匀后,以氨水调节pH至7.5范围,静置2~4小时,然后采用刮涂的方式施加到腈纶基布表面,于80℃环境下烘干0.5小时,于130℃环境下固化1小时,最后在自然条件下平衡8小时以上。
本实施例中腈纶基布的组织结构为破斜纹组织结构。
本实施例所得腈纶织物面料具有很好的抗微生物特性。
实施例3
抗微生物腈纶织物面料,是在腈纶基布的外表面采用刮涂的方式装饰一层功能涂层,所述功能涂层所涉及的涂层浆的制备是将涂层胶、硅烷、杀生物剂和交联剂加入制浆罐,搅拌均匀后,以氨水调节pH至8.5范围,静置2~4小时,然后采用刮涂的方式施加到腈纶基布表面,于80℃环境下烘干0.5小时,于120℃环境下固化1小时,最后在自然条件下平衡8小时以上。
本实施例中腈纶基布的组织结构为五枚缎纹组织结构。
本实施例所得腈纶织物面料具有很好的抗微生物特性。

1.一种刮涂式抗微生物腈纶织物面料,其特征在于:是在腈纶基布的外表面采用刮涂的方式装饰一层功能涂层,所述功能涂层所涉及的涂层浆的制备是将涂层胶、硅烷、杀生物剂和交联剂加入制浆罐,搅拌均匀后,以氨水调节pH至7.5~8.5范围,静置2~4小时,然后采用刮涂的方式施加到腈纶基布表面,于80℃环境下烘干0.5小时,于120~135℃环境下固化1~1.5小时,最后在自然条件下平衡8小时以上。
2.根据权利要求1所述的刮涂式抗微生物腈纶织物面料,其特征在于:所述腈纶基布的组织结构采用异面组织。
3.根据权利要求2所述的刮涂式抗微生物腈纶织物面料,其特征在于:所述异面组织包括选1/2斜纹、1/3斜纹、破斜纹、1/4斜纹或者五枚缎纹组织结构。
