技术领域
本发明涉及一种机动车辆中固定细长物体的装置，其中通过紧固装置，紧固元件安装在机动车辆中，且所述细长物体与至少一个固定点相连。
背景技术
机动车辆中使用了多个不同种类的导线。例如，所述电气元件或者电气设备需要提供电能。其中，所述电气元件是，例如，车辆大灯和后灯中的发光二极管、升降窗户的电机、以及控制后视镜运动的电机、点亮仪表盘、传感器和控制元件。其他系统，例如，挡风玻璃、雨刷需要提供液体。众所周知通常情况下利用捆扎成线束或者电缆组件的所述电导线将底盘中的所述电气元件连接到中央控制装置。所述电缆组件也可以包括信号导线。液体可通过软管线路或者硬管线路输送。
机动车辆中的细长物体这一术语在下文中指的是电力电缆线束或者流体输送线路。
所描述的导线放置在所述机动车辆内，且所述导线凭借支架或者某些固定点处的紧固元件固定到所述车身或者零部件上。例如在发动机室内，所述导线固定在所述电机和其他零部件上且延伸同上。因此，在所述安装位置处，所述导线覆盖了不同的零部件，例如，过滤器。当需要进行修理和维护工作时，例如，更换过滤器，所述多股绞线必须从其支架上分离，背离其位置达到这样一种程度使得将要处理的或者将要起作用的所述元件可以进入。所使用的所述支撑元件包括，例如，边夹，所述线可通过电缆粘结剂或者类似固定方式固定于所述边夹。当所述导线离开其支架时，就必须使用工具，并且会毁坏所述边夹。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种机动车辆中用于固定至少一个细长物体的装置，其使固定点处所述细长物体的可释放安装成为可能，像通常期望地那样，不使用工具就可将所述细长物体安装到所述固定点处。
根据本发明，这一目的得到满足，通过将所述紧固元件可释放地连接到接收元件上，所述接收元件固定地连接到所述固定点。
根据本发明所述的装置允许所述细长物体可松放地固定到某一固定点。如果在下面的所述零件不得不进行维修或者必须换掉，所述物体可以简单且不使用工具就可以拿开，从所述固定点移开。所述细长物体通过所述固定方式永久固定至所述紧固件，因此所述细长物体可一并强行拿开。所述工作完成之后，所述细长物体可再次放到所述安装位置，通过所述紧固元件固定到所述固定点。所述紧固元件或所述接收元件在分离或者连接时不会损坏。

具体实施方式
在附图中，相同的附图标记表示同样的技术特征。
根据第一实施例，图1中示出了根据本发明具有相连的细长物体1的所述装置。所述细长物体是，例如，流体传输线或者扭绞电力电缆。以下，“导线”这一术语使用缩写。
所述装置包括紧固元件2，所述导线1通过紧固装置4和接收元件3固定到所述紧固元件2处。所述紧固装置4是，例如，电缆夹。连接着所述导线的所述紧固元件2固定在所述接收元件3上。所述两个元件2和3通过锁紧机构连接在一起。
图2示出了根据本发明所述装置的所述接收元件3的单独视图。所述接收元件3是一个长方形零件，其具有开口5。所述开口5为所述接收元件3与所述紧固工具4之间所述锁紧机构的一部分。所述接收元件3包括例如金属。所述接收元件3为所述机动车辆上的固定点，如，发动机室内的发动机或其他零件，或者本身固定在底盘上。例如，其可以散布在各处。所述接收元件3可作为所述导线1的支撑。
在图3A和图3B中，图示出了图1中所述装置的所述紧固元件2的两种不同方向的视图。所述紧固元件2是中空的块。通过所述连续开口6，所述紧固元件2可放到所述接收元件3上。所述紧固元件2具有带有锁紧楔8的释放杆7，作为所述锁紧机构的一部分。在图示实施例中，在所述紧固元件2的一侧壁上，所述释放杆7具有两个狭槽10。因此，所述紧固元件2必须由易弯材料制成，如，合成材料。
为了用根据本发明的所述装置将所述管线固定至所述导线1，所述紧固元件2采用所述固定方式，如，所述电缆夹来固定。这种连接是永久性的。随后，将所述紧固元件2放到所述接收元件3上。安装时所述紧固元件2的锁紧楔8位于所述接收元件3的所述开口5处。因此，所述紧固元件2和所述接收元件3可释放地彼此相连，同时所述紧固元件2和所述接收元件3安全地固定在所述固定点。为了松开和隔开所述紧固元件2，所述紧固元件2的所述释放杆7可弯曲，以便所述锁紧楔8脱离所述接收元件3的所述开口5。所述导线1仍旧与所述紧固元件2相连，二者可一起弯曲。被所述导线1所覆盖的零件进行替换或者修理之后，所述导线1可放回到所述安装位置，通过所述紧固件元件2和所述接收元件3固定至所述固定点。
从图3B中尤其容易分辨出，所述图示实施例中的所述紧固元件2具有安全卡盘9，其防止所述释放杆7从静止位置弯离过远而损坏。
特别是参照图3A，在于所述释放杆7相对的另一面侧壁上，所述紧固元件2还具有装置11用于安装所述紧固元件。在所述图示实施例中，所述装置是用于电缆粘结剂的接收装置11。所述电缆装置可从所述接收装置11的上方或者下方引入。因此，所述紧固元件2总是固定至导线1上。
根据未图示的另一实施例，所述紧固元件也可包括连接栓绳，其是所述紧固元件2的一部分。例如，所述连接栓绳可通过胶布固定至所述导线1。
图4示出了具有根据本发明的三种装置的导体1采用不同的结构来固定。所述导体1，例如，可松开地固定于机动车辆的发动机室上。根据本发明的所述三种装置分别包括紧固元件2、电缆夹4和接收元件30、31、32。
可以按照所述放置位置的特殊结构来选择适用所述接收元件30、31、32，例如，所述机动车辆的发动机室。例如，所述两个向外的小型接收元件30、31具有将所述导线1固定到所述发动机室的结构零部件上的目的。中间较长的接收元件32，例如，可适用于直接将所述导体1安全地固定到所述机动车辆底盘处。图5A和图5B示出了所述接收元件30和31的放大视图。所述接收元件30、31、32分别具有一个或多个孔12，如，其可分布在各个固定点处。所述接收元件可包括其附加功能，如，作为发动机室内其他元件或零部件的支撑。

Claims (3)

1.用于固定机动车辆中至少一个细长物体(1)的装置，其具有接收元件(3)，接收元件在安装位置紧固到机动车辆的固定点，紧固元件(2)在安装位置连接到接收元件(3)，紧固元件设置有连接到细长物体(1)的紧固装置(4)，其特征在于,
-所述装置具有可释放锁紧机构(5、7、8)，紧固元件(2)是来自可释放锁紧机构的一个部分，
-紧固元件(2)具有带锁紧楔(8)的释放杆(7)，在安装位置，锁紧楔穿入接收元件(3)的开口(5)中，锁紧楔是锁紧机构(5、7、8)的另一部分，
-为了不使用工具从接收元件(3)的开口(5)移除锁紧楔(8)，可以远离接收元件(3)弯曲释放杆(7)，
-紧固元件(2)还具有安全卡盘(9)，以限制释放杆(7)在远离接收元件(3)弯曲期间的路径。
2.如权利要求1中所述的装置，其特征在于所述细长物体(1)是电力电缆线束或流体传输线。
3.根据权利要求1或2的装置，其在机动车辆发动机室内的用途。
