技术领域
本发明涉及一种用于获得新鲜植物的汁液的方法,其中使仅排除种子的所述新鲜植物经历无溶剂形变热处理,然后是汁液回收操作。
背景技术
一种广泛描述的从新鲜植物获得汁液的方法是压制方法、或者研磨和离心。
专利EP0279984描述了通过植物的压碎(écrasement)、捣碎(broyage)和/或研磨(concassage)提取后获得的来自禾本科植物的汁液的化妆品用途。
除了水果实汁液以外,还生产了药用植物汁液(例如,monographie EMEA Echinacée EMEA/HMPC/104945/2006)。
一些技术的目的在于加强膜成分的提取,例如常用于葡萄的“快速释放(Flash Détente)”技术,其允许提高花青素的提取。
获得全部新鲜植物混悬液的方法(Suspension intégrale de plantesSIPF)允许获得新鲜植物汁液,特别是使用在–25℃然后在–196℃的低温-捣碎(cryobroyage)步骤和将获得的粉末浸渍在醇溶液中。
所谓的形变热处理在特别的、适合的温度条件下使用机械能。特别地,机械能的实例为:压力、捣碎、挤出等。
挤出是一种方法,通过该方法,在不同控制条件下能够流动的材料被迫以确定的速度通过模具(Dziezak,J.D.[1989]Single and twin–screw extruders in foodprocessing.Food Technol.,April,164–174)。起初,在18世纪末的英格兰,该技术在金属工业中使用。晚些时候,其被引入农业食品工业,用于生产香肠和意大利面。现在,这种挤出技术在食品工业中大量地使用,用于淀粉的产品的烘焙挤出(饼干、面包、零食等),但也用于组织化处理蛋白质和用于生产饲养和宠物动物食品。
同时,挤出技术已经被广泛地发展用于热塑性工业中,并且已经导致新螺杆的设计、该技术的进一步发展和新应用的扩大。
例如,几项研究已经专注于挤出机用于在单一连续步骤中执行化学、机械、形变热操作的用途,例如用于半纤维素的提取(N’Diaye,S.,Rigal,L.,Larocque,P.,Vidal,P.F.,1996.Extraction of hemicelluloses from poplar populus tremuloides,using anextruder type twin–screw reactor:a feasibility study.Bioresearch Technology57,61–67)(N'Diaye S.,Rigal L.Factors influencing the alkaline extraction ofpoplar hemicelluloses in a twin–screw reactor:correlation with specificmechanical energy and residence time distribution of the liquid phase(2000)Bioresource Technology,75(1),pp.13–18),用于果实胶的提取(Marechal V.,RigalL.Characterization of by–products of sunflower culture–Commercialapplications for stalks and heads(1999)Industrial Crops and Products,10(3),pp.185–200)等。在这些情况中,一种酸性或碱性溶剂与植物原材料同时添加至挤出机,用以促进期望的大分子的提取和溶液化(反应挤出)。
已知一些应用已经用于植物提取:单螺杆挤出机用于从含油种子压榨油的用途,其中没有任何溶剂被注射入机筒,这种油提取完全基于固体的压缩(Sriti J.,Talou T.,Faye M.,Vilarem G.and Marzouk B.Oil extraction from coriander fruits byextrusion and comparison with solvent extraction processes.(2011)IndustrialCrops and Products,33,659–664)。
挤出还被用于与固体载体(例如玉米淀粉)相联合的水果实渣(苹果实、黑醋栗、蔓越橘……)的预处理,以提高酚化合物的提取(White Brittany L.,Howard Luke L.,PriorRonald L..Polyphenolic composition and antioxidant capacity of extrudedcranberry pomace.(2010),J.Agric.Food Chem.58,4037–4042.)(Khanal RC,Howard LR,Prior RL.Procyanidin content of grape seed and pomace,and total anthocyanincontent of grape pomace as affected by extrusion processing.(2009)J Food Sci,74:H174–82)。
一些专利提及通过挤出获得新鲜植物的汁液,并且挤出指的是具有活塞式压缩机的蜗杆螺杆运输植物。该例证显示具有单螺杆的单机筒(SU1669978、SU1541071、SU1518142、SU496193、SU3986103)。
另一个专利提及一种从新鲜植物生产汁液的方法,该方法在压制或过滤之前,进行通过在惰性气体中的捣碎或者通过真空挤出的爆破的预处理。然而,这里的挤出不是指提取汁液的方法,而是在提取前准备植物(EP906113)。
申请WO2012/098167描述了蔓越橘汁液的获得以及其作为饮料的用途,引用了冷挤出作为方法的实施例。这里的目的是最大限度地保留植物的营养品质:氨基酸、蛋白质、维生素。在10至40℃之间的温度应用获得汁液的新鲜植物的压力。其中没有提及形变热处理。
需重要回顾的是:当压制新鲜植物时,该植物壁有时妨碍一些感兴趣的化合物的回收,因此感兴趣的化合物可以在使用有机溶剂或者在酶处理之后提取。此外,酶很容易被释放,并且可以启动在汁液中提取的化合物的修饰:水解、氧化、去糖基化等。
发明内容
惊人地并且意外地,广泛地被应用于烘焙食品并扩展用于提取目的的材料的挤出技术的修改,已经允许新鲜植物的天然提取物的回收。根据本发明获得的新鲜植物的汁液可以被提供给直接的化妆品或者治疗用途。
根据本发明的“挤出”指形变热处理,通过形变热处理在挤出机,优选双螺杆挤出机中挤出新鲜植物,并结合热处理。
在一个实施方案中,挤出的特征在于,通过双螺杆挤出机传递新鲜植物,所述双螺杆挤出机包括:
-新鲜植物进料点:进料斗;
-挤出机的主体由一个或多个机筒构成,机筒中蜗杆螺杆或鑲段(segment)螺杆旋转(同向旋转或者反向旋转)。优选地,有数个连续相邻的机筒。优选地,有两个同向旋转蜗杆螺杆。螺杆的外形可以根据螺纹的形状(例如梯形、共轭、单或双……)和螺距而变化。这些螺杆的每一个还可以具有不同的鑲段,这些鑲段的螺纹和/或螺距可以彼此不同。任选地,这些螺杆的一些构成鑲段还可以对应于单叶或者三叶捏合元件;
-至少一个过滤机筒,其:
√当需要固/液分离时运行;
√进一步包括过滤装置,例如网格,并且;
√特别位于挤出机的出口;
-加热或冷却装置,因为该机筒必须是可调节温度的:60至300℃。
-挤出机驱动装置,例如:
√驱动单元:包括齿轮马达和转矩分配器,其提供旋转螺杆所需要的机械功率;
√自动控制装置:用以监测和控制过程。能够被调节的参数是:螺杆的旋转速度和每一个机筒的温度。
在一个特别的实施方案中,所述挤出机是具有同向旋转和同向渗透螺杆的双螺杆挤出机。
在本发明的另一个特别的实施方案中,所述方法使用挤出机,优选具有数个机筒且末端具有过滤机筒的双螺杆挤出机,所述挤出机允许温度变化并且同时对植物原材料应用剪切和强捏合,其导致大量化合物的夹带、材料的破裂、并且还通过热处理抑制内源酶。
因此,本发明的方法需要挤出新鲜或冷冻的植物以从其提取汁液、回收并纯化(收集)该汁液、和最后的任选步骤以稳定化收集的汁液。
因此,本发明涉及一种获得新鲜植物的汁液的方法,所述新鲜植物仅排除了种子,并经历形变热处理,通过所述形变热处理,不使用溶剂,在挤出机中挤出新鲜植物,结合允许灭活内源酶并且使感兴趣的化合物分子保留它们的天然形式的热处理,然后是汁液回收操作。
根据本发明的一个特征,使回收的汁液经历随后的稳定化、澄清化和/或过滤步骤。
根据本发明的另一个特征,所述形变热处理包括在60℃至300℃之间,优选60℃至120℃之间的温度的剪切研磨。
有利地,所述形变热处理在双螺杆挤出机中进行,所述双螺杆挤出机具有第一同向旋转、同向渗透双螺杆区,在该区中发生所述植物的研磨,以及第二分离双螺杆区,在该区中发生固/液分离。通过泵作用在双螺杆区中产生流动,并且不同于如使用单螺杆挤出机通过螺杆和机筒之间的摩擦力的情况。
根据本发明的一个特征,所述第一双螺杆区位于挤出机的新鲜植物进料侧,并且所述第二双螺杆区位于挤出机的出口侧。
有利地,每一个所述区包括至少一个机筒,并且优选数个连续相邻的机筒。
根据本发明的一个附加的特征,不同的机筒包括温度命令和控制装置以及加热和/或冷却装置。
根据本发明的一个优选的特征,双螺杆挤出机包括至少一个过滤机筒。
根据本发明的另一个特征,通过优选在第一区中设置的加热圈构成所述加热装置。
有利地,在第一挤出机区中发生进料、运输、允许研磨新鲜植物的机械剪切和形变热处理、和汁液提取,并且在第二区中发生液/固分离。
有利地,第一区包括数个连续的机筒,调节所述机筒的温度以获得从60℃至120℃范围的升高的温度水平,并且第二区包括至少一个使得温度30℃至120℃之间,优选30℃至100℃之间的机筒。
根据本发明的“新鲜植物”指仅排除种子的植物的全部或者部分,所使用的新鲜的或者(未)冷冻的包括30至80%的水,优选地30–90%。
特别地,“植物部分”指地面以上部分,例如茎、枝、叶、果实和/或花;和/或地面以下部分,例如根茎、根和/或鳞茎。
在本发明的一个特别的实施方案中,使用完整的植物。
特别地,在本发明中可以使用的植物中可以引用:燕麦(Avena sativa)、草木犀(Melilotus oficinalis)、旱金莲(Tropaeolum majus)、紫锥菊属(Echinaceae sp.)、大荨麻(Urtica dioica)、车前草属(Plantago sp.)、小蓬草(Erigeron canadensis)、问荆(Equisetum arvense)、金盏花(Calendula oficinalis)、香蜂草(Melissa oficinalis)、酸浆属(Physalis sp.)、蔓越橘(Vaccinum macrocarpon)、西洋接骨木(Sambucus nigra)、生姜(Zingiber oficinale)和/或姜黄属(Curcuma sp.)、桦木属(Betula sp.)、薄荷属(Mentha sp.)、蜀葵属(Althaea sp.)、禾本科(Poacées)、菊科(Asteraceae)和/或唇形科(Labieae),并且优选燕麦、紫锥菊(Echinaceae purpurea)、大荨麻、长叶车前(Plantabolanceolata)、问荆。
在一个特别的实施方案中,所述植物是:燕麦(燕麦(Avoine),地面以上部分)、草木犀(黄香草木樨(Mélilot),地面以上部分)、旱金莲(金莲花(Capucines),地面以上部分的花)、紫锥菊属(紫锥菊(Echinacée),花冠)、大荨麻(荨麻(ortie),地面以上部分)、车前草属(车前草(plantain),地面以上部分)、小蓬草(加拿大小蓬草(vergerette duCanada),地面以上部分)、问荆(问荆(prêle),地面以上部分)、金盏花(金盏花(Calendula),花)、香蜂草(香蜂花(Mélisse),地面以上部分)、酸浆属(果实)、蔓越橘(果实)、西洋接骨木(果实和/或花)、生姜(姜(Gingembre),根茎)、桦木属(桦树(Bouleau),叶)和/或姜黄属(根茎)。
在一个优选地实施方案中,所述新鲜植物选自以下组,对应于这些组的植物的活性成分对于通过内源酶的降解更为敏感,例如多酚氧化酶、过氧化物酶、黑芥子酶、β–葡萄糖苷酶、脂肪氧化酶:

在本发明的另一个特别的实施方案中,所述植物是燕麦幼苗。
在本发明中“燕麦幼苗”指在抽穗期之前,即萌发之后的阶段(在萌发后的约两周至两个月)的燕麦,不包括植物出苗期到抽穗的期间。“植物出苗”指生长期,对应于茎伸长和开花前穗形成。在申请WO2010/054879中描述了作为燕麦幼苗提取物组分的次要代谢产物:黄酮和燕麦皂甙型的皂苷。
根据本发明的一个实施方案,收割的植物被置于4℃的中间储存器,用于运输至–40℃的隧道式冻结机。
为了技术的完整有效,植物的水分水平必须是在至少30%。
因此,使用这种方法可能使用未经任何干燥步骤的新鲜植物操作,并且因此保持了它们的天然分子。提取是无溶剂的,该方法很快速,植物在挤出机中的停留时间可能从几秒到几分钟之间连续变化,且优选在10秒至5分钟之间连续变化,允许获得的植物处理率根据挤出机的尺寸变化,其20至500kg/h对应于获得10至300升汁液/小时。
机械双螺杆挤出过程导致向材料应用压力的植物塞的形成,并且细胞爆裂,植物材料的破裂允许高含量的活性物质甚至几乎无水溶组分的回收。这与单纯的压制或者单螺杆挤出相比带来了主要的优势。
此外,如果由于存在胶浆而导致汁液是粘稠的,在挤出期温度的变化允许渣-植物汁液混合物的液化,从而提高了产率。这种在过程中温度的应用还允许内源酶的灭活,并且使分子保持了它们的天然形式。这对于一些快速灭活的化合物是最为重要的,如例如被黑芥子酶降解的硫代葡萄糖苷(十字花科植物(crucifères)),被多酚氧化酶氧化的咖啡酸衍生物(紫锥菊)(Nüsslein B.,Kurzmann M.,Bauer R.,Kreis W.Enzymatic degradationof Cichoric acid in Echinacea purpurea preparations(2000)J.Nat.Prod.,63,pp.1615–1618),一些被葡萄糖苷酶活化的植物抗毒素(在燕麦中的燕麦皂甙)……(MorantA.V.,Jorgensen K.,Jorgensen C.,Paquette S.M.,Sanchez–Perez R.,Moller B.L.,BakS.β–Glucosidases as detonators of plant chemical defence(2008)Phytochemistry,69(9),pp.1795–1813)。
从固体残余物中分离感兴趣的汁液的汁液的收集可以然后通过澄清化和/或过滤获得。
“澄清”指去除残余在挤出机的果汁中含有的细胞碎片。这种去除可以使用通过离心作用的澄清技术获得,离心作用的目的是去除堵塞过滤介质的固体残渣。这种去除还可以通过使用助滤剂过滤直接获得。
“过滤”指前向或者交错流动过滤,对于过滤可以预期助滤剂的存在(珍珠岩、硅藻型等……)。这种过滤允许保留最后固体残余物,目的在于获得完全清澈的溶液。可以接着通过具有截断阈值的膜过滤,所述截断阈值定义为所考虑的分子的大小的函数。其还可以被替换为在树脂或二氧化硅上的过滤或者然后在树脂或二氧化硅上过滤,用于感兴趣的化合物的富集(例如,吸附树脂)。
在一个特别的实施方案中,澄清化-过滤步骤使用整合于挤出机的末端的过滤机筒进行。
根据本发明的“稳定化”指:
-获得液体提取物:
√冷却汁液接着冷冻,
√汁液处理,通过无菌的0.22μm过滤、巴氏灭菌、U.H.T灭菌、超过滤以及在适合的包装中贮存以防止任何处理后污染:真空-填充无菌袋、一次性无菌容器。
√在室温、4℃或–20℃(冷冻)贮存。
√还可以预期保护试剂的添加(例如,丙二醇、山梨酸、柠檬酸等)或者醇(最低15°)。
-为获得糊状提取物:浓缩至获得65%或更高的干物质含量。
-为获得干提取物:可以预期包括真空干燥、冷冻干燥或者喷雾干燥的技术。
所获得的例如以上定义的液体、糊状或干提取物可以原样用于旨在通过局部途径或口服途径施用的化妆品、药物或食品组合物中。
与现有的方法相比(压制和单螺杆挤出),本发明的方法的主要优势为:
-关于起始新鲜材料的更好的汁液产率的获得(汁液重量/起始新鲜材料的重量);和/或
-具有更高化合物含量的汁液的获得;和/或
-含有分子的汁液的获得,所述分子未被在新鲜植物捣碎期间释放的酶降解。
具体实施方式
实施例1:
在2个月的生长期间后(燕麦幼苗),通过收割机收割12.75kg未冷冻的(在2℃24h)新鲜的燕麦(燕麦(Avena sativa L.))的地面以上部分被加料入具有同向旋转、同向渗透螺杆的五机筒双螺杆挤出机—CLEXTRAL BC45的第一机筒。对不同的机筒应用的温度为30℃/120℃/120℃/120℃/60℃。
方法的方案如下(挤出步骤的总持续时间=20min;处理率:38kg植物/小时以及22kg汁液/小时)
在挤出后,相对于起始材料获得57.2%汁液w/w。然后,进行澄清化和过滤步骤以获得澄清汁液,该汁液具有53.1%的最终汁液产率,含有11%的干物质,即5.8%(w/w)的提取的干物质的产率。
通过压制(捣碎-压制-过滤)相同原材料的汁液产率是50%,含有4.5%干物质,即2.25%(w/w)的产率。
因此,挤出技术允许获得更多的汁液,该汁液具有更高的化合物含量,特别是生物活性化合物。在实施例1中获得的汁液的黄酮含量是0.26%,然而通过压制相同的原材料获得的汁液中其仅为0.02%。因此,在这种情况下黄酮含量被乘以10。
对于黄酮含量还可以指出热挤出的优势:温度允许更多的化合物的提取(包括高于四倍的黄酮),并且获得未被酶降解的天然分子。
这还在燕麦皂苷(saponines de l’avoine)、燕麦皂苷(avénacosides)中观察到,其通过压制被快速去糖基化(déglucosylées)。仅在使用形变热处理发现天然分子:通过在120℃和200℃挤出获得的汁液含有每100g的干物质中89mg和93mg的比例的燕麦皂苷(A和B)。因此,它们没有被内源葡萄糖苷酶降解。

实施例2:
3.14kg的未冷冻的(在2℃ 18h)新鲜紫锥菊(紫花松果菊(Echinacea purpurea(L.)Moench))的花冠被加料入具有同向旋转、同向渗透螺杆的五机筒双螺杆挤出机—CLEXTRAL BC45的第一机筒。对不同的机筒应用的温度为100℃/100℃/100℃/100℃/60℃。在下表中给出过程和物料平衡(挤出步骤的总时间:25分钟;处理率:7kg植物/小时和3kg汁液/小时):

因此,在挤出后,我们相对于起始材料获得48.1%汁液w/w。然后进行澄清化和过滤步骤以获得澄清汁液,该汁液具有25%的最终汁液产率,含有10.09%的干物质,即2.5%(w/w)的干物质的产率。
这种汁液的咖啡酸含量是:
-菊苣酸(acide cichorique):1.7%/干物质,即0.17%w/v
-咖啡酰酒石酸(acide caftarique):1.21%,即0.12%w/v
当在室温挤出汁液时,由于酶的作用,菊苣酸和咖啡酰酒石酸的含量实际上为零。当通过压制新鲜的花冠获得汁液时这些分子的含量也是零。
当压制时释放的酶(酚氧化酶)快速氧化这些分子(Nüsslein B.,Kurzmann M.,Bauer R.,Kreis W.Enzymatic degradation of Cichoric acid in Echinacea purpureapreparations(2000)J.Nat.Prod.,63,pp.1615–1618,R.Bauer Standardization ofEchinacea purpurea Expressed Juice with Reference to Cichoric Acid andAlkamides,Journal of herbs,Spices&Medicinal Plants Vol.6,Iss.3,1999)。
当在室温或者<60℃进行挤出时,酶未被灭活并且降解感兴趣的分子。在该实施例中,仅在100℃或者200℃进行的挤出允许从植物提取菊苣酸和咖啡酰酒石酸,并且不将其降解(见总结表)。
市场可获得的大部分紫锥菊汁液不含有这些分子,仅醇提取的、干燥的地面以上部分含有这些活性化合物。
还可以指出,相对于含水提取,使用在植物中天然含有的水作为唯一的溶剂的挤出方法,允许更多的感兴趣的化合物的提取。
实施例3:
5.11kg未冷冻的(在2℃ 20h)新鲜的、香蜂花(香蜂草(Melissa oficinalis L.))的地面以上部分被加料入具有同向旋转和同向渗透螺杆的五机筒双螺杆挤出机—CLEXTRAL BC45的第一机筒。对不同的机筒应用的温度为120℃/120℃/120℃/120℃/60℃。在下表中给出过程和物料平衡(挤出步骤的总持续时间:7分钟;处理率:46kg植物/小时和29kg汁液/小时):
在这些条件下,挤出允许获得的汁液具有接近50%的产率,并且含有6.5%的干物质。特别地,这种物质含有迷迭香酸,迷迭香酸通常通过水醇混合物提取,例如70%乙醇)。通过不含有任何有机溶剂的挤出提取的干物质中迷迭香酸的含量是2.4%(w/w),即与70%乙醇提取的相当。
实施例4:
4.5kg新鲜的生姜的根茎(姜(Zingiber oficinale Roscoe))被加料入具有同向旋转和同向渗透螺杆的双螺杆挤出机—CLEXTRALBC45的第一机筒。对不同的机筒应用的温度为60℃/60℃/60℃/60℃/60℃。在下表中给出过程和物料平衡:
(挤出步骤的总时间:5分钟;处理率:54kg植物/小时和32kg汁液/小时)
实施例5:
5.32kg新鲜的姜黄的根茎(姜黄(Curcuma longa L.))被加料入具有同向旋转和同向渗透螺杆的双螺杆挤出机—CLEXTRAL BC45的第一机筒。对不同的机筒应用的温度为120℃/120℃/120℃/120℃/120℃。在下表中给出过程和物料平衡(挤出步骤的总时间:10分钟;处理率:32kg植物/小时和13kg汁液/小时)。
未过滤所获得的汁液以保留通过挤出提取的混悬液中的亲脂性化合物:姜黄素及衍生物。
试验显示在获得的汁液中其含量是高的(8.36%),高于商业可获得的汁液的干物质中的含量(4.52%,含有姜黄汁液和柠檬酸)。

实施例6:
20.5kg的未冷冻的、新鲜的长叶车前(Plantago lanceolata)的地面以上部分(76%湿度)被加料入具有同向旋转和同向渗透螺杆的五机筒双螺杆挤出机—ClextralBC45的第一机筒。对不同的机筒应用的温度为120℃。在挤出机的出口获得43.8%汁液。在下表中给出过程和物料平衡:

超过滤步骤允许获得提高的感官品质的树液(suc)。这种树液含有6.2%的干物质。这种干物质含有感兴趣的活性成分:环烯醚萜(1.8%)和酚酸(0.3%)。这些值接近使用30%EtOH水醇提取所获得值,并且高于含水提取。因此,我们获得了一种与水醇提取质量相等的无溶剂提取。
实施例7:
18.8kg的未冷冻的、新鲜的大荨麻的地面以上部分(76%湿度)被加料入具有同向旋转和同向渗透螺杆的五机筒双螺杆挤出机—Clextral BC45的第一机筒。对不同的机筒应用的温度为120℃。在挤出机的出口获得9.4kg汁液,对应于50%的产率。
离心后这种汁液含有5.7%的干物质,其可以在巴氏灭菌后原样使用。
实施例8:胶囊

1.一种获得新鲜植物的汁液的方法,其特征在于,使仅排除种子的所述新鲜植物经历无溶剂形变热处理,通过所述无溶剂形变热处理在具有同向旋转和同向渗透螺杆的双螺杆挤出机中挤出新鲜植物,结合允许灭活内源酶并且使感兴趣的化合物分子保留其天然形式,然后是汁液回收操作,所述热处理在60℃至300℃之间的温度进行。

3.根据权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,经历形变热处理的新鲜植物由经冷冻的或未冷冻的新鲜植物的地面以上和/或地面以下部分形成。
4.根据权利要求1至3中的任一项所述的方法,其特征在于,经历形变热处理的新鲜植物选自:燕麦Avena sativa、草木犀Melilotus oficinalis、旱金莲Tropaeolum majus、紫锥菊属Echinaceae sp.、大荨麻Urtica dioica、车前草属Plantago sp.、小蓬草Erigeroncanadensis、问荆Equisetum arvense、金盏花Calendula oficinalis、香蜂草Melissaoficinalis、酸浆属Physalis sp.、蔓越橘Vaccinum macrocarpon、西洋接骨木Sambucusnigra、生姜Zingiber oficinale;姜黄属Curcuma sp;桦木属Betula sp.、薄荷属Menthasp.、蜀葵属Althaea sp.、禾本科、菊科和/或唇形科。
5.根据权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,使回收的汁液经历随后的澄清化、过滤和/或稳定化步骤。
6.根据权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,所述双螺杆挤出机包括第一同向旋转和同向渗透双螺杆区,在其中发生所述植物的研磨。
7.根据权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,所述双螺杆挤出机包括第二双螺杆区,在其中发生固/液分离。
8.根据权利要求6所述的方法,其特征在于,第一双螺杆区被放置于挤出机的新鲜植物进料侧。
9.根据权利要求7所述的方法,其特征在于,所述第二双螺杆区被放置于挤出机的出口侧。
10.根据权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,所述挤出机包括至少一个机筒。
11.根据权利要求10所述的方法,其特征在于,所述挤出机包括数个连续相邻的机筒。
12.根据权利要求10所述的方法,其特征在于,不同的机筒包括温度命令和控制装置以及加热和/或冷却装置。
13.根据权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,所述双螺杆挤出机包括至少一个过滤机筒。
14.根据权利要求12所述的方法,其特征在于,所述加热装置由加热圈形成。
15.根据权利要求14所述的方法,其特征在于,所述加热装置设置在第一区中。
16.根据权利要求7至15中的任一项所述的方法,其特征在于,在第一挤出机区中发生进料、运输、允许研磨新鲜植物的机械剪切和形变热处理以及汁液提取,并且在第二区中发生液/固分离操作。
17.根据权利要求16所述的方法,其特征在于,第一区包括数个连续的机筒,调节所述机筒的温度以获得从60℃至120℃范围的增加的温度水平。
18.根据权利要求16所述的方法,其特征在于,第二区包括至少一个达到30℃至120℃之间的温度的机筒。
19.一种食品、化妆品或药物的组合物,其含有通过实施根据权利要求1至18中的任一项所述的方法获得的液体形式的新鲜植物的汁液,或者通过额外的稳定化操作所得到的糊状或干形式的组合物。
20.根据权利要求19所述的组合物,其特征在于,其以适合于局部施用的形式制备。
21.根据权利要求19所述的组合物,其特征在于,其以适合于口服施用的形式制备。
